Stayed the night with my boyfriend it’s been a great place for us the last few weeks we’ve been here been having a rough time but this has been keeping us afloat until that changes decent rooms and affordable prices can’t ask for anything more

We stopped here on our way to visit family in TN. We had so much fun, and the hotel was so nice and clean, we stayed there again on our way home. Trip.com was the lowest fair that we could find and was reasonable for a nice hotel. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower was very nice with overhead rain delivery of water. We also spent time at the ******. No big wins, but we didn't lose every hand or every spin, so it made it fun. I will stay here again next time I am headed to visit family,.

Ahmed greeted us and, from that moment on, we taken care of in a warm, caring, professional manner. When we travel back to Fayetteville, we will want to stay at Avid hotel, and we hope that Ahmed will still be on your staff. The remainder of your staff, down the the person, was also warm and friendly, regardless of their task/s or time-of-day! The grab-n-go breakfast had a great variety and the anytime coffee is a must. The room was perfect, clean, well cared for and the beds were GREAT! *Trip Type - we were in town to attend a Larkin Poe concert at George's Majestic Lounge **Maybe add a trip type of ”Pleasure”

Stayed here for one night during the eclipse. The hotel was completely full. They did a great job. The room was clean and quit. It was small and sparsely furnished. The breakfast was good and even though the place was packed, they kept the hot fresh food coming. My only compliant was the price. Almost everyone jacked up the price for the eclipse. I paid over twice what the room was worth. I understand supply and demand but DAMN!!

A bit out-dated but clean, friendly staff, location was very close to what I needed, but too close to everything else! Breakfast eggs were lacking but the biscuits were good! I liked that you could actually open the windows! I recommend staying in a room that faces out the front of the bulding, you get waymore traffic and hospital/ambulance noise on the back side.

I am very familiar with the SpringHill Suites. The room was as expected, except there still was no room service…had to request it, but they didn’t tell us that at check in. The room AC was on, but it had trouble getting to the set temperature. The beds were very comfy. The breakfast, is usually what I like about Marriott chains…the consistency. Well, there was a ‘hot’ version that had an omelette thing wrapped, and a waffle quarter wrapped. Omelette thing was warm and a bit soggy and the waffle was cold, wet and soggy (threw it out). The person working the breakfast area was working her tail off. There wasn’t much else besides cereal. So our second morning on our way out of town we ate our breakfast out.

Excellent 2 night stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful at check-in. Breakfast was always tasty and hot. Rooms were clean. Great location if you’re going any Arkansas games. Several dining locations nearby. Didn’t use the pool but it looked very good.

Bedding sheets (no blanket or comforter) were broken and not clean. Kitchen drawers can’t be closed. Carpet had pets fur. We have a toy poodle that doesn’t shed! Sofa bed had some debris as well. When checking out, the computer system was down, so there was no staff at the front desk to help. The location was supposed to be convenient, but the surrounding roads are under construction, so we have to take detours and it was frustrating.

We had car trouble traveling broke down and I booked the nearest hotel. When I went to check in they wouldn't accept my ESA (emotional support animal) I have documentation for him as well. So they had no problem giving me my money back but no regard to making an accepting since we were broke down and in a blizzard and stuck with no other options close by. Needless to say me my boyfriend and my dog had to walk in the freezing cold and snow to the nearest cheap hotel which wasn't the greatest but they were very kind and sympathetic to my situation. So not a very good experience.

Our family had a wonderful stay. The pool was so much fun. The room are very clean. We stayed one night traveling threw on our way to Tennessee with our kids for a family vacation. This is perfect place to stay. Thank you for a great place to stay.

Front Desk staff is nice, friendly, and helpful. Property manager is awesome guy. Housekeepers did a good job on cleaning the room.Its quiet here. Li It could use a update. I will be The property looks good too parking lot was clean lobby was clean. I always choose this motel6 when I'm in this area.

Paid for a ”suite”; no couch or chair to sit on. There was a rolling desk chair. The room was recently renovated so perhaps the new furniture hasn't come in. Nice large TV for the bed but I couldn't pull up a channel guide. Expanded cable the best I could tell. No premium channels; the best I could tell. Room was clean; comfortable bed. I consider it a safe area; next door to a Twin Peaks restaurant. Prepaid online through Wyndham's website. Check in employee could not see that the reservation was paid; although she admitted the reservation rate was ”pay now”. Sort of self explanatory. She would not accept me showing the charge on my credit card. I personally had to call Wyndham headquarters who in turn called her to instruct her to check me in. This meant looking up the confirmation number and writing it down to communicate with corporate after a day of travel. The Wyndham agent apologized for the experience; the employee did not. I left the desk feeling as if she still thought I was lying. She was never rude but a semi apology for the confusion was warranted and putting me through the hassle of having to call corporate. Having top rewards status with Wyndham should have meant something; or so I thought. Breakfast was much better than expected considering there were very few tenants with the renovation. Pre-fab eggs, link sausage, biscuits/gravy plus many forms of carbs. Several restaurants in the general area; with many choices within a mile. Close to the main freeway but far away enough to be a quiet environment. I understand it will be changed to a Best Western when the renovation is done. I will not return.

So, let me start out with a positive note: despite the exterior looking so-so, the rooms were well kept and clean. The bad news is that somehow I reserved a smoking room. This probably happened because where I live in the US I haven't seen a smoking room in 20+ years. I didn't know they existed...really anywhere...but I guess they still exist in the US South. It was terrible. I still have a smoky smell to some of my clothes. The second night I changed, but it cost me extra to do so. I can accept that but the staff really didn't understand the concept of ”the customer is always right”, even when the customer is probably wrong. You politely tell the customer that the non-smoking rooms are a higher rate and that you would have to charge a fee to change the customer. You DO NOT tell the customer that there is nothing you can do. Also of note, the motel is right off a highway. So, if you're a light sleeper, just note that you will hear the cars going by all night. To end on a positive note, the location was reasonably convenient, the rooms were clean (no weird stained carpets or bed sheets like I've seen in Florida). Also, if you are willing to stay in the smoking room, you can get a great rate!
