I really liked this hotel. It was leagues above any mid-range Hilton in my own country (USA). Breakfast was very decent for a buffet and room was relatively clean (staff took note of minor blemishes on a divider in the room). Wish I had an opportunity to check out the pool but I was short on time.

Best place to stay and great hospitality! Good food and great ambience! The property is well maintained and worth the price. Every nook and corner is well serviced and the staff is very welcoming and helpful. 100/100 for the staff Sherwin Tauro was very sweet of making our pre anniversary celebration memorable.

Excellent stay with the family. A little rough and lengthy check in, noisy corridors with people shouting across the halls and balconies even late at night. BESIDES the above we had a fantastic stay. Very courteous and helpful staff and teams, great housekeeping, superb breakfast. Will definitely recommend and visit again.

My stay at the Jaisalmer Spa Hotel and Resorts for three nights was nothing short of remarkable, truly making it a standout experience in Jaisalmer. This hotel, with its exceptional service and luxurious amenities, easily earns the title of the best hotel in the area. What made my stay especially memorable was the extraordinary hospitality extended by Mr. ***ish Kumar and his dedicated team, including Surajpal. The warmth and professionalism they exhibited were unparalleled. Additionally, our driver, Mr. Bharat Singh, ensured that our travel experiences around Jaisalmer were comfortable and enjoyable. Their collective efforts significantly enhanced the quality of our stay, leaving an indelible impression on us.

Fantastic resort with very spacious rooms, an amazing outdoor covered with lush green grass and a lot of trees. Had a blissful time, immersing ourselves in the ambience and facilities. Loved the royal villa with private pool, although the outdoor pool is equally enjoyable. Staff is extremely nice and looked after us quite well. Didn't feel out of place even for a moment and we were treated like family. Kids loved it. Special mention to chef Ashwini and his team for churning out some fantastic dishes on, request. It's worth alteast 2 to 3 days of rejuvenation at this oasis of peace and tranquility. Weather too felt better, thanks to the greenery and plantation.

Mohit, Ankita,Ubbaid,Mahesh,Deepika,Priyanka Ashish (Housekeeping this guy is literally knows how to talk and how to deal promote him please) these all are the gems in your hotel and exactly knows what is the requirement of the guest. House keeping service was also excellent and had catered to every small need of ours. Thanks to all the team members of Hyatt. Overall great job. Although the property is ultra luxurious but it lacks amenities which you expect from a 5-star resort. There aren't ***y activities to do. The worst thing is their service. The staff is untrained. Slow in action. Parking is open.

We recently had an incredible stay at Taj Jai Mahal. Despite the occasional hot afternoons, May blessed us with some cool weather. The staff was exceptionally helpful, embodying the renowned Taj hospitality. The F&B team went above and beyond to craft each meal to perfection, and the cocktails at the bar were delightful. Our rooms were impeccably clean and tidy. The professionalism of the front office staff made billing a breeze, and the Epicure card provided a convenient 25% discount across most items. While the gym is on the smaller side, it was rarely crowded, allowing for a comfortable workout. The expansive pool, although wonderfully enjoyable, had some shallow areas. The palace's architecture and grounds are stunningly maintained, though, being a 150+ year old property, some areas require ongoing maintenance - perfectly normal for such historical sites. As enthusiasts of palace properties, I (wife did venture out a lot) didn't venture beyond the palace grounds, so we can't speak to the surrounding area. It's worth noting that during our stay, there was an evening event, which brought increased noise and foot traffic to the palace. I recommend checking for any scheduled events before booking to ensure an optimal experience. Overall, Taj Jai Mahal is a superb property, and we look forward to returning in the future

Well, I do not write reviews but I couldn’t refrain myself from writing this one. Since the intent of service was genuine, the humbleness of the associates was felt from the moment we arrived at the pier. Each and every team member consistently wore a smile. We enjoyed the company of Vaibhav and KP. They were very polite, diligent and highly dexterous. They consistently pushed beyond the boundaries and provided superb experience at Jharoka. It was the best breakfast experience. The hostess was well very poised and great. The guest services team and front office team were superb and congenial. The housekeepers in my wing were extremely kind and did the room perfectly. The gardens were maintained superbly by the horticulturists. Every morning and evening, we dedicated our time listening to the melodious bansuri of Gajendraji while he offered it to the omnipotent and the birds chirped in the backdrop. It was serene and made the entire space magical. The performers were extremely graceful. Although, am not adept to make a verdict but they were nothing short of magnificent. It is these unparalleled and unmatched traditional practices that have kept my Bharat alive. Unfortunately, am unable to recall the names of ***y team members for the which I ardently apologise but needless to say, each and every one made our stay the most memorable one. I am grateful to each and every one. There is only one suggestion that I would propose - it would be quite beneficial to maintain a mini refrigerator to store water bottles at the luggage scanning area at the gates/pier.

