The hotel is basically accessible by car only. No bus , no train, no shops. The room is spacious but pretty old fashioned and worn-out. The trade off is the room price is absolutely affordable.

We had a fantastic stay thanks to the team at McDonalds. The hotel is really comfortable and tastefully decorated. Location is fantastic. The staff are fantastic and beyond accommodating. We will be back!

早餐天天一樣，吃到快吐，床單床鋪有塵，在英國🇬🇧朋友接我去酒店時我檢查酒店衛生問題時，一看床上有頭髮，有塵埃，我第一時間想投訴，可是朋友說了算了，就沒有理了.第二天第三天依舊也是，我都快要瘋了，跟Trip.com 客服反映之後酒店職員他們上來拿了毛巾給我就不了了之了😰

Fabulous place! For the price point I was concerned this would be disappointing but it was the complete opposite and I'd happily recommend it to anyone. Absolutely perfect for our purposes, close to Newbury for dinner and exploring, and a great place to go back to at night (the £15 cost of a cab was well within our budget).
Breakfast was very tasty and organised with a well stocked selection and nice atmosphere. We used the pool and sauna in the morning after checkout which was clean and very welcoming.
My ONLY gripe was that check-in was a little rushed and felt a little like a conveyor belt, we had been stuck in traffic and a warmer welcome would have been appreciated.
Overall though, a great experience. Well done to the whole team!

Horse riding is fabulous, the views and surroundings are amazing and that’s it.
Breakfast is very limited. Also we choose quite table far away from people and ended up in the situation that hotel organised a big table for a big noisy family very close to us. Normally when you know that you have a family with 8 more members you have to prepare a table before that allows other guest not to find themselves in this situation.
And what is the worst part: check-out. We had international transatlantic flight after check out ant needed only 6 hours more. We were refused to have late check out. EVEN for money. Later I saw that where were a lot of rooms available for this date. They just kicked us out.
Have 300+ hotels in my list and the very first time see such inappropriate behaviour.

Nice location, ample parking, easy to find. Disappointing things were no wifi connectivity in the room no network signal either. The leisure facilities were not looked after as jacuzzi was out of order without a mention on website, steam room was not operational one day out of the two days stay. Not enough lights in the room. Double bed was bit too small. Both The reception guys were excellent very polite and helpful.

Lokasinya sangat selesa. Anda boleh menaiki bas No. 81 ke banyak tempat untuk membeli-belah dan bersiar-siar. Bas No. 7 mengenakan caj ￡5⃣️ Hanya terdapat dua perhentian ke Lapangan Terbang Xiqi Road T5, dan kekerapannya adalah kira-kira 20 minit. 1 bas adalah dari jam 07:00 hingga 23:00 pagi. Terdapat banyak tempat yang boleh anda pindahkan ke kereta bawah tanah di lapangan terbang. Amat sesuai jika anda boleh mempunyai tandas berasingan🤔 Sangat mudah untuk membeli makanan di stesen minyak dengan berjalan kaki kira-kira 3⃣️minit👍

However, there were a few areas that could use improvement. While the room was clean and well-appointed, I found it to be smaller than I expected, which made it a bit cramped for two guests. Additionally, I encountered some minor issues with the amenities; for instance, the Wi-Fi was somewhat unreliable at times, which was frustrating during my stay.
The hotel's location was decent, with several restaurants and attractions within walking distance, but it wasn't as central as I had hoped. Overall, voco has a great concept with its focus on sustainability and unique twists, but a few tweaks could enhance the overall experience. I would consider staying again, but with slightly lower expectations.

UUKrainThe location is very convenient. You can take bus No. 81 to many places for shopping and sightseeing. Bus No. 7 charges ￡5⃣️ There are only two stops to Xiqi Road Airport T5, and the frequency is about 20 minutes. 1 bus is from 07:00 to 23:00 in the morning. There are many places you can transfer to the subway at the airport. It would be ideal if you can have a separate toilet🤔 It is very convenient to buy food at the petrol station by walking about 3⃣️minutes👍

YYONGERIn order to take the children to the nearby school for an interview, stayed for one night, so there is not much demand for the hotel. The facilities in the room are general, the beds are put together, not very comfortable, the health is OK, the breakfast is too poor, the overall feeling is not acceptable for the holiday! The decoration at the front desk is ok, warm and elegant!

GGuest UserThe location is in the center of Reading, very close to the train station, convenient for travel. The room is in another building and there are staff to help with luggage. The room is nice with a balcony. The hotel restaurant food is also OK. I went late on the day of check-in and only some dishes were available. The wine was good. The hotel made a mistake in the bill when checking out and charged me an extra fee. I negotiated with the platform and got it refunded. Overall I feel satisfied.

LLAUThe breakfast is the same every day, I vomited after eating, and the sheets and bed were dusty. When my friend picked me up to go to the hotel in the UK, when I checked the hotel's hygiene, I saw hair and dust on the bed. I wanted to complain at the first time, but my friend said Forget it, it doesn't make sense. The second day and the third day are still the same, I'm about to go crazy, after I reported to Trip.com customer service, the hotel staff came up and brought me a towel and it's all over 😰
