Really welcoming staff who made it easy for us to check in early. They had confirmed prior to the trip that we would be able to drop off our bags, but as our room was ready, allowed the weary travelers to check in.ideal for us post Boston marathon where we just wanted a day in Boston, rather than in Hopkinton where we had been staying. Great choice at breakfast and lots of coffee available as well as a shuttle , whim we didn’t use because we like walking! King bed was soooo comfortable and lovely towels and beautifully clean; friendly staff who smiled in the corridors. Used the gym which had cardio equipment and weights and a lovely but small pool .

Bel hôtel, la piscine est superbe, les enfants ont adoré! La salle d'arcade est bien aussi.

We had numerous issues on arrival, check in was v slow. I asked for the sofa bed to be made up and had to ask 3 more times - 4 different members of staff and in the end had to speak to manager. Another guests eye drop bottle was under the bed and the toilet was dirty. We had asked earlier about moving rooms & was told none were available !! Suddenly the manager found a room and so we were moved !!!! When the sofa bed was made up there was only about 30cm to squeeze past it to exit the roof - very risky if we needed to exit the room in an emergency. There was definite communication issues between front of house and house keeping.

We had a wonderful stay at The Westin Copley Place, Boston. The room was spacious and comfortable for 4 adults with two queen beds and it was clean and well maintained. The location is excellent, making it easy to access shopping and key attractions. We also enjoyed Bar10, which serves good food. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

We stayed over for a family wedding. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again when in the area and will recommend to friends and family.

Hotel is good overall but a bit worn down and old. Checked in on a Saturday night with multiple weddings so understandably crowded lobby. Overall a nice stay, but probably needs an update in the next few years.

Hotel doesn't privide slippers , toothbrush etc products. Make sure you have your own. Its kind of hard to order any food after 12pm. Its not a good place if you have younger kids .

訂了Artist Tower的大床房, 入住的是Patron Tower。兩個Tower風格不一樣，也算個驚喜的免費升級吧。 酒店的地理位置相當優越，對飛機或是火車出行的遊客都相當便利。我乘坐了Amtrak 到South Station,然後步行十幾分鍾就到了酒店。對機場更是方便，Silver Line機場快線十幾分鍾直達，步行通道到Silver Line Convention Center 站，下雨驕陽都方便。在Convention Center站也可以一站轉乘Red Line去Harvard, MIT, UMass; 轉乘Green Line 去BU, BC, Tufts。 酒店所在的seaport area乾淨整潔、現代嶄新、景色優美。可能是知道中國人喜歡8，我的房間被安排在18樓，酒店房間面積大、視野開拓、還能看到一些海景。紅銅色的衞浴開關非常的高端美觀。床也舒適不硬不軟。 酒店有好幾個餐飲選擇，我嘗試了兩個。Cocorico Bakery 早餐選擇很多，味道也不錯。Coquette 像是法式花園，比較fancy。 有一點提醒，攜程訂購的first name 和 last name和酒店紀錄是相反的。前台找了好久都沒找到我的預訂，最後給了confirmation #才找着。 總體非常滿意。下次還會選擇入住。

在波士頓的最後兩天住在這家酒店，前台小哥態度很好，得知我們的訂單沒有包含早餐，不僅主動送了我們自助早餐券，還給了兩張星巴克的消費券，足夠我們吃早餐和買咖啡了。在此謝謝這位前台小哥哥。房間環境中規中矩，但是前台的服務讓我們感覺很值得一住。

Room decor was a bit tired, but spacious. Would have liked a coffee pot, but not a big deal. We only spent one night. Overall the property was beautiful. We stayed in the motor lodge. There are several locations on property to stay.
