"Rooms are nice, water park is good, arcade was fun. Restaurant was horrible. Very under staffed, waited for 20 mins for our drinks, which was water with lemon and then another 40 mins for our food which came out cold. And loud, it's so loud. We have an autistic son and we asked several hotel workers for help. Can we sit away from the live music...no. Instead they seated us directly in the middle of the whole restaurant. They could've had more activities for families since it's the winter. We tried it and it's not our cup of tea."

Guest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, right in Back Bay, making transportation incredibly convenient. There's a shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel, and it's within walking distance of the train station. The views are great, with the Boston Public Library right downstairs, and shopping and dining are very accessible. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding comfortable, and the overall stay was very relaxing. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and both check-in and check-out were smooth. Overall, it offers good value for money, and the toiletries and coffee bar were also very good. The only minor downside was that there was only one chair in the room, which wasn't very convenient for two people.

Chan CharlotteIt’s a beautiful hotel. Room is nice and comfy. Location is perfect.
However, service is terrible. Like a 3-star hotel.
When we arrived, there was no doorman at the door to help with luggages. After a 24-hour door to door travel, we had to carry our luggages up and still no one offered help.
Housekeeping was not a 5-star ranking standard. Bedsheets were not changed even on the 5th night I stayed.
From day 2, we have to call front desk to replenish water everyday. If u don’t call, no water is replenish.
A request of a kettle took 30 mins.
We ordered a few packages from Amazon and Target, took them two whole days to check where are the packages. Called front desk 3 times, went down to talk face to face with front desk 2 times. Finally they found it and brought it to the room.

agustd:The hotel itself is old, having been around for a while, but it's very clean and the rooms are spacious. For this quality, I think the price is quite a steal! The restaurant serves delicious food, and there's a casino, so you can really take your time and enjoy yourself.

Kangle001Very nice hotel, the guy at the front desk is from Shanghai, very professional and handsome. He took the initiative to help order lunch. The afternoon tea on the first floor is very good. I made an appointment with friends to have afternoon tea together. It feels similar to the Peninsula Shanghai. I didn't read the menu carefully and ordered an ice cream. Ahaha, in the end, the whole afternoon tea was not charged. I'm really sorry.

A quick stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Boston Crosstown Center:
The Best Part: The breakfast here is an absolute winner! Huge selection (bagels, muffins, waffles, eggs, cereal) plus free coffee, tea, and hot cocoa in the lobby.
Location/Safety: Connected directly to the hospital. The parking area felt a bit sketchy at night (we saw police cars parked there), though we personally didn't run into any issues or bad people.
The Room: A bit outdated, but considering the price and breakfast, it’s completely fine for a one-night stop.

Guest UserThe hotel has a great location with plenty of restaurants nearby and is convenient for getting around. Parking can be booked in advance at nearby parking lots; the hotel charges 70, but you can come and go freely. The room is dark, with a kitchen and tableware, but the facilities are outdated. The refrigerator is particularly noisy, and combined with the air conditioner compressor right outside the window, there's low-frequency noise all night. Those sensitive to noise should be cautious… The sofa bed is old, makes noise, and the springs have lost their elasticity, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on. The bathroom has a separate shower and toilet, but the toilet seat is loose. The shower faucet doesn't close properly and leaks all night.

Overall a good experience for a pricey hotel in Boston. I think they are all quite expensive. Nice hotel and staff. Food and bar good. Liked the “free” tea/coffee, water and snacks, and rooftop pool and bar. I think that’s why they charge an amenity fee. No smoking at the rooftop pool/bar which was a pain. They should set aside a small corner for smokers as it’s outside after all.
I think the bathroom/shower facilities could be updated. The functioning of it seemed outdated and tricky to work. We only had a trickle of cold water coming out of our sink tap which was annoying.
Overall though a good experience for our 3 nights in Boston.

HemantDMy last stay 3 weeks ago was excellent. But last night the room was freezing cold. 65 F . Out side was 5 F.
The man on front desk was not polite. Changed the room from 326 to 832 with same temp. Sent a van driver to check the problem. And said he cannot do anything more. There was no engineering staff.
Very unhappy with this uncomfortable night. Travellers, please be careful.

Clean, new rooms. Convenient location. Walkable safe area. Comfortable mattress. Would highly recommend! We even tried the brunch buffet downstairs and while it was a little pricey it was great! We can't wait to go back again. Easy check in and check out.
