The Holiday with my spouse was fantastic and relaxing. The hotel has everything including Spa, Gym and Swimming in a very good location and it's very neat. The only problem I had was that the room I was allocated didn't have window which is the only fault and disappointment other than that the hotel is best and biggest i have ever been. Lest I forget, the room was extremely massive with lounge and two big TV's and I love it. Definitely going back and would recommend 👌.

The location is very convenient. You can take bus No. 81 to many places for shopping and sightseeing. Bus No. 7 charges ïżĄ5âƒŁïž There are only two stops to Xiqi Road Airport T5, and the frequency is about 20 minutes. 1 bus is from 07:00 to 23:00 in the morning. There are many places you can transfer to the subway at the airport. It would be ideal if you can have a separate toiletđŸ€” It is very convenient to buy food at the petrol station by walking about 3âƒŁïžminutes👍

In order to take the children to the nearby school for an interview, stayed for one night, so there is not much demand for the hotel. The facilities in the room are general, the beds are put together, not very comfortable, the health is OK, the breakfast is too poor, the overall feeling is not acceptable for the holiday! The decoration at the front desk is ok, warm and elegant!

The location is in the center of Reading, very close to the train station, convenient for travel. The room is in another building and there are staff to help with luggage. The room is nice with a balcony. The hotel restaurant food is also OK. I went late on the day of check-in and only some dishes were available. The wine was good. The hotel made a mistake in the bill when checking out and charged me an extra fee. I negotiated with the platform and got it refunded. Overall I feel satisfied.

ABC Hotel maintained cleanliness standards, but the room size was smaller than expected. The beautiful décor compensated for the limitations. While the location was a little far from major attractions, it was not difficult to find. Suitable for those valuing cleanliness and aesthetics, but consider alternatives for more spacious accommodations and a central location.

Nice location, ample parking, easy to find. Disappointing things were no wifi connectivity in the room no network signal either. The leisure facilities were not looked after as jacuzzi was out of order without a mention on website, steam room was not operational one day out of the two days stay. Not enough lights in the room. Double bed was bit too small. Both The reception guys were excellent very polite and helpful.

Staff and service are lovely lovely - the bed on my first night was a little soft. Skirting in the first bathroom didnt look like it had been cleaned in a year. The upholstery was pretty grim in both rooms, large cofee/wind stain on the curtains. The sofa looked like something from a student house and the desk chair pretty much the same - not reflective of room price
