너무 좋은 호텔이었습니다. 안에 헬스장도있고 수영장도 있고 조식 맛있습니다. 위치도 좋고 바로 옆에는 병원이라 나름 위험하지않는 동네 같았습니다

訂了Artist Tower的大床房, 入住的是Patron Tower。兩個Tower風格不一樣，也算個驚喜的免費升級吧。 酒店的地理位置相當優越，對飛機或是火車出行的遊客都相當便利。我乘坐了Amtrak 到South Station,然後步行十幾分鍾就到了酒店。對機場更是方便，Silver Line機場快線十幾分鍾直達，步行通道到Silver Line Convention Center 站，下雨驕陽都方便。在Convention Center站也可以一站轉乘Red Line去Harvard, MIT, UMass; 轉乘Green Line 去BU, BC, Tufts。 酒店所在的seaport area乾淨整潔、現代嶄新、景色優美。可能是知道中國人喜歡8，我的房間被安排在18樓，酒店房間面積大、視野開拓、還能看到一些海景。紅銅色的衞浴開關非常的高端美觀。床也舒適不硬不軟。 酒店有好幾個餐飲選擇，我嘗試了兩個。Cocorico Bakery 早餐選擇很多，味道也不錯。Coquette 像是法式花園，比較fancy。 有一點提醒，攜程訂購的first name 和 last name和酒店紀錄是相反的。前台找了好久都沒找到我的預訂，最後給了confirmation #才找着。 總體非常滿意。下次還會選擇入住。

We stayed over for a family wedding. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again when in the area and will recommend to friends and family.

Our flight arrived late, so we didn’t get to explore the hotel facilities. The location and cleanliness were good. There was service, but not much warmth or hospitality. It’s a straightforward business hotel—functional, but nothing beyond that.

It was a generally good stay, with nice amenities and a spacious room. There was one issue that came up: the Trip.com website stated that the room would be on the 27th floor. However, when checking in, the reception at the Encore hotel said the highest they could give me was the 17th floor, 10 floors below what was promised, even though I showed them my reservation detailing that reserved room was on the 27th floor. A second issue to be aware: this establishment that calls itself a ”resort hotel” does not have a mini-fridge in the room. One can rent one for $40/night, which is a bit mind-boggling. The only fridge in the room is dedicated for the mini-bar. However, one cannot use that fridge because any movement of items in it would incur a charge since the sensor system, which tracks each bottle, would trigger a charge to the room. This meant I could not place my perishable item in the mini-bar fridge by shifting the alcoholic bottles to make space for my perishable items. Otherwise, this was overall a pleasant stay.

All Staff Friendly and efficient Boom service food excellent! The adjoining private restaurant was very good also, friendly staff and Great Fish & chips !Wow !

Great location on the Wharf and very clean, spacious rooms. The two issues: 1) the service at the front desk and with the valet is quite poor, and 2) the amenities are becoming outdated. The spa (Exhale) is nice, but hotel guests need to pay $60 for a pass to use the sauna and steam. It is not included in the room rate.

The hotel room was ok. I got the king bed wicked small room. The facilities seem neither new nor old. But the bathroom facilities are strange, including the sink and bathtub. They make movement not easy. The hotel was packed. Actually for me too many guests, maybe there was an event during my stay.

Отель забронировал с целью посещения Boston Marathon. Отлично месторасположение. Номера просторные, немного шумит кондиционер. Совершенно неприемлемая Кофемашина, с тралом смог запустить. В островном все хорошо.

It’s a beautiful hotel. Room is nice and comfy. Location is perfect. However, service is terrible. Like a 3-star hotel. When we arrived, there was no doorman at the door to help with luggages. After a 24-hour door to door travel, we had to carry our luggages up and still no one offered help. Housekeeping was not a 5-star ranking standard. Bedsheets were not changed even on the 5th night I stayed. From day 2, we have to call front desk to replenish water everyday. If u don’t call, no water is replenish. A request of a kettle took 30 mins. We ordered a few packages from Amazon and Target, took them two whole days to check where are the packages. Called front desk 3 times, went down to talk face to face with front desk 2 times. Finally they found it and brought it to the room.
