Hotel Dengan Spa di Michigan, United States

We stayed here Friday and Saturday night. We booked a romantic stay cation about 30 mins from our house. The room was smaller than we expected but the beds were pretty comfortable. The worst part about the room was the thermostat. I felt that it was not easy to control. We had the heat on and it would still turn on the ac. Our room did not hold in heat very well. The best part about the hotel room was the bathroom. The shower was huge with a seat. There were two mirrors with lights and Bluetooth you could pair to your phone to play music. We did not try it but we both thought that it was a cool feature. Unlike most hotels, the fitness center had cables and fancy workout bikes. The sauna was very relaxing. We did not go in the pool or hot tub because I did have to work for a couple hours on Saturday and we got in late on Friday. We relaxed in our hotel room after a gym and sauna session. After 4 PM on Friday and Saturday, it is hard to find parking that is close to the door. We had to park in the back far away from the entrance. My boyfriend was very annoyed by this and rated the hotel a two star because of it lol. I hope to try the pool and hot tub next time we go to this hotel. I also would like to try a pool view room maybe those are nicer. We will have to try the restaurant/bar next time too. Maybe if we come a weekday the parking situation will be better. Overall it was a pretty nice stay. I hope they update their thermostats to something nicer sooner than later.

Location great, rooms were very clean. Great variation for breakfast needs, turndown chocolate chip cookies, comfortable beds. For the cost of this room I was VERY impressed of the value. The only negative thing I can say was that the shower water pressure was meh.. but that also is indicative of majority of resort/hotels. Best thing was that the coffee was amazing, it was great tasting, not watered down and the perfect temperature to drink- not scalding tastebuds off hot.

출장으로 17층 객실에 머물렀습니다. 창밖으로 디트로이트 강이 한눈에 내려다보이고, 도시 야경이 정말 멋졌습니다. 특히 밤에 조명이 비칠 때는 창가에 앉아 있는 것만으로도 피로가 풀렸어요. 위치가 굉장히 좋습니다. 도심 주요 지역과 컨벤션센터가 도보 거리라 이동이 편했고, 주변 치안도 생각보다 안정적이었습니다. 객실은 청결하고 침대 컨디션도 훌륭했어요. 욕실 수압이 강하고 온도 조절이 잘 돼서 샤워하기에도 쾌적했습니다. 프런트 직원분들도 친절했고, 체크인/체크아웃 모두 빠르게 처리됐습니다. 출장 중 하루를 편하게 보내고 싶다면 이 호텔을 추천합니다. 뷰, 위치, 청결도 모두 만족스러웠습니다.

Handy location with a good/secret airport security entrance for domestic Delta flights at McNamara, swimming pool is very small and I couldn’t find a shower there. Check out staff didn’t easily explain how to get the shuttle to Evans terminal, nor could she smile. Food is ok but pricey

Saya sangat menyukai hotel ini dan itulah sebabnya saya telah kembali kepadanya lebih daripada 10 kali dalam tempoh 3 bulan yang lalu! Sarapan pagi yang sangat baik, kakitangan yang sangat menghormati dan lokasi yang hebat. Terdapat bilik sentiasa sangat bersih juga. Mereka mengenakan bayaran serendah $87 ditambah cukai untuk bilik tidur raja dengan ruang tamu dan sofa! Satu-satunya isu saya ialah mengapa saya tidak pernah diberi ganjaran kerana menjadi pelanggan yang kembali secara konsisten lol.

Went to event at Soundboard with friends - great venue so a group of four friends decided to make an overnight of it, including check-in after using the wonderful spa which was an excellent experience. The hotel was adequate, but the surprise was the lack of amenities, such as no actual water glasses for the room, no wine glasses available for the room, and no ability to really order food to the room other than going to the food court options, which are not impressive. We did, however, have an excellent dinner at ritzy restaurant, Revel. Pricey but great experience for a splurge. Room on 12th floor was blazing hot even with temp set at 65 degrees (with governor so could not adjust lower), and room was more like 75 degrees. Altogether, a fun experience at adequate hotel with pricey but wonderful spa, fantastic dinner at Revel restaurant and convenient access to Soundboard event venue.

Heater in room didn't work. They didn't have another room that had the same layout to accommodate our situation with children. So we got extra blankets. A room for 6 people had 2 towels. When I asked for more towels they gave me a pile of towels. So I folded them myself since the staff couldn't be bothered to fold them. Also no towels in pool area.
