"It is always a pleasure to be back at Sotogrande Batangas!
This was my third visit, and it has truly become my ”go-to” sanctuary in Batangas whenever I need to relax and de-stress. My post-birthday celebration was just as perfect as I hoped it would be.
What keeps me coming back is the consistently high standard of service. Your employees are not only the epitome of professionalism but are also incredibly kind and thoughtful. A special thank you to Ms. Cess for always accommodating me so warmly—your dedication is a huge part of why the service here is so exceptional.
I also have to mention the dining—the food is consistently on cue and sobrang sarap! I’m already looking forward to my next breakfast there.
While the pool area remains the ultimate stress reliever for me, I have two small suggestions: it would be amazing to have a jacuzzi installed in the future, and perhaps a more discreet entrance/exit to the pool area, as walking through the restaurant to get there can feel a bit awkward!
Overall, this remains the best hotel experience I’ve had so far. Thank you for making my birthday celebration so memorable. I will definitely be back soon and will continue to recommend you to all my friends and family!"

"Really enjoyed our stay at Seda Nuvali. We got upgraded and stayed at two nice and spacious rooms. The facilities were excellent: the gym, pool, and game room. The large mall complex was also just across. Breakfast selection was also good and enjoyable. We hurriedly left our room in a mess to attend a wedding and came back to it clean and organized. Great job by the housekeeping staff. We felt so embarrassed leaving it that way. Only down side was that parking was open so the car was exposed to the sun and very hot. The nearer parking area was also full often so at times we had to use the farther parking lot."

"The beach was nice - the sand was smooth and not rocky, the waves are a bit chill. Hence, kid-friendly. Facilities and amenities are nice tho a bit old aready. Since the pool was big, we were able to swim in the pool even though it’s peak season and many people. Morning jog at the lagoon was good as well. We also played billiards and bowling. It’s just sad that the kids playroom was under renovation. It could’ve been a pretty good experience overall."

We always had a great time staying at this hotel, but the location is far from downtown. I hope next year they will fix the hot water in the shower and provide mosquito repellent in the room. I also hope the construction by the pool will be completed next year, and that there are no windows in the new building they are constructing, as it would be intrusive if someone could watch you swimming in a swimsuit. Overall, it was a good stay. The staff at Queen Margarete are nice.

Team Ibañez⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Wonderful Family Stay at Alta D’ Tagaytay Hotel
We had such a wonderful and memorable 3-day, 2-night stay at Alta D’ Tagaytay Hotel with our family, relatives, and a friend. It was truly a perfect place to relax, bond, and create beautiful memories together.
Our package included a scrumptious breakfast, which we really enjoyed. We also had a wonderful dining experience inside the dome, where we enjoyed our delicious meal while taking in the beautiful surroundings. It made our family meal feel extra special and memorable.
There were also plenty of recreational activities for everyone. We had so much fun swimming, bowling, and playing billiards. The hotel’s amenities are great, especially for families looking for a relaxing getaway with activities for both adults and children.
One of the best things about our stay was that there was no need to go out just to enjoy Tagaytay. We could simply relax at the hotel, enjoy the peaceful surroundings and cool weather, and admire the beautiful scenery. The breathtaking views overlooking the mountains and Taal Volcano made our stay even more special.
The hotel is a wonderful place for families and groups who want a combination of relaxation, recreation, delicious food, and beautiful views all in one place.
We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and left with many happy memories. Highly recommended for families, relatives, and friends looking for a relaxing and enjoyable staycation in Tagaytay! ❤️

Location is a bit secluded from the city center. Staffs are accomodating though not going beyond and just provided whatever requested for instance we requested to retrieve the cake and they didnt offer utensils or think about whenever we would consume it for my partner's birthday,
The room lacks refrigerator which might be a necessity. There's only one swimming pool.

Jomz Travel LogI booked a Super King Room at Taal Vista Hotel expecting a proper 5-star experience, but unfortunately, the service was disappointing.
Upon arrival, we waited around 10–15 minutes at the lobby even without a long line. After check-in, nobody assisted us going to our room. The staff only gave directions and did not offer help with our luggage, causing us to get lost looking for our room. We also tried calling for assistance by dialing 4 several times, but nobody answered.
In the end, we had to move our car closer to the building ourselves because the parking area was far from the room. There were also no complimentary welcome drinks or even bottled water despite the expensive room rates.
I understand that our room was in the older building, but the price certainly is not “old.” Compared to other 5-star hotels like Conrad Manila, where staff assist guests immediately and provide much better hospitality, the difference in service is very noticeable.
The view and ambiance are nice, but the customer service definitely needs improvement to match its 5-star reputation.

RhovyI had a truly wonderful stay at Twin Lakes Hotel and it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was peaceful and refreshing, with breathtaking views that instantly made me feel relaxed and away from the busy city.
The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a cozy ambiance that made it easy to unwind. I especially loved waking up to the cool breeze and scenic surroundings—it was the perfect escape. The facilities were also impressive, and everything was thoughtfully designed to make guests feel comfortable.
What stood out the most was the warm and attentive service from the staff. Everyone was friendly, accommodating, and always ready to assist, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
Overall, my experience at Twin Lakes Hotel was memorable and relaxing. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway, and I’m already looking forward to coming back.
