Excelent and professional service very close to airport very close to the city of raunhaim almost everything by foot

Indeed great location. Very close to great restaurants, shops, beside the Main river. The river has awesome views. The room inside are nice, well arranged, we unfortunately did not get a good-view room as we requested. The aircon is a little bit noisy, better to switch it off during sleep time. I wish they have a filtered drinking water maybe in the lobby, just to give guest a feel of security for drinking their tap water specially when guests have a long flight the next day. Because stores close early, it is hard to find stores that sell bottled water. Overall experience was great!

over all good location near to tram station and clean . the wifi was most of time not working and bad connection and i noformed the receiption about that but other 2 days was not solved so i had to use my cellphone data all 3 days i stay

6月初的時候入住的這家酒店，當時德國的温度有點高，然後這個家酒店沒有空調，我們公司三個人在房間衹能光着膀子。工作人員都很熱情，服務還可以，就是沒空調這個事情有點不舒服。

Comfortable and clean. The hotel staffs are friendly! However, the shuttle bus is too small and serving once per hour only.

Me and my husband and two friends stay two rooms for three nights. Safe and S train close by . We will comeback next time Pancakes are delicious

Basic rooms, modest, no minibar, safe or telefon. Friendly team and great location. 5 minute to airport.

the room was okay, good compared to the price. but we smell the smoke from the smoking, had to use the room spray and it helped. Breakfast buffet was pretty good.

The hotel is located near Frankfurt(M) Hauptbahnhof, on a busy street with many international shops. The facilities were adequate, but the ventilation was not so good and the heat easily builds up. There is no air conditioning, so please be careful when booking during the hottest days
