Hotel Dengan Spa di Quintana Roo, Mexico

La habitación es buena, el hotel está justo al lado de la carretera, un poco ruidoso, la ubicación es media, el desayuno es muy pobre, la reserva del hotel dice que el desayuno está incluido, pero para un desayuno decente, hay un costo adicional

This will be the fourth time I have stayed at this hotel and I will say that it's getting old. The resort has five pools that were all hot. The surrounding beach in the area is 20 ft deep and seaweed and you can't enter the water. Also if you can imagine the hotel makes you check out at 10:00 a.m. which screwed up my sleeping pattern for the day of checkout. What hotel makes you check out at 10:00 a.m.? By the way check in time isn't until 4:00. So if you're staying for one day you only get 18 hours of hotel. Some of the rooms are redone and some of the rooms have got the original flooring from when I stay there the first time around 25 years ago. My room had the original flooring. The first room that reception gave me was on the first floor at the absolute end of the resort. The room was run down and the floor looked like it was buckling a little . The second room reception gave me had a foul odor. Food and drinks at this hotel are extremely expensive. I want to say that a margarita is around 13 to 17 US dollars give me a break. Do not order an a la carte breakfast there because they pick it off the buffet and it's going to be cold. I want to say breakfast is 550 pesos a person. Breakfast was fine but nothing special. They don't offer cappuccino or lattes as a courtesy for breakfast. By the way it takes reception around 15 minutes per customer to check you in. I have stayed at this resort a total of four times and I would not go back. The beach is infested with seaweed farther than the eye can see there's no place swimmable by this resort. I would say it was quite disappointing. By the way they have a little market in the resort and a $6 bottle of champagne in Los Angeles cost $53 in their ghastly overpriced market. Very bad value for money. My third room was acceptable. I do have to say I think the rooms are big and the gentleman that checked me on did give me an upgrade to a balcony on the lagoon side so that was something. I paid a round $140 USD a night with tax and really it was a 85 US dollar hotel at best. It doesn't meet Westin standards. There was also an area with a little chip paint in my room but I'm probably being somewhat nitpicky. The light in the room is also not very bright and made it somewhat hard to read.

Amazing hotel. Amazing service. Amazing food. It has exceeded all of our expectations. 10 stars! Will definitely be coming back. The staff is amazing, always trying to accommodate you at the best level. . The decor, cleanliness and atmosphere makes you wanna stay there forever. We love la zebra. Great price as well. Makes is extremely reasonable. Thank you for your hospitality and amazing time in Tulum.

Kami mempunyai pengalaman hebat keseluruhan selama 7 hari kami menghabiskan masa di Hotelito Azul! Kami pergi dengan pasangan lain dan masing-masing tinggal di Suite Oceanfront (kami berada di atas mereka, mereka di aras bawah). Bilik-bilik adalah bersih dan luas. Penyimpanan pakaian yang agak terhad tetapi kami membuat yang terbaik dari unit rak/gantung yang disediakan. Mandi adalah mimpi. Perkhidmatan pembantu rumah membersihkan bilik kami setiap hari dan melakukan kerja yang hebat! Kami menyukai hidangan yang ditinggalkan di bantal kami setiap hari. AC adalah milik anda untuk mengawal. Satu cabaran yang kami hadapi yang perlu diperbaiki adalah kekurangan permaidani di dalam bilik. Anda berjalan melalui pasir untuk sampai ke bilik anda dan ya, ada baldi air untuk dibilas sebelum masuk namun kami terdesak untuk mendapatkan permaidani kecil di luar atau hanya sesuatu di tepi atau kaki katil untuk membersihkan pasir sebelum mendapat atas katil. Menariknya, rakan-rakan kami di tingkat bawah mempunyai pelari yang hebat di kaki katil mereka jadi mungkin hanya konsisten dengan itu akan membuat perbezaan yang besar! Anda bangun ke bakul comel dengan kopi setiap pagi dan mereka akan mengisi semula air minuman anda seberapa banyak yang anda perlukan di dalam bilik. Kami tidak boleh mengatakan perkara yang cukup baik tentang kakitangan. Anda berkomunikasi dengan mereka melalui What'sApp yang menawarkan respons pantas kepada sebarang soalan atau kebimbangan atau semasa memesan makanan/minuman. Larissa, concierge itu HEBAT. Dia mengalu-alukan kami setiap hari dan membuatkan kami berasa selesa di rumah dan dijaga sepanjang penginapan kami. Dia membantu mengisi perjalanan dengan pengalaman indah sama ada lawatan, tempat tempatan yang bagus untuk makanan/minuman atau logistik. Kami menyewa skuter dari hotel kebanyakan hari percutian kami dan ia sangat berbaloi. Kami mendapati harga di seberang jalan lebih murah namun kami menyukai kemudahan menyewa melalui hotel. Makanan dan minuman di hotel semuanya lazat, walaupun kami cepat mengetahui bahawa makan dan minum di pantai memang mahal, jadi kami bijak memilih bila/berapa banyak kami makan di hotel. Ini hanya datang dengan lokasi. Lokasi fizikal hotel adalah ideal kerana ia tidak terlalu jauh ke dalam jalur pantai, yang mana trafik menjadi agak teruk apabila anda memandu lebih jauh. Estetika dan butiran hotel ini sesuai untuk membuatkan anda berasa seperti sedang hidup dalam hutan yang aneh. FYI kepada semua yang ingin tinggal di pantai di Tulum, pada bulan April-November atau lebih, Tulum mendapat sejumlah besar rumpai laut yang menjadikannya hampir mustahil untuk berenang di lautan. Hotel-hotel, termasuk Hotelito Azul, melakukan yang terbaik untuk mengeluarkan sebanyak mungkin rumpai laut dari pantai, tetapi kawan, adakah ia satu perjuangan yang sukar. Ini mengehadkan keupayaan kami untuk duduk di pantai malangnya, kerana satu-satunya kelegaan daripada panas adalah pancuran mandian di luar. Yang, sekali lagi, indah, tetapi bukan lautan. Nasib baik, Tulum mempunyai banyak lagi perkara menarik untuk dilakukan sehingga kami tidak merasakan ini memberi kesan kepada perjalanan kami dalam apa-apa cara yang ketara. Mereka yang melancong pada bulan-bulan yang lebih baik mempunyai kawasan tepi pantai yang indah untuk dinantikan di Hotelito Azul. Hotel con un mare e una spiaggia fantastici il migliore probabilmente di Cozumel. Personale gentilissimo, ci ha consentito di restare negli spazi comuni e utilizzare la piscina anche dopo il check out.  Spiaggia privata con lettini sufficienti per tutti, E in ottima posizione, viste le ridotte dimensioni dell’hotel. Lo consiglio senz’altro a tutti

