I usually have a good time at the resort and stayed a couple of times. This time from the start, there were a few things:
I had asked reception because we were going early, to have the breakfast boxes for the kids early to take at 5:30.
When we got to the restaurant in the evening it took a while to be served.
When we got the kids in the shower, there were no towels and when we phoned it took a while.
We also phoned to ask for normal milk as my child can’t have creomora and they said they would bring but never did.
Then our taxi driver let us down so I called reception to book an airport shuttle in the morning and she said she would call back but never did. Eventually after I called back, they got back to me with results. Didn’t tell me the price though.
When we checked out at 5:30, they didn’t have the breakfast boxes. And told us our taxi was K400 per head!
So all in all, wasn’t a great one.

Guest User🌿The cleaner’s ingenuity and dexterity help clean up the dirt of life bit by bit, allowing the sunlight to shine through the window and fill the entire room. Hygiene is not just a superficial effort, but also a life attitude and cultivation. (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)و✧*｡

Stayed for a week. It is close to East park mall, so there are many good restaurants around. It is a great hotel with a unique container structure. There is a little bit of vibration between floors due to the structural characteristics, but it is not enough to be bothersome.

Weird weird weird, that's how I'd describe my stay at Mika- Apparently they don't take bookings from Trip but are still on the app and have a number of reviews from people! They eventually accepted the booking and let us stay - The place resembled something from The Shining - EMPTY, quiet and eerie ! Location is good because it's near to the airport but don't stay here for any longer than needs be ! Also DO NOT book the airport transfer it is extortion ! Rather download ULENDO the app and book a taxi in advance with them! Mika were charging 300 PP - We got the taxi for 115 in total! Bed was comfortable, room was relatively clean but very meh overall - Pictured is the absolutely packed restaurant 🤭

Lovely rooms. But yet again, refused to refund an earlier check out. Lost two nights of stay for two rooms even though we notified the hotel days prior. We didn’t mind paying a penalty fee for making the stay shorter but that was never an option. They rejected our application for a refund. Otherwise, the hotel is nice and my guests love staying there. Hence I still book for their stay there

WangziQQtianIt was great. The owner was Chinese and very kind, helping me a lot. There were supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and the location wasn't far from the city center. The rooms were large and quiet. I stayed for three days and visited the nearby national parks. It was a very memorable experience.
