Good old hotel. But rooms are a bit smelly. WiFi is buggy. Need system upgrade there

The receptionist is professional by providing facilities information. The room is far from the escalator. I need to arrive my room with 4 turns….(Maybe my room type is located there.) The room is spacious. Some stains are spotted on the linens including bed sheet cover and duvet cover. As I just stay for one night, this won’t be a big issue to me. The pillow are too high to sleep and I use a towel instead.

Strength : reasonable price, delicious breakfast, room service also great, kindness, near from downtown or airport Weakness : can be noisy because of other guests and music, a little messy(but bearable)

never knew the restaurant for breakfast only served indonesian food. and just my preference i dont like the shower. staffs are friendly and helpful, good job! me and my family stay here for my wedding and overall is good

security is good attitude n receiptionist so humble, room have some water is good enough and room so far so good very clean.

This is my 2nd stay. I like Batiqa's ambience so I booked again. Pros : + super good breakfast options. Main courses, local dishes (pempek/model), porridge, soup, cereal, noodle bar, egg bar, waffle, bread & cakes, salad bar, jamu & variety of drinks + mini gym with some good equipments for working out + sofa on the room + comfy beds with large pillows Cons : - the room is not soundproofed. Outside noises can be heard - when I entered the room, there is a certain smell which I don't know where it comes from

I stayed with my wife and 2 children (2 rooms) at the hotel. The hotel service seemed unprepared to handle the large number of guests. The breakfast room was very small and unable to accommodate guests, as well as the limited food options. We had to wait 15 minutes in front of the reception with other guests to get a seat for breakfast. Towels at the swimming pool were also unavailable. The parking area was quite spacious behind the building, but there was a lot of trash and construction debris. Otherwise, it was standard for a 4-star hotel.
