Short break getaway! Great location, Lovely room comfortable bed had a great night sleep . , I fully enjoyed the health spa. Swim sauna and steam room. Check out the Santana restaurant Buffet lunch all home made food , delicious ! Overall it was a lovely stay, a peaceful retreat just what I needed from the hustle and bustle ( Lobdon ) from the city life .

We had a wonderful stay at Eurostars Aliados in Porto. While advertised as a 5-star hotel, it feels more like a high-end 4-star, mainly because it lacks some of the extra touches of luxury and service you’d expect from a top-tier 5-star experience. That said, it still offers great value for money and an excellent stay. One of the hotel’s strongest points is its location—right in the heart of Porto, making it easy to explore the city on foot. Despite being so central, the room was quiet and well-insulated, allowing for a great night’s sleep. Check-in was smooth and efficient, with friendly and professional staff who made us feel welcome right away. Throughout our stay, the staff remained courteous and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience. Our room was spacious, stylish, and very comfortable, featuring a king-sized bed, elegant decor, and a huge shower that added a touch of indulgence. Everything was spotlessly clean, which is always a priority when choosing a hotel. The hotel has a spa with a gym, sauna, and hammam, free for guests. While we didn’t have time to use them, they looked modern, well-maintained, and inviting, adding to the hotel’s appeal. Overall, Eurostars Aliados delivers a stylish and comfortable stay at a reasonable price. While it may not quite reach the level of a true 5-star experience, it’s an excellent option for those looking for a high-quality hotel in the center of Porto. We would definitely stay here again!

I would have loved to have given this place 5/5 stars for everything but as soon as we arrived, the noise from outside was very loud, upon bringing it to the attention of the staff, they said they ”fixed the door” as it was a very large patio door but the sound was still as if we were camping outside. I managed to live with this but the rooms television was also boy possible to connect any outside devices and the Netflix just wouldn't launch which we were told it is what it is with the TV. The thing that annoyed me the most was the fact that you have to pay to use the swimming pool that they so elegantly advertise in their photos. As an extremely regular traveller, this was an absolute first for me and really didn't make any sense to me. Otherwise the place was clean, and looked very nice. Parking was 20 euros per night which was actually more expensive than hiring the car but I guess they charge for location.

Hotel is nice. Clean and spacious room. Comfy beds Absolutely worth the price. Location may not be near the touristic places but ain't a far drive with Uber. A supermarket just beside the hotel is terrific. greeted us with a complimentary champagne at their top floor lounge with a scenic view of Porto.

The room was spotless. The girls at reception were very welcoming most helpful. Breakfast had a great selection for continental. Small amounts out but topped up regularly. I loved the “squeeze your own orange juice stand”😊 Thank you.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and had a truly wonderful experience. Special thanks to Spencer for his incredible kindness and professionalism. His attentive service made us feel truly special and elevated our entire trip. It's rare to find someone so dedicated and warm-hearted. We are already looking forward to our next visit because of the amazing memories made here. Thank you so much, Spencer!

設施：酒店是當地最好的酒店，歐洲難得一見的比較新的酒店。 衞生：很乾凈，房間很大，咖啡機，設施都很全 服務：很多葡萄牙球隊入住，本次入住正好葡萄牙體育在這住，跟他們一起看的葡萄牙比賽。

La ubicación es excelente, aunque como es habitual en Oporto, hay bastantes cuestas y para llegar al centro toca subir unas cuantas. El edificio es impresionante: un conjunto de varios inmuebles antiguos unidos, con restos medievales y romanos en los cimientos, y una decoración minimalista que encaja perfectamente con el entorno. En el bar puedes tomar algo —tienen una selección de vinos estupenda— o cenar en el restaurante, donde comimos una noche y todo estaba delicioso. Además, la relación calidad-precio es muy buena. Lo mejor, sin duda, es el personal. Los camareros, tanto del bar como del restaurante, son encantadores y nos hicieron sentir como en casa. El único punto negativo fue la limpieza. Dependía mucho de quién hiciera la habitación: algunos días quedaba impecable y otros, regular. Tal vez el personal de limpieza tenga más trabajo del que puede asumir, aunque no sabría decir si es el caso. En resumen: recomendable, un buen punto de partida para conocer Oporto!

beautiful modern high rise hotel in Gaia bit away from the centre of town but conveniently connected with good transport links. we had booked a higher category room on higher floor with excellent view. we were celebrating our 50th marriage anniversary year and the hotel provided us with lovely bottle of sparkling wine and fruit/chocolate platter. we saw he Palacio da Bolsa which was worth the price. the hotel room was spacious with modern facilities and very quiet. i recommend this hotel for every one.

Qualidade do serviço e atendimento estava excelente, em relação às instalações para um hotel de 5 estrelas deveria de ter muita manutenção está um pouco degradante. O piso da varanda do quarto deveria de ser renovado o mesmo junto à piscina, corredor do piso 6 para dar acesso ao elevador do piso 7 deveria de ser renovado está com muitas ”rachas” tinta a estalar. Na piscina indoor as escadas precisam de ser renovadas. O bar piscina deveria de fechar às 20h.
