Great experience! Clean hotel with room of good size. Overall 5 stars :-)

Our flight arrived late, so we didn’t get to explore the hotel facilities. The location and cleanliness were good. There was service, but not much warmth or hospitality. It’s a straightforward business hotel—functional, but nothing beyond that.

Room decor was a bit tired, but spacious. Would have liked a coffee pot, but not a big deal. We only spent one night. Overall the property was beautiful. We stayed in the motor lodge. There are several locations on property to stay.

We had numerous issues on arrival, check in was v slow. I asked for the sofa bed to be made up and had to ask 3 more times - 4 different members of staff and in the end had to speak to manager. Another guests eye drop bottle was under the bed and the toilet was dirty. We had asked earlier about moving rooms & was told none were available !! Suddenly the manager found a room and so we were moved !!!! When the sofa bed was made up there was only about 30cm to squeeze past it to exit the roof - very risky if we needed to exit the room in an emergency. There was definite communication issues between front of house and house keeping.

All Staff Friendly and efficient Boom service food excellent! The adjoining private restaurant was very good also, friendly staff and Great Fish & chips !Wow !

Convenient location to airport and car rental but highly overpriced. The hotel could use an update.  Worst part of this stay was waiting 45 mins for a shuttle at midnight. Called the hotel 5 times and kept getting the same answer, “ I’ll check on the driver” and then hung up on with no answer as to when the shuttle would arrive.  When we finally got to the hotel, being judged by the front desk man about me and my husband sleeping in the same bed and being given a room with 2 queen beds.  VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE. We’ll be staying at another hotel next time, even if it’s further from airport & rental car location.

The breakfast is great. Staffs are very nice. Location is very good will stay again!

Отель забронировал с целью посещения Boston Marathon. Отлично месторасположение. Номера просторные, немного шумит кондиционер. Совершенно неприемлемая Кофемашина, с тралом смог запустить. В островном все хорошо.

訂了Artist Tower的大床房, 入住的是Patron Tower。兩個Tower風格不一樣，也算個驚喜的免費升級吧。 酒店的地理位置相當優越，對飛機或是火車出行的遊客都相當便利。我乘坐了Amtrak 到South Station,然後步行十幾分鍾就到了酒店。對機場更是方便，Silver Line機場快線十幾分鍾直達，步行通道到Silver Line Convention Center 站，下雨驕陽都方便。在Convention Center站也可以一站轉乘Red Line去Harvard, MIT, UMass; 轉乘Green Line 去BU, BC, Tufts。 酒店所在的seaport area乾淨整潔、現代嶄新、景色優美。可能是知道中國人喜歡8，我的房間被安排在18樓，酒店房間面積大、視野開拓、還能看到一些海景。紅銅色的衞浴開關非常的高端美觀。床也舒適不硬不軟。 酒店有好幾個餐飲選擇，我嘗試了兩個。Cocorico Bakery 早餐選擇很多，味道也不錯。Coquette 像是法式花園，比較fancy。 有一點提醒，攜程訂購的first name 和 last name和酒店紀錄是相反的。前台找了好久都沒找到我的預訂，最後給了confirmation #才找着。 總體非常滿意。下次還會選擇入住。

The staff were very helpful and they upgraded us to a lovely spacious room with a fabulous view! The hotel is in a great location. Walking distance to the Pacific Mall, the museums, Newbury St.and many restaurants around. The Lucy Bar and Restaurant inside the hotel is excellent and the food was great! I recommend this hotel to everyone and will definitely stay there again.
