An absolutely delightful stay at TIAD! The staff were exceptionally warm and attentive, the room was spacious, spotless, and felt brand-new (everything shines!). Also loved the complimentary breakfast with its wide variety of fresh, delicious options. Already looking forward to returning!
This hotel has a stylish, modern design and the room is beautifully furnished. By Japanese standards, the room is quite spacious, which is a pleasant surprise. There’s also a public bath (onsen-style) available, and a paid parking lot for added convenience. Overall, a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing stay.

I really loved staying at Kuretake Inn Nagoya Hisayaodori.
The location is excellent, it is easy to access, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby, which made everything super convenient.
The hotel itself was quiet and comfortable, so it was perfect for a relaxing stay. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, and their hospitality really stood out.
Breakfast was another highlight. There were many options to choose from, and everything tasted really good. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would happily stay here again.

Located right next to the Ure River, with a nice view from the room. As it has only 5-6 rooms, it is pretty exclusive. You can use their 2 hotspring baths privately for 45mins each time, or you can take a short walk over to their 2 sister hotels for bigger hotspring baths. This is the only hotel in the Hazu Group that serves Medicinal Cuisine. As the hotel seems to be converted from a traditional old house, the stairways can be cramped and not suitable for bringing large suitcases, so just pack a small bag and leave the suitcase downstairs or in the car. Had a relaxing time there.
Good value with exceptional service
We were extremely satisfied with the services and had a delightful experience in that hotel.
Our package included room, breakfast and dinner. Due to a minor traffic incident, we were unable to meet our dinner time of 6:00 pm. We contacted the hotel and they kindly accommodated us and provided attentive service. We were deeply touched by their care and consideration.
The assistance to report of the traffic incident to the local insurance company was unexpectedly smooth with the help of the staff. The language proficiency of the staff was impressive, as they efficiently resolved language-related issues we faced.
Furthermore, the traditional charm of the hotel exceeded our expectations and added to our enjoyment - good value.
We will recommend the hotel to others and look forward to visiting again in the future.
Special thanks to Ms. Oromo Rie, Mr. Toyama, and the staff responsible for our meals.
Although the room is small, but it is good enough for us. The room is clean and comfortable. Lots of parking. Breakfast is great. Good onsen, but for men only. I wish they have onsen for women too.

AAnonymous UserThe location is superb, right outside the station. The lobby offers souvenirs, and the silk postcards were especially lovely – I bought a few as gifts. The rooms were clean and tidy. The hot spring bath on the ground floor was very relaxing; the water is from a renowned local source, with more details available on-site. Highly recommend!
りりんひろThe front desk staff were all incredibly kind and always greeted us with smiles. Our room was spotlessly clean and very well-maintained. The amenities were excellent; I was particularly impressed that you could choose your toothbrush firmness and that face masks were even provided – a very thoughtful touch, especially for female guests.
Fortunately, it was also a day when women could use the large public bath, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. It too was very clean, and the complimentary ice pops were a fantastic touch.
The welcome coffee and the well-stocked manga corner were also greatly appreciated amenities. Breakfast the next morning offered a wide variety of delicious options. It was so comprehensive, I couldn't believe it was complimentary!
In the morning, I greeted a cleaning staff member in the hallway with ”Good morning, thank you for everything,” and they returned my greeting with a cheerful smile, which really brightened my mood before checking out.
Overall, it was an incredibly pleasant stay, and I would definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Toyota. Many thanks.

GGuest UserIt's about a 10-minute walk from Fushimi Station on the subway. The downside is that there's no elevator at this station, so carrying luggage up the stairs can be a bit of a hassle. The room, while not large, is clean and tidy. It also has an onsen (hot spring), free massage chairs, and a unique sauna – a relaxing soak and massage after a long day of walking! There are also convenience stores and a Don Quijote nearby, which is very convenient! The only downside is the limited breakfast options; each day only includes bread, two types of soup, milk, and coffee. I would definitely stay here again next time.
GGuest UserFantastic location within walking distance of a well connected metro stop. Nagoya castle and Nagoya station also within walking distance. The unlimited soft drinks on the 11th floor is a really nice touch with great variety. Great amenities. I’ve stayed in capsule hotels in Berlin, Prague and Hong Kong before but this one in Nagoya is S tier. Highly recommend.
HHongshaodachandouThis hotel is absolutely fantastic! Honestly, I can't find anything to complain about, except maybe the price. The facilities are new, the service is impeccable, and the three single beds were incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was exquisite with a wide variety of options, and the room was spotlessly clean. The location is also a huge plus – there's a 7-Eleven right outside and a Don Quijote just a short walk away. It's about a 15-minute walk to Nagoya Station and 7-8 minutes to Fushimi Station, making it super convenient for visiting the Science Museum, Osu Shopping Street, and Sakae shopping area. The room itself was very spacious, and they even provided free bottled water and ice pops. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Nagoya!

AAnonymous UserCompared to domestic rooms, the rooms are of course still compact, but they are very clean, and the toilet and shower are separated, which is quite comfortable.
The breakfast variety is also good. It was snowing outside when I was having breakfast, which was very happy😊
Because I brought my children, I asked the front desk to get quilts, pillows, etc., which was very fast, and the English communication was relatively smooth.
Drinks/beer are delivered to the lobby every day, and there are a lot of comic books on the first floor that I didn't have time to experience.
In general, it is a hotel with complete functions that meets travel needs.
By the way, there is a hot spring bath, and you have to pay the tax whether you bathe in the hot spring or not.
In addition, the transportation is more suitable for walking from the high-speed rail bus station.
