This was my third visit, and it has truly become my ”go-to” sanctuary in Batangas whenever I need to relax and de-stress. My post-birthday celebration was just as perfect as I hoped it would be.
What keeps me coming back is the consistently high standard of service. Your employees are not only the epitome of professionalism but are also incredibly kind and thoughtful. I also have to mention the dining—the food is consistently on cue and sobrang sarap! I’m already looking forward to my next breakfast there.
While the pool area remains the ultimate stress reliever for me, I have two small suggestions: it would be amazing to have a jacuzzi installed in the future, and perhaps a more discreet entrance/exit to the pool area, as walking through the restaurant to get there can feel a bit awkward!
Overall, this remains the best hotel experience I’ve had so far. Thank you for making my birthday celebration so memorable. I will definitely be back soon and will continue to recommend you to all my friends and family!"

"The beach was nice - the sand was smooth and not rocky, the waves are a bit chill. Hence, kid-friendly. Facilities and amenities are nice tho a bit old aready. Since the pool was big, we were able to swim in the pool even though it’s peak season and many people. Morning jog at the lagoon was good as well. We also played billiards and bowling. It’s just sad that the kids playroom was under renovation. It could’ve been a pretty good experience overall."

The staff were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and always willing to help, which really made the experience even better. GGuest UserSecond time here and we were able to really enjoy the amenities this time. The beach, swimming pool, bowling, billards, badminton, even soft archery, enjoyed by everyone from our youngest (9y/o) to our seniors (77y/o). All the staff were amazingly helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Loved everything and will absolutely book again. Our room was upgraded for free and had an outdoor tub. The room was huge and had a lot of sitting areas. Bed was king size and comfortable and clean. Smart TV can connect to YouTube but you need to sign in to your own Netflix account. Bathroom was huge. I think the room needs more hangers, complementary shampoo, reusable room slippers, scented candle/diffuser and it would be just perfect. Wifi was also fast. Breakfast buffet at pesce was cleansing and delicious for us. Loved walking around the farm, swimming at the pools, and the other services plus, the staff of the farm are very friendly and helpful. Had dinner at the Upperdeck and food was also good and yummy and it felt romantic because a guitarist and a singer serandes us.

GGuest UserComfortable bed, hot shower, and a nice buffet. 💯 We had a great two days at this hotel. The food at their Emerald Cafë and Kimsuy Chinese restaurant, was excellent. The employees were really kind and helpful. The drawback is that the hotel is two decades old, and some of its components are degrading. Perhaps renovations will restore the hotel's magnificent facade and make it seem like it used to. Over all we appreciate the staff, and the room rate it was very reasonable for a suite.💖

BByahe ni KramiThe place is far more beautiful than how it is described online. A good view of Taal is what makes it magnificent for visitors and couples who want to escape the noise of Metro. Excellent quality service for a decent price. Complete amenities and the room is very spacious. It has its own TV, refrigerator for storing food and a large mirror. The toilet is also separated from the shower. Free breakfast is also great. The hotel has its own parking lot for guests. Overall, the place is great. Will probably get back here. Will also recommend to friends.

BBenchLouieLocation is a bit secluded from the city center. Staffs are accomodating though not going beyond and just provided whatever requested for instance we requested to retrieve the cake and they didnt offer utensils or think about whenever we would consume it for my partner's birthday,
The room lacks refrigerator which might be a necessity. There's only one swimming pool.

GGuest UserOutdated rooms plus cockroaches as bedfellows, anyone who goes will regret it. They wouldn't even provide an extra mattress for my child to sleep on the floor to prevent falls; they wanted to charge 2000p per night for it. Even contacting app customer service didn't help... truly terrible.

GGuest UserReally enjoyed our stay at Seda Nuvali. We got upgraded and stayed at two nice and spacious rooms. The facilities were excellent: the gym, pool, and game room. The large mall complex was also just across. Breakfast selection was also good and enjoyable. We hurriedly left our room in a mess to attend a wedding and came back to it clean and organized. Great job by the housekeeping staff. We felt so embarrassed leaving it that way. Only down side was that parking was open so the car was exposed to the sun and very hot. The nearer parking area was also full often so at times we had to use the farther parking lot.

SShayneThe place is still on point because it is accessible to malls, churches and even restaurants. The only thing I didn’t like was their service. When I enter for the very first time, there are staff who will greet you warmly. It is my second time here but this time with my family. If I can remember correctly, there are 3 or 4 staff at the lobby that day. No one opens the door for us. I have a companion who is a senior citizen. We are 7 in total and carrying out bags. They didn’t offer the trolley if we needed it. But I shrugged it off. We stayed overnight here because we have a relative came from Laguna and we just wanted to checked in. There were no bath towels and the bottled water. I asked very politely for those 2 things. I even told the receptionist they can leave it there at our rooms since have some golfing and bowling to do. But to my surprise when we returned to the hotel, I checked my request was not delivered. I called for the second time and asked for it. Still not yet given. When I checked the time, it was 2300hrs no bath towels and even bottled water. I called again for the third time and the receptionist asked “what is it again Mam that you want?” It’s like all this time you didn’t know what I requested. Then I hung up the phone.
I might not come back here again if their service will continue like this and definitely not gonna recommend Solano to my relatives and friends if their service will go on like that.
