Hotel Dengan Pools di Trabzon Province, Türkiye

I was very very disappointed with the hotel. It is my second time, my first time I was extremely happy with everything and decided to book again , but this time I was completely annoyed. Unfortunately, I found the hotel in a very unpleasant situation but a big plus for its staff and their efficiency specially the reception guys . A big thank you to them. Let us state the positive points, check in and out was quick and efficient. location is good. The employees are very attentive and efficient. Breakfast is great. Cleaning is done on daily basis. There is a spa and pool down but this time I didn’t use it so can’t say much. The view from the balcony is fabulous. The location of the hotel is excellent. Now lets talk about the room. Everything is old and not maintained well. Bedsheets, bedcover, pillows and pillow cases all are old and all have spots on them. On my arrival my bedsheets, bedcover & pillows had different spots on them . I immediately called the receptionist and everything was changed. Ac doesn’t work well. The toilet flush is broken & doesn’t work well. The carpets are old . I can’t say anything about towels for I never use hotel’s towels. I love this hotel but I was very disappointed with the situation that I saw when I stayed 4 days this time. Overall its ok & passable.

The hotel has good rooms with partial sea views. The reception staff are friendly and welcoming. It is close to the city center in Yomra. However, the hotel is located on a high hill, making parking difficult. The dining room at the entrance and the terrace are designated for smoking, and have an unpleasant odor.

Was upgraded to sea view, amazing indoor heated pool a little bit similar to the olympic. Sauna and steam room amazing facilities. Breakfast was superb. It's worth every penny. Greay location, plenty of parking.

Tabii, misafir ağzıyla Arapça versiyonu: We stayed at the First Joy Hotel Trabzon and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were comfortable, and the staff were kind and helpful. We felt right at home and would definitely recommend it.

My wife and I are experienced hoteliers ourselves, with over 15 years in the business. So, we can professionally assess our colleagues' work. And they did a great job! That's the first thing that comes to mind! Excellent location, right off the highway. The parking is very convenient, which is crucial for road trippers. It's clean, cozy, the rooms are spacious, and the sauna, hammam, and pool are all included in the price. A fantastic breakfast is also included. I definitely recommend it.

It's a Hilton, supposedly, but everything felt off. At the reception, they told us the pool was open until 11 PM. In reality, at 10:15 PM, they didn't want to let us in because the pool closed at 10:40 PM. Why they didn't mention this at the front desk is beyond me. Also, you can't go in without a swim cap – which, of course, you can buy on site. The rooms are small. The view isn't of the sea, but of some kind of favelas. In the restaurant, the menu is via QR code, but no one tells you that you still have to order from a waiter.

تعامل الموظفين جدًا بطيئ اضطررت للانتظار ربع ساعه من اجل الحصول على كرت الدخول للغرفه ولم اتمكن من ذلك فطلبت من الموظف فتح الغرفة باستخدام المفتاح الماستر، رائحة الفندق كريهة والممرات مظلمة والمكيف سيء، وجبة الإفطار محدودة جدا . لا يستحق ان يكون فندق خمس نحوم

A luxurious hotel, though pricey. The sea-view rooms are absolutely stunning. Its location in Trabzon's most beautiful spot, Boztepe, is fantastic, with two famous restaurants right below it. You can even walk to the Boztepe viewpoint. The area is vibrant, surrounded by upscale neighborhoods, residential complexes, entertainment zones, and restaurants. However, the service was slow, which I didn't like. One day they missed cleaning my room, even though I left the 'Please clean' sign out. I approached the front desk staff, who were polite and helpful, but the room still wasn't cleaned. The breakfast was good and tasty, but the selection was less than what I'd expect from a five-star hotel in Turkey generally.

Otel çok temizdi. Personel çok ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Özellikle havuz başı restorant çalışanları çok ilgiliydiler. Aguapark güzeldi, cankurtaran herhangi bir kaza durumu olmaması için sürekli takipteydi. Kahvaltı yeterliydi, çeşit çoktu. Bağlantılı odada kaldık oda çok konforluydu.Tekrar kalmayı tercih edebileceğimiz bir otel.
