Hotel kegemaran anak perempuan saya di pantai - dan kemudahan tambahan untuk keluarga membolehkan saya bekerja dari hotel jika perlu - sementara munchkin saya masih berseronok.. dia suka kelab kanak-kanak walaupun pada usia 10 tahun dan panggung wayang mini peribadi kerana dia boleh pergi ”sendiri” memandangkan saya hanya beberapa kaki jauhnya. Kolam renang dalaman sungai malas mendapat sambutan hebat - dan bersih serta diselenggara. Kolam renang luaran adalah BEACHFRONT..hampir di dalam pasir yang terletak begitu baik. Beberapa kali kami telah tinggal di sana kakitangan sentiasa di atas dan di luar membantu. Kejatuhan - Unit A/C boleh menggunakan naik taraf dan tempat sarapan memerlukan beberapa peningkatan hiasan tetapi makanannya NYATA (bukan ”pura-pura telur hancur”) dan disediakan dengan baik dan perkhidmatannya baik. Saya tidak akan menganggapnya sebagai hotel ”Mewah” dan harga bermusim adalah sama dengan pesaing mewah tetapi saya rasa itu bergantung pada cara anda mentakrifkan kemewahan - anak perempuan saya akan memilih hotel ini berbanding Hilton baharu tanpa persoalan.

In a world where many hotel chains use COVID or being green as an excuse to save money, I am happy to report that the Westin Dulles rose above my expectations. Much to my surprise, I did not find a green excuse flyer on my pillow to explain why my room could not be cleaned while I was out. Too many hotels use either ecology or COVID-19 as an excuse to set low expectations for customer service. The Westin Dulles is the first hotel that truly delivered on its commitment to customer service. They cleaned my room to spotless perfection while I was out on business. And when I came back I had clean towels and a freshly made bed to sleep in. Westin elevated their brand by doing what used to be expected. Our bar was lowered by COVID-19. However, Westin still cares enough to overcome the challenges facing the hospitality industry. Well done Westin! Gratefully, Gary

Today is my wife's birthday, so I went to a restaurant thinking about breakfast. However, the restaurant is closed, and there is a bistro next to it, but instead of serving the food on a plate like McDonald's, they made it by rolling it on paper. Also, the prices(11$) were high and the staff were unfriendly. I don't want to use the restaurant again.

The criteria I rate hotel on are: comfort of the room, the safety and cleanliness of the building, location to what I need, the staff. We stayed at Fairfield Emporia VA on a road trip. It was very convenient to 95. It was easy on/easy off the highway. Free breakfast was offered so we didn’t need to eat at any of them local places. The breakfast had a nice option of both hot and cold options. The hotel was clean and safe. The room was very comfortable. I loved the bed! The only interaction I had with the staff was at check in. The person who checked us in was wonderful. He was professional and friendly. Next time I’m on a road trip and need an overnight stop I would stay at Fairfield emporia again.

It's nice experienced stayed here. They were friendly and helpful at the front desk. Spacious room and kitchen was ausome.

This is a review of the hotel manager, not the hotel, because she is AMAZING! I arrived late at night after 14 hours of travel, but it turned out I was at the wrong hotel. Turns out there are a couple that are named so closely that it's easy to end up at the wrong one. I asked if I could just transfer my reservation to this hotel but she said that wasn't possible. I assume they are owned by different companies. Nevertheless, she personally drove me to the correct hotel when the hotel shuttle driver returned. She definitely didn't have to do that. My thoughts are that any hotel run by someone that committed to guest experience, even if they aren't her guests, is going to run a great hotel.

Great experience…. I arrived late at night and the front desk attendant was great. I forgot my computer bag and the security was able to confirm I left it in the room and was able to retrieve it. Great experience… I wish I could remember the night attendant’s name… he was professional and courteous

It’s a cool place, we enjoyed it

Absolute best place to stay for folks flying out of Dulles Airport. Free shuttle to the airport, safe parking for your car, excellent restaurant and very friendly staff If your trip is at least two weeks long it’s actually cheaper to stay at hotel and park your car here then to just park it at the airport. Plus no gásteles of driving to airport the day of your flight.

Such a nice hotel! The staff were friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was delicious. I appreciated the free shuttle to the airport.

A nice hotel with spacious rooms and a good, regular shuttle to the airport—if it’s 10-15 minutes, so not exactly an airport-adjacent hotel. I arrived late and left early but the staff was helpful and welcoming and the room was quite large, a good bathroom in which to freshen up. I would happily stay again.

Stayed for a few nights while in town on business. Decent location not far from Dulles airport, near Reston town center. Walkable to a Target and a few restaurants. Rooms seem recently renovated with West Elm (per a room sign) furniture. Full sized toiletries in the shower. Breakfast was provided, which is nice, but choices were slim. Two hot dishes (an egg, a meat) Nothing really to eat as a vegetarian. Flavored yogurt, oatmeal packets. There is an airport shuttle, but only on demand. So call ahead for pickup. I ended up taking a taxi from Dulles, as otherwise I was going to have to wait for a while until the shuttle was available.

Don’t be fooled by the exterior and the closeness to the main road 28. Hotel has been maintained and has done a nice job staying relevant. The room was comfortable and quiet. It was clear that housekeeping did a good job and unlike many other locations post COVID they refreshed the room. The bartender in O’Malleys was friendly and attentive. The bar was well kept and had screens to watch the football games. The only downside was the quality of the food. We ordered nachos and the pretzel. The nachos were just tortilla chips with what appeared to be cheese sauce and canned chili with some fresh chopped onions. The pretzel was fine but the sauce was liquid and had no adhesion to the pretzel. Sub standard on both while pricing is comparable to other better quality offerings elsewhere. A little tweaking would go a long way here.

