Modern designed hotel. Spacious hotel room with hi tech equipment. Delicious breakfast. Very helpful staff that waited for our Uber out in the cold and sent us off. Good location with Matsuzakaya and other big department stores just right opposite.

Place is located near a 7/11 and beside donki (mega don quijote), smoking area is available on the ground floor. I lost my wallet the other day and one of their staff assisted me to contact the taxi company and I was able to get it back. I really appreciated that. (it's one if their english speaking receptionist), They are also equipped with translators (like a small machine to communicate) so it wont be hard. Was not able to try their breakfast because it was always packed. One thing that I was wondering was, we booked 2 rooms ( connecting rooms ) and there were 6 of us, we were not allowed to stay in the room. We had to book another room.

This hotel has a stylish, modern design and the room is beautifully furnished. By Japanese standards, the room is quite spacious, which is a pleasant surprise. There’s also a public bath (onsen-style) available, and a paid parking lot for added convenience. Overall, a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing stay.

I really loved staying at Kuretake Inn Nagoya Hisayaodori. The location is excellent, it is easy to access, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby, which made everything super convenient. The hotel itself was quiet and comfortable, so it was perfect for a relaxing stay. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, and their hospitality really stood out. Breakfast was another highlight. There were many options to choose from, and everything tasted really good. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would happily stay here again.

The view from the room, the onsen and the pool is wonderful, it's worth the experience! The amenities are okay although the building is old it looks like it has been renovated the rooms are new and the beds are very comfortable! Excellent dinner and breakfast!

Located right next to the Ure River, with a nice view from the room. As it has only 5-6 rooms, it is pretty exclusive. You can use their 2 hotspring baths privately for 45mins each time, or you can take a short walk over to their 2 sister hotels for bigger hotspring baths. This is the only hotel in the Hazu Group that serves Medicinal Cuisine. As the hotel seems to be converted from a traditional old house, the stairways can be cramped and not suitable for bringing large suitcases, so just pack a small bag and leave the suitcase downstairs or in the car. Had a relaxing time there.

An excellent hot spring hotel tucked away in a quiet village. Don’t let its secluded location mislead you though; access to the area is convenient and easy, whether you’re coming from western or eastern Japan. The food was delicious and the service was impeccable. The room was a lovely, traditional Japanese-style room with an excellent view of the adjacent stream and small valley. Perhaps most importantly, the hot springs themselves are just wonderful. The quality of the water is excellent and the tubs are comfortable and offer lovely views over the valley. Perhaps my favourite moment was soaking in the outdoor baths after dinner, under the gentle glow of the hanging lanterns, with the sound of the bubbling river below. Perfect! Would 100% stay again.

Although the room is small, but it is good enough for us. The room is clean and comfortable. Lots of parking. Breakfast is great. Good onsen, but for men only. I wish they have onsen for women too.
