Dejligt hotel. Afslappet atmosfære og alligevel lækkert og stilfuld indrettet. Vi sov i annex for mere plads til 3 voksne. Meget glad for dette. Venligt personale, hyggeligt område med brætspil. Morgenbuffet personalet havde lidt svært ved at følge med.

The hotel is well managed and the rooms are of good size. The price is acceptable. However, the lack of a continental breakfast is a little inconvenient. The hotel is a little far from the city center, but there is a grocery store nearby. The hotel offers breakfast and dinner. The price of breakfast depends on whether or not you use the 15% discount, and the price with and without the discount is roughly the same.

The room was clean, and the bathroom was a bit impractical because you had to squeeze around the toilet to get in, but it all worked well. The breakfast was not very nice. The little sausage was greasy, and the egg was snoty, and the salmon was impossible to bite into the yoghurt, and granola was nice with the fruit. I found the steps leading up to my room where very slippery in the rain.
All in all, it's not a bad hotel. There are a lot more better ones for a little bit more money.

Traveling alone, the room is not that big, about the same size as a Japanese hotel room. The facilities are quite complete and the hotel has an electric kettle. Breakfast is buffet, relatively simple, basically bread, bacon, eggs, juice, yogurt or something.

The hotel is a well priced one just a stone's throw away from the town centre. It is convenient both for those driving - without having to worry about parking and navigating narrow roads, and for those not driving and taking the bus or ferry - the bus and ferry terminal are just 5 to 8 minutes walk away.
The room is small - but I think most other hotel rooms in Torshavn are small as well. There is a lounge area for guests with views to the sea, perfect if you need a bugger space to chill.
The hotel also provides a free drink of choice if you choose to forgo room cleaning, a smart way to incentivise sustainability and cost savings.
Breakfast was also wonderful with a decent spread of hot foods (sausages, ham, eggs), breads, cheeses and cold cuts.
Service was excellent and the crew are friendly and hardworking. I would not hesitate to recommend this place.

AAnonymous UserParking is free, as are the washing machine and dryer. The gym has a great view. Breakfast was protein-rich, and except for the lack of leafy greens, everything else was excellent.
The room was clean and spacious. There were no toiletries or slippers, which is normal for European hotels, but I was lucky I brought my own.
The sauna and hot springs were available for an additional fee of 150 DKK per person for 45 minutes.
The receptionist, Elizabeth, was extremely rude. Whenever I asked her anything, she would respond with a ”Google it yourself” attitude. The receptionist, Elisa, who worked the night shift, was very friendly. There was also a blonde girl and an Asian guy who were also very friendly.
One night, I saw the Northern Lights from the hotel entrance—quite lucky!

MM308211****I stayed at this hotel and the Hilton in Tórsburg, and personally, I found this hotel much better than the Hilton, referring to a standard double room. The breakfast was nothing special; European breakfasts seem to be all the same, but the smoked salmon was delicious. The hotel's interior has a standard Scandinavian style, simple yet stylish, with meticulous attention to detail, such as heated mirrors that don't fog up from steam, and convenient grab bars on the toilet (although I accidentally bumped into one of them). The views from the room and restaurant windows were absolutely stunning, overlooking the entire city of Tórsburg. The bed was very soft, the room was slightly larger than the Hilton's, the front desk staff were friendly, and there was a lounge and laundry room available. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations, and I would choose this hotel again next time. However, the only problem is that Google Maps navigation has major issues; it can be very difficult to find the hotel on your first visit!

WwalterlxThe hotel is in the city center. There is also a parking lot next to it. The hotel room is too small, two people, two boxes, the room is full, there is no place to get down. The bedding is very comfortable and super soft. Breakfast is simple.