This was our 3rd time here ( because of the jacuzzi in the room) . Unfortunately it was also our last visit . We paid for the room with jacuzzi . The AC in the room was broken , we couldn’t turn it off and it was freezing cold in there . We asked them if they could turn it off . They sent someone to fix it . We waited in front of the room for some time . They turned it off but the freezing cold air was still flowing and they told us ITS LIKE THAT WE CANT TURN IT OFF .. uh okay? We asked for another room . We changed the rooms and we discovered that the jacuzzi was not working 😂 the jets power was like when you turn on a faucet . We couldn’t even feel it. The water level was going down quickly so we had to refill the jacuzzi couple of times in one evening. Next day we asked for fixing it or changing the rooms, they sent someone again to fix it . We waited some time in front of our room as we didn’t want to leave our stuff unattended (probably around 1 hour) they were still fixing it and we had enough so we went to the pool. They “fixed” it in couple of hours and guess what . It was the same 😂🤌 I took the manager to the room and showed her the “power” of the jets and she told me that it is working . I told her I see it’s working but it has no power and this is not jacuzzi , it’s a bathtub with faucets on . She said this is the best they could do . I told her I was on the hotel before and I know how the jacuzzi should work and this is not working and I would like another room with all amenities working . She told me there are no more rooms left in our category 😂 only the ona with the broken AC . … I thought there will be some effort from their site to resolve this or offer something .. some gesture as an apology… but nothing they left us in room with broken jacuzzi and I explained to them many times that I booked the room only because of the jacuzzi . Tgey said sorry and left the room . sooo very disappointed and never coming back . I loved the hotel the first 2 times but it’s going downhill. That’s why it has 3 stars on Google and booking and everywhere else . Don’t go there if you don’t want to loose your nerves.

We had a very good stay. While there was a disturbance in the the middle of the night, the hotel acted quickly to resolve the situation and compensate us for the issue. A special thanks to Wilberth at reception for his excellent service. He and the manager Alejandro clearly stood out with their attitude and hospitality, turning a negative experience into what is now a very positive one.

Ficamos no quarto vista frente mar, que dava para 4 pessoas. Vista fantástica e quarto muito espaçoso. A praia é boa e não apanhamos sargaço. Tomar o pequeno almoço com pé na areia, foi um Ponto positivo. Beach Club do hotel é tranquilo e não achámos a música alta. Voltaríamos de novo.

This is the best value in Playa Del Carmen. The best bang for the buck especially if you’re booking on this app. Good food. Steak restaurant is great too. Everything is clean and modern although not the newest hotel. This is our go to hotel. Only complaint is they stopped including the premium tequila (Don Julio) in the all inclusive
