I have been to this holiday inn few times its good and close to motorway and also have free parking. staff is very nice and helpful found cleaning of room needs slightly more attention especially bathroom however its all very good. Breakfast is simple n alright to make a good start to day. Juice is not good at all however the coffee is nice and also have good tea selection. Hotel is clean and not smell

Simple and cheap hotel fairly close to the airport. Only stayed 1 night to get an early flight the next day. No frills, everything worked ok. Room smelt a bit gross when I first entered, but was fine 10mins after opening the window. Not easy to get to by public transport - Need to take a taxi if leaving your car there as buses are infrequent and inconvenient to get to. Check in was fine, check out the staff were busy looking at something and ignored me so I just left the key on the desk. Close to a service station for buying food and such.

Nice room, nice food, nice breakfast, nice staff, nice bar, decent pool (heated and clean but needs revamping) and nice grounds. It was very quiet as it was New Year’s Day but they still charged £10 for an extra hour at checkout.. otherwise perfect stay.

I really loved the stay. The shower room was nicely decorated and amazing to use. They had a nice setup for the room I.e the bed was comfortable, you could watch tv to pass the time, a kettle with amenities such as sugar/tea. The view outside was also beautiful. Overall I really felt relaxed and at home

We arrived late. Hotel called to check our arrival and explained to call before we arrived to be able to park on property. Staff were polite and helpful. Had to leave a £50 deposit, for additional charges, will refund what is not used. Just no details about thus on booking.

A huge thank you to you and your staff for looking after us so well at the Trefoil County Lunch. I have heard from a number of the ladies and many said as we were leaving what a lovely meal it was and how well you all looked after us. I would especially like to thank the staff for the care they obviously took with my dietary needs ensuring my meal (Gluten, dairy and onion free) was the same as others in the party and did not draw attention to my special dietary need. It was such a joy to eat out and not be very ill afterwards. Your chef is to be congratulated, as are you. The care and attention to detail was exceptional and much appreciated, Please do feel free to share this email with the Manager, Chef and staff. Thank you so much once again.
