酒店位置非常好！在湖濱路的中間，去費瓦湖兩頭都方便，周邊是博卡拉最熱鬧的市中心，但因為其又往裡走了幾百米，晚上一點不吵。我們去完澳大利亞營地，第二天入住，立馬在酒店做了個spa，體驗非常好！酒店服務也周到耐心，幫忙安排車輛，介紹行程！房間設施不豪華，但簡單整潔，絕對夠用！非常好的酒店！再來博卡拉還會來這兒！

This retreat is a magical place. The most beautiful view one could wish for in Pokhara. It takes roughly 30 minutes to arrive by car from either the airport or bus stop. The view of Himalayas with gorgeous sunset and sunrise is the reason we chose to stay here. We spent 4 days 3 nights here and we were blessed with breathtaking views. One particular day was fully clouded so it really depends on luck. Stay longer! The rooms get pretty cold in December and luckily they are equipped with heater. I think the bed is just okay, definitely could replace with better ones. The shower takes a awhile to heat up and that's okay but i think they should add a tray to place toiletries for easier shower. The room also need more hooks or a wardrobe to better hang our clothes. The retreat also has a little garden where they plant vegetables. I love going up there to see what they plant. There is a short hike down the retreat to reach a look out point and the world peace pagoda. The restaurant serves good breakfast. Though i wish they could serve all items at once instead of coming out 1 by 1. The dinner menu is slightly expensive and there are some hits and misses. I would recommend the jhol momo, thakali set, pork chilli, chicken manchurian. I think the soup options are way too overpriced for the portion. Lastly, i would like to commend on all staffs here for the exceptional service and hospitality. We even got a small gift that came with Nepali ritual i believe as a blessing. All the best to the team and continue to make this place better.

Wonderful place to get lost with an epic mountain Annapurna range view, fewa-Rara-lake view, Pokhara city view.

Location is perfect. But water pressure is unbelievable small it's gonna take you double time for shower as the water pressure is super small. Breakfast service is also poor, they want you order coffee or drinks from them but they don't come to you at all.

Absolutely superb experience. From the music medley for our welcome to the special cake for my birthday and the fantastic Valentine’s Day evening, the team at Sarangkot Mountain Lodge were very hospitable and friendly. Facilities are good and views are fantastic. Must visit!

The staff lacks the courtesy with which customers should be dealt with in the hospitality industry. We were 3 families who had the same booking but were allotted rooms on 3 different floors. I understand the operational challenges but the way they behaved while handling our request of allotting rooms on one floor was quite unprofessional. They refused to take the dinner order at 21:33 hrs stating they don't accept orders after 21:30 hrs.

在博卡拉後幾天都住在fish tail lodge。 入住那天是晚上，覺得房間很舊，有些潮，好像不值那個價錢。住了幾天才明白為什麼這是博卡拉最好的酒店。首先，位置絕佳，費瓦湖裡，酒店裡花團錦簇，但房間不多，住店客人坐船進酒店，所以非常清靜；咖啡廳位置，正對着雪山，天氣好的早晨，可以一邊吃早餐，一邊看日照金山（圖二，太遠，手機拍下來，像素太低，就那麼個意思）；還有特別重要的，餐廳出品很棒，而且便宜，晚餐5道菜的set ，才不到200RMB（不能和當地本地人吃的餐廳比價哈），不用擔心鬧肚子了[偷笑]。 出了酒店就是博卡拉有名的湖濱路，各種小店，餐廳，******，幾個景點都步行可達，方便…如果有朋友來博卡拉，非常推薦[強]

Poon hill 四天徒步前後都住這家酒店，博卡拉唯一五星級酒店，性價比極高，位置稍離市區安靜但交通方便離機場也近，泳池健身房一應俱全，尤其是酒店自己的按摩中心 KINJJALA 獨居一獨，服務熱情按摩師手法專業，徒步後的一次深度按摩能緩解一大半疲勞，聊天中無意透露生日，按摩中心通知餐廳在我就餐時送來小蛋糕和工作人員的集體生日歌祝福，感謝美女 KUSUMU，我旅途中的一大亮點

Good value. Easy walk to lakeside. Quiet because not in more populated area. Low water pressure in shower.
