Great hot spring hotel. There is a shuttle bus from Morioka Station at 15:00, 500 yen per person, directly to the hotel. The hotel to Morioka Station is at 9:50 in the morning, and the journey takes 20 minutes. The hotel is very quiet, and Iwate Mountain is outside the window. The hot spring is great and worth experiencing. There are also folk performances in the evening.

The hotel is almost perfect except that there is no bathtub in the room. The service struck me most is the courtesy of the staff. Everyone was so helpful and well-mannered.

The hotel facilities are new and very clean. The room is very large, with a small living room and a large window looking out at the scenery. There is a private bath in the room, which is convenient and comfortable. The dinner was delicious, but the only drawback was that there was no replenishment of food in the buffet breakfast. We made a last reservation, but many of the food plates were already empty! Even so, the hotel overall is great and I will come back again.

The location is good for the family ski holiday with all facilities available for this ski-in/ski-out hotel. The breakfast has a good variety while the dinner options are good especially the Teppanyaki restaurant with the local beef and abalone. The Japanese restaurant was also good with various dishes to choose from. The outdoor onsen at 白樺之湯 really worth the visit after the ski and I’d recommend to enjoy at day time. We have also tried the hotel massage services and it was really good and relaxing! The only thing for improvement is that the room themselves are a bit old and maybe should consider renovations in coming years. The shops have many food and drinks and souvenirs. We also got a big pack of fireworks that we can pay together with kids just outside the hotel on the snow slope. Overall we enjoyed the stay and the slopes and ski school are magnificent!

Stayed for one night before heading to Geto Kogen ski resort. Right opposite the train station with restaurants and Lawson within walking distance. The breakfast was quite nice too and the price was very reasonable. Had an enjoyable stay overall.

The B&B is very close to Appi Plateau and provides ski pick-up and drop-off services. At the same time, other employees are also asked to take care of the pick-up and drop-off, so there is no problem for the B&B to go to the ski resort for easy skiing. The more problematic thing is how to get to the B&B. If you need to take a bus to get your ski equipment, it is quite a distance from the bus station to the B&B. It would be difficult to push your luggage for 20 minutes in the snow. If you ask the B&B owner to pick you up at the JR station, you will need to call to communicate, and there are pick-up time restrictions. The website does not explain this clearly. In addition, the communication between trip.com and the B&B is not very smooth. You have to confirm your accommodation by phone in person. The owner is also a chef, so he doesn't reply to emails very often. Trip.com AI online customer service cannot help. I think it would be ideal to drive here by yourself. I had a good breakfast and was ready to go skiing. But dinner is very simple and may be a bit full for some people. The B&B provides discounted ski tickets and ski equipment. Overall, I would be willing to stay at this B&B again if the problem of getting to the B&B can be solved.

We booked a room with a balcony, which was very unique. Hotel guests can also take a free hot spring bath. The SPA facilities were very new, and the shower head and hair dryer used were all Refa products. In fact, the hair dryer was better than Dyson. The hotel also has a special place. The lobby bar is the activity space of the female jazz master Akiyoshi Toshiko. If you come to Morioka for a trip, you can stay for a night to experience the atmosphere.

The hotel is in the same area as the university hospital. It seems that the parking area can be shared. There are some restaurants near the hotel, but not many. We bought food from a convenience store to eat. There is a microwave to use. There is ice to eat. If you don't have chopsticks, you can ask the staff for some. The room is clean and tidy. There is a table suitable for eating. There is enough space to open a big suitcase. The bed is warm and comfortable. The TV can be turned left and right (but I don't know why it has to be turned).

I stayed at this hotel in Yahaba to help my university student son move. I knew there was a hot spring, but when I went in, the water was even better than I expected, and I was able to sleep soundly and relieve my fatigue. Thank you very much.

Although language communication is a bit difficult, the waiters understand my needs very well and help. They are full of smiles and courtesy! It is worthy of praise 😁 and the breakfast food is rich and value-for-money!
