Extremely satisfied with the service. It's a small hotel, but the buffet is fantastic with a great variety of food. The front desk staff helped me exchange some change, and the hotel is right next to a subway station. You can even walk to Nagoya Castle, which is very convenient.

Good value with exceptional service We were extremely satisfied with the services and had a delightful experience in that hotel. Our package included room, breakfast and dinner. Due to a minor traffic incident, we were unable to meet our dinner time of 6:00 pm. We contacted the hotel and they kindly accommodated us and provided attentive service. We were deeply touched by their care and consideration. The assistance to report of the traffic incident to the local insurance company was unexpectedly smooth with the help of the staff. The language proficiency of the staff was impressive, as they efficiently resolved language-related issues we faced. Furthermore, the traditional charm of the hotel exceeded our expectations and added to our enjoyment - good value. We will recommend the hotel to others and look forward to visiting again in the future. Special thanks to Ms. Oromo Rie, Mr. Toyama, and the staff responsible for our meals.

This hotel is about a 15-minute walk from Higashi-Okazaki Station. Everything else is very good. The breakfast has a lot of variety compared to other hotels and is very good. You can see Okazaki Castle from the large bath!

I really liked this room; although small, the interior was very cozy in this new hotel. Downstairs in the lobby, you can pick up POLA facial cleanser, lotion, etc., as needed. The disposable toothbrushes are decent quality, and the toothpaste works well. The location is also very close to the shopping district. The only downside is that the soundproofing might not be the best.

The breakfast menu was extensive and was quickly replenished. There is only one elevator, so you have to wait quite a while for morning check-out and breakfast. The bathroom facilities were a little old, but overall the room was clean and the design was easy to use. I was very impressed with the simple, unoppressive room. I stayed on the 10th floor, but the hot water temperature was sometimes unstable. The wide desk was very easy to use and helped me get work done. The chairs were height adjustable and comfortable to sit in.

Very good experience at the Sanco Inn Toyota, the hotel offers unbeatable value for money. The hotel's onsen is very pleasant! The only two drawbacks I noted were that my air conditioning didn't work well even though I set it to minimum and the breakfast was very average. Otherwise, a very good experience.

It looks like a condominium at first glance. (Actually, the 5th floor or more was a condominium, and there seemed to be a resident.) The front desk is on the 2nd floor, and there are many chairs on the 1st and 2nd floors, so there is plenty of room. I stayed in the room alone, so I could use it comfortably. Also. Breakfast was satisfying with a lot of items! The only thing that made me worried was the entrance to the large communal bath. It was quite open and I was harassed that I could see the inside.
