While the pool area remains the ultimate stress reliever for me, I have two small suggestions: it would be amazing to have a jacuzzi installed in the future, and perhaps a more discreet entrance/exit to the pool area, as walking through the restaurant to get there can feel a bit awkward!
Overall, this remains the best hotel experience I’ve had so far. Thank you for making my birthday celebration so memorable. I will definitely be back soon and will continue to recommend you to all my friends and family!"

Anonymous UserThe beach was nice - the sand was smooth and not rocky, the waves are a bit chill. Hence, kid-friendly. Facilities and amenities are nice tho a bit old aready. Since the pool was big, we were able to swim in the pool even though it’s peak season and many people. Morning jog at the lagoon was good as well. We also played billiards and bowling. It’s just sad that the kids playroom was under renovation. It could’ve been a pretty good experience overall.

Loved everything and will absolutely book again. Our room was upgraded for free and had an outdoor tub. The room was huge and had a lot of sitting areas. Bed was king size and comfortable and clean. Smart TV can connect to YouTube but you need to sign in to your own Netflix account. Bathroom was huge. I think the room needs more hangers, complementary shampoo, reusable room slippers, scented candle/diffuser and it would be just perfect. Wifi was also fast. Breakfast buffet at pesce was cleansing and delicious for us. Loved walking around the farm, swimming at the pools, and the other services plus, the staff of the farm are very friendly and helpful. Had dinner at the Upperdeck and food was also good and yummy and it felt romantic because a guitarist and a singer serandes us.

We always had a great time staying at this hotel, but the location is far from downtown. I hope next year they will fix the hot water in the shower and provide mosquito repellent in the room. I also hope the construction by the pool will be completed next year, and that there are no windows in the new building they are constructing, as it would be intrusive if someone could watch you swimming in a swimsuit. Overall, it was a good stay. The staff at Queen Margarete are nice.

The ambiance of the entire place was fantastic—very relaxing, clean, and beautifully set up.Most importantly, my daughter really enjoyed every moment of our stay, which made the experience even more special for our family. The atmosphere was perfect for unwinding, and the service was excellent.We had such a great time that we are already planning our next visit. Highly recommended for families looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway!

Location is a bit secluded from the city center. Staffs are accomodating though not going beyond and just provided whatever requested for instance we requested to retrieve the cake and they didnt offer utensils or think about whenever we would consume it for my partner's birthday,
The room lacks refrigerator which might be a necessity. There's only one swimming pool.

Jomz Travel LogI booked a Super King Room at Taal Vista Hotel expecting a proper 5-star experience, but unfortunately, the service was disappointing.
Upon arrival, we waited around 10–15 minutes at the lobby even without a long line. After check-in, nobody assisted us going to our room. The staff only gave directions and did not offer help with our luggage, causing us to get lost looking for our room. We also tried calling for assistance by dialing 4 several times, but nobody answered.
In the end, we had to move our car closer to the building ourselves because the parking area was far from the room. There were also no complimentary welcome drinks or even bottled water despite the expensive room rates.
I understand that our room was in the older building, but the price certainly is not “old.” Compared to other 5-star hotels like Conrad Manila, where staff assist guests immediately and provide much better hospitality, the difference in service is very noticeable.
The view and ambiance are nice, but the customer service definitely needs improvement to match its 5-star reputation.

The place is still on point because it is accessible to malls, churches and even restaurants. The only thing I didn’t like was their service. When I enter for the very first time, there are staff who will greet you warmly. It is my second time here but this time with my family. If I can remember correctly, there are 3 or 4 staff at the lobby that day. No one opens the door for us. I have a companion who is a senior citizen. We are 7 in total and carrying out bags. They didn’t offer the trolley if we needed it. But I shrugged it off. We stayed overnight here because we have a relative came from Laguna and we just wanted to checked in. There were no bath towels and the bottled water. I asked very politely for those 2 things. I even told the receptionist they can leave it there at our rooms since have some golfing and bowling to do. But to my surprise when we returned to the hotel, I checked my request was not delivered. I called for the second time and asked for it. Still not yet given. When I checked the time, it was 2300hrs no bath towels and even bottled water. I called again for the third time and the receptionist asked “what is it again Mam that you want?” It’s like all this time you didn’t know what I requested. Then I hung up the phone.
I might not come back here again if their service will continue like this and definitely not gonna recommend Solano to my relatives and friends if their service will go on like that.
