MMei ShanThe hotel is basically accessible by car only. No bus , no train, no shops. The room is spacious but pretty old fashioned and worn-out. The trade off is the room price is absolutely affordable.

While the location was a little far from major attractions, it was not difficult to find. UUKrainThe location is very convenient. You can take bus No. 81 to many places for shopping and sightseeing. Bus No. 7 charges ￡5⃣️ There are only two stops to Xiqi Road Airport T5, and the frequency is about 20 minutes. 1 bus is from 07:00 to 23:00 in the morning. There are many places you can transfer to the subway at the airport. It would be ideal if you can have a separate toilet🤔 It is very convenient to buy food at the petrol station by walking about 3⃣️minutes👍

YYONGERIn order to take the children to the nearby school for an interview, stayed for one night, so there is not much demand for the hotel. The facilities in the room are general, the beds are put together, not very comfortable, the health is OK, the breakfast is too poor, the overall feeling is not acceptable for the holiday! The decoration at the front desk is ok, warm and elegant!

GGuest UserThe location is in the center of Reading, very close to the train station, convenient for travel. The room is in another building and there are staff to help with luggage. The room is nice with a balcony. The hotel restaurant food is also OK. I went late on the day of check-in and only some dishes were available. The wine was good. The hotel made a mistake in the bill when checking out and charged me an extra fee. I negotiated with the platform and got it refunded. Overall I feel satisfied.

GGuest UserNice location, ample parking, easy to find. Disappointing things were no wifi connectivity in the room no network signal either. The leisure facilities were not looked after as jacuzzi was out of order without a mention on website, steam room was not operational one day out of the two days stay. Not enough lights in the room. Double bed was bit too small. Both The reception guys were excellent very polite and helpful.

GGuest UserStaff and service are lovely lovely - the bed on my first night was a little soft. Skirting in the first bathroom didnt look like it had been cleaned in a year.
The upholstery was pretty grim in both rooms, large cofee/wind stain on the curtains. The sofa looked like something from a student house and the desk chair pretty much the same - not reflective of room price

LLAUThe breakfast is the same every day, I vomited after eating, and the sheets and bed were dusty. When my friend picked me up to go to the hotel in the UK, when I checked the hotel's hygiene, I saw hair and dust on the bed. I wanted to complain at the first time, but my friend said Forget it, it doesn't make sense. The second day and the third day are still the same, I'm about to go crazy, after I reported to Trip.com customer service, the hotel staff came up and brought me a towel and it's all over 😰