I've stayed here a total of 4 nights in the past month because my wife an daughter had an international trip from Dulles. It's so nice. Room is big, check in is easy if you get their app. They even have a way to open your door with your phone. Breakfast and pool are both very good. Shuttle is great and on time. Do not take a drink on it though (unless you're a pilot). Different rules for the less important I guess. But all in all it's a great hotel and I will choose it again if I ever need one close to the airport again.

I was attending the AMVETS National Executive Committee Meeting at the Washington Dulles Airport Marriott the second week of March. When we first arrived we were greeted with a warm smile at the front desk. Angela P. was the perfect host and the epitome of customer service. Very personable and accommodating to our needs for our stay, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Along with Erin and Darnell, the staff at the front desk and the security officers were outstanding! However, the event group leadership and staff is another story. It seemed that a certain individual was trying to make a name for themselves and in doing so destroyed a great portion of our enjoyment during our stay. I will say he and his minions provided us a memory that will be remembered for quite a long time; a memory exactly opposite of the wonderful service we received at the front desk! Kudos to Angela and her co workers!

The Dulles Airport North is located nine minutes away from Dulles International Airport. We recently made a reservation in this hotel for one night before my flight from Dulles. It was quite a great experience, starting with the check-in process with Alex. She was pretty energetic and friendly and expedited our check-in process. The two beds room was quite comfortable and met the business traveler's needs for a short-term stay. Also, parking is free in this location. I would highly recommend this location anytime and will be part of my selected hotels in Dulles when I need to travel from IAD.

We arrived late around 10:30pm and they were fine with that. Check in was a breeze. We went to our room on the elevator. Which I am glad they had because it was on the third floor. When we were settled in our room we realized that out the window there were a ton of people playing music, drinking and playing a game of cornhole. I sure hope no one needed to be up early because it was quite loud. The hotel has a small seating area where they were partying. During the 3 nights we stayed they actually partied every single night. The blanket on the bed felt as thick as a sheet and wasn’t truly a blanket at all. I think it was a duvet without the actual comforter inside. My partner was cold and we had to use our down comforter from home. We traveled here from Vermont and are on our way to go camping in Virginia Beach so we had our blankets in our truck. We booked a suite because it had a place to cook but were made to ask for cooking pans and plates and utensils. Not very convenient at all. It’s all to save the housekeepers from having to clean but isn’t that what they are being paid to do? The 3 days we were here they did not offer any housekeeping unless we paid XTRA for it. Yes you read that correctly! You do not get your bed turned down or clean towels switched out unless you pay XTRA! There are cheaper places you can stay and actually get room service that usually comes with a hotel room. With that being said the stove works well and the bed is comfortable.

Shakina and Matt helped us change rooms twice till we found one that was nice and quiet and not too high up. The 15th floor is so high up my fiancé would t go out on balcony. So we went to 2nd. But to kid. Went to 503 just right but a little musty. 1507 smelled cleaner. Nice jacuzzi and restaurant with friendly bartender. Not busy at all. Lovely get away listening to the ocean waves 🌊 overnight with patio door left open. Beds comfortable. Sheets clean. Tv was old 40 inch and slow. Would stay again.

Saya tiba satu setengah jam sebelum mendaftar masuk dan bilik saya belum siap. Saya diberitahu bahawa saya mesti kembali. Saya tidak diberi akses ke garaj parkir, jadi saya perlu membayar untuk meletakkan kereta saya untuk menunggu setengah jam. Ketika bilik saya sudah siap, saya terpaksa menunggu di barisan kereta selama 45 minit hanya untuk mendaftar masuk kerana mereka sangat disandarkan. Semasa mendaftar masuk saya diberikan 2 kunci bilik dan tidak ada yang lain. Saya menganggap akan ada paket selamat datang di dalam bilik tetapi tidak ada apa-apa. Ketika separuh lagi rombongan saya tiba, mereka juga harus menunggu di garisan kereta selama 45 minit. Kolam itu kotor dan topeng muka melayang di dalamnya. Malam pertama AC tidak berfungsi dan suhu 80 darjah di dalam bilik. Saya menghampiri kaunter penerimaan tetamu pada pukul 9 pagi suatu pagi dan meminta pengemasan membawa tuala baru dan kertas tandas ke bilik kerana kami berada di luar, saya juga bertanya adakah mereka boleh membawa tuala dan sampah lama yang ditumpuk dengan kemas di 1 lokasi untuk dibuang. Saya diberitahu bahawa anda harus meminta perkhidmatan ini 24 jam lebih awal tetapi mereka akan membawa tuala dan kertas tandas baru. Saya kembali pada pukul 6 petang untuk mendapati tidak ada tuala atau kertas tandas di dalam bilik. Semasa saya menelefon meja depan, saya sekali lagi diberitahu bahawa saya harus meminta barang-barang ini 24 jam lebih awal tetapi mereka akan menghantar seseorang. Saya mempunyai 4 orang yang tinggal di dalam bilik dan mereka membawa 2 tuala sehingga terpaksa membuat perjalanan lagi untuk mendapatkan saya 2 orang lagi. Semasa saya memeriksa, hanya ada 1 vallet yang berfungsi, jadi saya terpaksa menunggu lebih dari satu jam untuk pergi. Terdapat 2 barisan kereta yang tersusun dan kanak-kanak malang itu bekerja tetapi tidak dapat melakukan begitu banyak. Saya sangat tidak berpuas hati dengan perkhidmatan pelanggan.

Awesome hotel!! This will be our new hotel for our yearly trips to Virginia Beach. Hotel and room were very nice and clean and breakfast was fantastic!! Pic is our view from our balcony!