Sûrement le pire hôtel que j’ai fréquenté en Inde. Sous des apparences de 5 étoiles, on se retrouve dans un hôtel sans entretien. Tout est usé, cassé, pourri. Ma lampe de chevet ne s’allu***t pas j’ai essayé de trouver le fil de la lampe, les fils étaient arrachés, à nu sur la table de chevet, très dangereux. La climatisation ? Oubliez rapidement, les modules de com***de sont complètement détruits et inutilisables. J’ai réclamé pour changer de chambre, le réceptionniste ne voulait pas et voulait appeler un technicien, à 23h…. J’avoue m’être passablement énervé mais au final j’ai réussi à avoir une autre chambre. Sûrement la pire de l’hôtel… aucune vie, les fenêtres donnaient sur un mur de cour intérieure, juste la où se trouvent les énormes ventilateurs de la climatisation. Bref, 1 point fort, les fenêtres bien isolées m’empêchaient d’entendre le bruit de réacteur de 747 des ventilateurs Service au restaurant totalement chaotique, mais c’est la règle dans tous les hôtels en Inde

What a wonderful experience, the staff is so amazing that we decided to extend our stay, our kid was so happy because he had new friends who pampered him a lot and thus we were happy, the serene , neat and exotic property will make your holiday a memorable one for sure, definitely going again.

I have stayed in a lot of high-end properties, but this stay was something else. All 5-star hotels have great food, very good rooms, good service, but when you stay at the Raffles it's the little details that make the difference. From the get go, when I spoke to Rohan, he ensured we got the best room possible and made us feel special during our check in. No hotel has EVER put up a banner in their lobby saying ”Happy Anniversary”, this one did. There was a cake waiting for us in the lobby, No hotel has ever given us a welcome cake that was 100% Vegan, this one did. When we entered the room, we saw it was decorated with flowers on the bed, again something all 5 star hotels do, this one had a LONG sweet handwritten letter from the butler team ***** with the deco. The well ***icured gardens, the entry vie the lake, the building structure will wow first-time visitors to the property, so I won’t state the obvious. In the dining area, Dhruv and his team were something else. They had the best oat milk coffee waiting for my wife at every meal. Afternoon tea was served to us while we watched the sunset, we had to literally throw the lady out of the area, otherwise she insisted on staying in the hot sun waiting for us just in case we wanted something. All hotels give you a welcome bottle of wine, this one had one of the best and expensive bottles of Champagne for us waiting. No hotel wraps my charge wire in a cloth envelope. this hotel did it every night. I could go on and on but you get the drift. Wow and speechless

Moreover, I was pleasantly surprised by the Jain food options offered at their BayLeaf restaurant which were delicious and well-prepared, catering perfectly to dietary preferences. Special thanks to Mr.Sunith & Chef Mr.Priyank for serving us with delicious pure Jain food and their team members Mr.Dhananjay, Ms.Lily,Ms Harshandeep for their remarkable service. Additionally, for photography enthusiasts, this resort is a paradise! The multiple picturesque locations provide a perfect backdrop for photoshoots, adding a magical touch to every picture taken.Would specially recommend this place for pre wedding shoots. It’s also just the perfect place for weddings. Overall, my stay was memorable, and I highly recommend Bamboo Saa Resort & Spa for its exceptional service, Jain cuisine, and stunning photo opportunities.

Butlers elevate the experience further; Krishan, our assigned butler, meticulously planned a celebratory event and consistently demonstrated genuine care. Chef Rupak Debnath's culinary skills and ability to connect with guests are commendable. Overall, The Leela offers a memorable experience with exceptional service from all staff members.
