酒店的環境非常非常安靜而且舒適，畢竟是2024年剛剛營業的，各種都非常新，前台小哥哥看到客人都是滿臉笑容的接待，最大的體驗感就是前台當地小哥哥會非常耐心的解答所有問題，包括了光溪瀑布，大象營，水牛參觀，稻田咖啡的全路線並幫我們預訂了包車告訴司機我們想要去的地方～房間桌子是老式傢俱，但非常乾淨，每天晚上回到酒店坐在房間的小院裏喝喝茶喝喝酒非常的愜意～早餐也有非常適合中國胃的餐食，雖然品類不是很多，但非常好吃～走路到洋人街，大排檔，網紅酒吧，大王宮，普西山都不超過10分鐘，而且就算要去織物村酒店也有免費自行車可以騎，我就是騎車去的織物村（10分鐘）和secret pizza，佈施在酒店門口就有可以晚起半小時，不用走到主街，太幸福了

Great hotel. Staff are super friendly and good location. Shuttle is also very useful to the market. Clean rooms and nice pool. Good workout facilities and good food.

給遊客的參考訊息：在火車站到城市之間的一片荒蕪之地上起了這麼一棟孤零零的酒店，作為晚到臨時中轉一夜的情況適宜，但一定不是目的地。酒店優點是有車接送站、老闆娘服務熱情，缺點是遠離城區沒有風景、旁邊是工地，房間風格像招待所。 再給酒店一點建議：酒店的公共空間和房間都寬敞，但審美不太在線。作為這樣的區位，還是要有實際價值，或獨特體驗、或好看打卡。否則這樣的標準賣380的價格，對於老撾普遍的酒店價位來説偏高。除非就是指望旅行團隊，否則散客還是需要有來的理由的

한달 전쯤 가족과 방문하고 두번째 방문입니다. 지난번 이 호텔에서의 따뜻했던 경험이 기억에 남아 다시 찾았습니다. 호텔에 드나드는 투숙객이 많을텐데 만나는 모든 이들이 저를 알아보고 Welcome back이라고 말해주어 감동이었습니다. 환대해준 Yong, Lith, Muhn, Mone 그리고 5/25 저녁 담당이었던 여자 호텔리어 두 분, 모두 너무 고맙습니다.(이름을 모두 물었어야 했는데 그러지 못한 것이 너무 아쉽습니다.) 그리고 아침 탁밧 때 스님이 되는 것에 대한 방법이나 라오족에 대해 친절하고 자세하게 설명해주신 남자 호텔리어분도 진심으로 고맙습니다. 고국으로 돌아가기 전 마지막 여행에 아바니에서의 따뜻한 기억때문에 다시 라오스를 찾을 것 같아요. 또 만나기를 고대하겠습니다.

Our stay had a lot of high points and a lot of low points. Starting with the high points, the grounds and room were incredible. Our experience at the spa was one of the best we’ve had. The cocktails and Laos-style burger we had for lunch one day were phenomenal. The staff were charming and very accommodating. However, there were a few aspects that were far below the experience expected of a 5 star hotel. First, cocktail service around the pool was abysmal. On almost every occasion we had to go searching for a staff member to take our order, and then the cocktails more often than not took more than half an hour to arrive. This is despite the fact that we seemed to be the only people ordering F&B at that time, i.e. they were not busy at all. Second, the breakfast was a disappointment every day - we were told we could order eggs or noodles, and had to repeatedly press the staff to find out what type of eggs and noodles, and we only discovered on the last day that there was a menu with additional options. We ordered poached eggs on toast, and the eggs had not been drained of excess liquid, and the bread was entirely soaked through. An order of waffles took over an hour to come out - first it was delivered as a pancakes, and then they just forgot about it despite repeated follow ups. The “local” Laos options lacked flavor - very little of the herbs and spice that makes Laos food great. I think this and the pool service issue are primarily the result of a lack of training and instruction for staff - they were clearly doing their best, but did not know what to do. Third, the pool area needs a lot more spent on maintenance. The decking is cracking and falling apart. The mosaic tiles in the pool are falling apart, A LOT of the tiles are missing, and I got a very large laceration on my forearm from the sharp edge of a tile sticking out. If this pool were in a western jurisdiction, it would not meet health and safety standards. Fourth, the gym was not worth visiting if you want to lift weights. Possibly the worst weights offering I’ve seen for a hotel of that price and with that much space. We want to reiterate how great and enthusiastic the staff were. I think this is primarily a management oversight, training, and maintenance capex issue.

The facilities are great with a rooftop large pool and a wonderful view of Liamd Prabang valley. The hotel is about 1.5kms to the centre, however they offer a free shuttle service on the hour from early morning to late evening. Great breakfast and lots to choose from We will definitely come back Thank you all for a lovely stay Blessings

The resort is designed with great attention to details. It is quiet and yet close to town via the old French Bridge. The swimming pool is great for children and families with trees and beautiful landscapes. Swimming pool faces the river. Room is clean and well maintained. Enjoy sitting on the balcony of the villa unit. There is a newly opened Japanese Restaurant 88 Sushi Bar across the river. Food and service is good quality and price is reasonable.

Absolutely the right choice to travel to Luang Prabang for a long weekend. We fell in love with it and it was wonderful to stay at the hotel. Excellent care and consideration. They really did go above and beyond to help. The staff were walk and welcoming. Thank you!

This hotel could be spectacular, the views around the hotel are stunningly beautiful but the property has been left to fall into disrepair. There has been no upkeep, the property needs a power-hose, paint & revamp. It is very unstaffed, leading to less senior staff running around trying to do everything. For example when we arrived there was no one to help us with our bags or greet us at the door (not really 5 star experience), the kids club is unstaffed, had to wait 20 minutes for someone to arrive at the pool bar to make me a drink.. don’t bother with the breakfast it is very poor quality, the noodle soup is the best option but hard to eat as the breakfast room is not air conditioned so it is boiling hot in there! The shuttle bus service was great & I liked staying out of town as lying by the pool was very tranquil. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

他家房間很棒，工作人員也十分負責，我們在酒店住了好多天，後面是直接找前台續住的，他在我們要出門的時候，都是讓司機把我們送到夜市口或者其他地方，他家出行真的很方便，而且老闆前台那些都是中國人，就算是老撾人的話，也會説中文溝通起來一點也不困難，真的很方便，他家真的超級推薦我住了好幾天，體驗都非常好，兄弟們，無腦沖就完事了。
