"The room had a nice view. The front desk lady was very nice. We asked to change to a valley-view room and we get it. Breakfast was ok ok.There are ample spaces of Parking.
Only things we faced was that there was no electricity while we are in the breakfast area on the 9th floor, and the hotel had no backup power. After finishing breakfast, we had to walk down the stairs from the 9th floor to our room on the 4th floor. Then again at checkout, we had to carry our suitcases down the stairs from the 4th floor to the lobby. It was very tiring and inconvenient for my parents, and we expected the hotel to have backup power for situations like this."

"We have been to a lot of ****** hotels in various states, this rates as an average basic hotel. It needs updated in a lot of ways. Still has corded phone in hotel bathroom as if the late 1990’s. I’m sure it was an awesome place over twenty years ago, but it has not changed with the times. It was clean but basic in all the ways possible. The restaurants at the ****** were good just the hotel itself needs upgrades."

Location in proximity to city attractions is amazing 5/5. Location in terms of safety is 2/5. There isn’t a covered secured lot for your car and I was approached by many people asking me for money while taking a walk around the building. Service is hit or miss. When I arrived, and attempted to open my car door, I was accosted by the valet who yelled at me and asked me what I was TRYING to do. I told him I was checking in to the hotel. And he was aggressively unpleasant, seemingly angry that I had arrived. Conversely, the valet attendant the next day was polite and wonderful. The front desk was nice but did not review any of the amenities nor offer any information about the hotel, which is a shame. Nice but inattentive and uninterested. The service at both Idol Wolf and Good Press were 5/5. The food at both were 5/5. The hotel itself is gorgeous. There’s art set in an old gym. The renovation is well done. Enjoyed it very much. The view from the room was also very nice. The room itself was standard with a few attention to detail things needing addressed. Such as broken handles and non working bathroom fixtures. Overall would recommend this hotel because it is unique. Big plus - they allow pets!!! Yes!

Everything was god except my experience at the LandShark bar and grill my waitress threw away my food I didn’t eve pay yet and they weren’t even busy. To save her own tail she told the manger I was almost done I wasn’t not. Everything and everyone else was great. The lady at the pizza place was very nice. The bowling alley was cool and very affordable. The front desk greeted us with smiles. Check in and out was super easy!!!

I needed a last minute stay, was able to book just a few hours before arrival. I felt comfortable with the area and hotel as a woman traveling alone, and arriving at 8 pm. My room was huge! Bed was comfy and the chaise in the room was perfect for relaxing while doing a little computer work. Will definitely stay again.

We loved our stay! The hotel was beautiful and we were so close to everything that we did! My daughter (she’s 4) had a blast in the pool and on the playground, and our older daughter and son-in-law and their 2yo twin boys also had a wonderful time. We’ll definitely be coming back!

While this property has a great location, and is cleaner/ more modern than Four Seasons, it's not worth the 450USD a night. Better to spend 100-150 at any one of the 3 star hotel chains which are likely at par, or better in terms of value for money.
