Very clean room, staff courteous, security tight, bathrooms very clean, wait staff excellent! Lakeside Kitchen waitress great but food average for the high price. Can't wait to try the new Infusion restaurant on our next visit. Pool area very clean and cozy at all hours.

Great staff, very clean. Love the lobby area with lots of food options. Valet guys were on top of things. (Thank you Miguel!) Overall excellent experience. Thank you!

Ugh. That’s just it. We had a studio for a few weeks because a family member was receiving medical treatment at IU health. The staff in general is very friendly and tries to be helpful. But, this place is run down and crappy. First, it’s like it was semi-renovated recently. Like they put newer furniture in the but the guts of the place are still old. The location of this hotel was fine for that purpose. Kinda off of the beaten downtown path, so generally quiet. But things aren’t as walkable. The kitchen appliances weren’t great, but whatever. The cabinets & drawers were dirty/sticky inside. Also, our room was missing things. I have no doubt previous guests stole or threw out things, but they still need to properly restock. We had 3 mugs, but one glass. Four knives, three forks, and one spoon. No serving/cooking utensils. One small pot, no frying pan or saucepan. No measuring cups/spoons. Etc. I’ve stayed in enough extended stay type of places to understand the basics they don’t care about. Then other things like.. you had to be careful not to push on the light switch in the toilet/shower part of the bathroom because the lights would stop working. The up button didn’t work on the thermostat so if it was too cold I’d have to shut it off to reset it to 70 whatever. Two of the four windows were blocked by the desk, which based on photos was an add when the “remodeling” happened. Then there were just the issues with other patrons. ********* isn’t legal in Indiana. As a smoke free hotel the hotel needs to do more about the obnoxiously strong smell of **** in the hallways and elevators, especially on the weekends. Or, to also rid the hallways of cooking smells, they need better ventilation. Finally, as others have said, the breakfast isn’t great. The selection definitely wasn’t up to the standards of what I’d expect from a Residence Inn level hotel. If I wanted to stay at a place with a kitchenette I’d probably opt for the Hyatt House, which is also usually cheaper.

Hotel is nice and quiet, as well as well positioned near campus.

Jw sepatutnya lebih baik daripada halaman yang terletak betul-betul di sebelahnya tetapi saya lebih suka mariott halaman selain daripada cara Jw yang lebih baik tetapi tiada apa-apa yang berlaku semasa perjalanan kami terima kasih kerana menginap!!

Room temperature to me is 72, it was 68 in my room, far too cold for this Floridian’s liking. I wanted ice. No ice on the main floor, the attendant said there is ice on every floor. Fine, I went to my floor, no ice. I went down one floor, no ice, down another floor, no ice, finally on the 4th try, I got ice. $40 for parking is steep but in downtown Indy with a car full of stuff, I had no choice. It worked out well, no issues. God is good. Breakfast is good, hot and fast. Could have used a better muffin selection, bran was the only choice. The valet parking was great. Evan Coffman was nice. The “green” whatever it was provided in the shower for shampoo burned my scalp. I had to get out and rewash with the stuff on the bath counter. Horrible.

The rates were a little higher than expected and the rooms a bit dated but overall was a pleasant stay. The staff is very minimal. The breakfast area has some hot options and coffee but is only manned by one individual, whom I want to note did an amazing job on her own. Its a little further walk from some downtown locations but overall a good option.

We booked a room last minute for one night as we were heading north to Michigan. We didn’t make a dinner reservation at time of booking due to our uncertainty about arrival time. We checked into a room with 1 queen and 1 king bed, a large screen tv, beverage fridge, microwave, and private bathroom. We had drinks in the lounge and then were seated for dinner. What fabulous food! Unfortunately the elk burgers were sold out though other guests reported they were outstanding. My husband had a creamy chicken soup spiced with curry but not hot. I had a delicious crab cake with a sauce which tasted like a dill dip. Since we ate in the lounge, we never saw the dining room. What a beautiful place! Eat here even if you don’t stay here.

Very friendly staff, clean comfortable room, great location to shopping and access to the mall.
