We fell in love with this villa. We stayed there for a month. Service from the team is outstanding, they are literally supporting you on 24/7 basis. They helped us with renting a bike and also assisted with our special request. We celebrated our anniversary and the first thing waiting for us upon arrival was incredible surprise on the bed and super tasty cake! Thank you! Swimming pool was cleaned twice a week, cleaning of villa was taking place once a week. No noise, very good internet, fully equipped kitchen, incredible design of the place, reasonable electricity bills in the end of the month. You need a bike or a car there, due to location, but it absolutely ticked all our boxes. Beach and stores 7-15 min driving, which was absolutely fine. Highly recommending this spot!

The villa was just as described and the photos were accurate. It was a great stay and my family enjoyed ourselves very much, the kids love the private pool especially. Location is a bit out of the way, but no issues for us as we had our own transport. No food or shops nearby, so best to be prepared and stocked up. We used Grab Food for some of our meals and that was super convenient. Delivery personnel never had problems finding our villa during our stay. Parking space is a little bit squeezy along the small road outside the villa. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. We did had an issue one night when the water pump at our villa failed and we had no running water for that night. Facility engineer was only available during working hours and we had to wait until next morning when one was sent to our villa to fix the issue. The engineer was very knowledgeable and managed to fix the issue in less than 30 minutes. Other than that it was a great stay, one that I will very much like to stay again. Thank you to all the staff who had supported us during our stay.

一句話總結，感覺回家了一樣！酒店價格很合適，但是住在這裏享受到了完全超出的收穫和快樂！ 設施：入住的配套齊全 衞生：非常乾淨，本來帶了一次性床單也沒用上 環境：位置會稍微偏僻一點，但很安靜，正好Googlemap導航就可以到的。很適合放鬆，休息，好好享受假期的地方 服務：兩個本地的工作人員，服務也很好，他們做的早餐很好吃！ ----- 接下來開始劃重點了！ 如果喜歡安靜，乾淨，服務周到可以完全放心來這裏。但是！如果很在意細節和服務特別好的話，謹慎考慮，這邊的空調會比國內聲音大，晚上工作人員下班沒有24小時的服務，真的勸退事多很在意品質和看重被服務體驗的遊客繞行！ 這裡有很多的附加增值服務是你在任何一個酒店都找不到的，老闆娘可以幫忙預約出海的船、租賃摩託車等等，會給你安利好吃，好玩，好喝的地方。就是行走的小紅書！但是不要上來就直接問，這些服務都不是人家告訴你的義務，還是要互相理解尊重聊得來的情況下，可以多和老闆娘問問怎麼玩兒，她會很願意分享。 衹要有了摩託車去哪裡都很方便！離卡倫卡塔海灘很近！還有我看了前面的一些客人評價，基本酒店照片都是和現場一樣，很乾凈，很舒服。

I stayed at this villa with family from Australia and the UK, including one 3yo child. The villa was comfortable and spacious. The swimming pool was a good size and always clean. The staff at the villa were really lovely and helpful. The beds were comfortable, and housekeeping arrived every day to ensure that we always had beds made and linen changed. Bangtao is approximately 30 minutes away from Patong and easily accessible by tuktuk. A good tip, everyone in Thailand has WhatsApp, so exchange details with a driver and this can be a regular and cheaper way to get around. The Pit was a great restaurant in Bangtao (about 5-10 minutes away from the villa), great food and customer service where we were able to drop off laundry, have a meal and collect the laundry all at the same place.

We stayed 7 nights. The first 4 were in a 2 bedroom on the top with an amazing view, but the AC quit working during our 2nd day and it took them 2 days to fix it, so we only had ACs working in the bedrooms and not the main room. For the luxury price being charged, we expected the kitchens to be well equipped. They were Not ! There were barely enough utensils, pans, etc. to make breakfast in the morning. We were traveling with our parents and siblings, so we wanted to be able to cook some meals, which was just not possible at all. The second room we stayed in was down lower, near to the car park and the view was ok, but nothing too special. The flat was a 3 bedroom and had better sofas and beds than the first, but again they were very low quality for a place that is charging 5 star prices. We made a Huge mistake of making reservations to attend the new years eve party. When we showed up at 9pm, they had given our table away to a large group, telling us that they only held tables to 8pm. We later found out from the hotel reception that was not the case and they should have given us our table at any point in the night. However, the organiser had a large group of friends in town from and they were getting preferential treatment, so they gave them our table. They then said that if we wanted a table with a view, we would have to pay an additional 18000 bhat, because all of the view tables cost extra. We again found out the next day from the reception that the event organizer should not have charged us this extra fee, as we had a guaranteed table. Overall, the entire party was horrible for the 5K entry cost. The food was poor quality and was mostly out by the time we arrived at only 9pm !!! Our friends were so disappointed that they ended up leaving early to go find a decent new years party.

Good villa with private pool, you need to rent a car or motorbike to see more on the island. Everything was good and there a little cafe that is named origami that sells really good food!

This was my first stay in Phuket. My family and I have visited many places in Phuket. I was amazed with my accommodation because it is at the heart of Phuket. It is convenient to travel to go to tourist places. Also the rooms were very clean. There are complete facilities and amenities with kitchen, swimming pool, bedroom, snooker table. This place was very suitable for family vacations. It was fun and relaxing to spend time here in Phuket with my family.

Villas are beautiful and the staff are very friendly but I cannot give this more than 2 stars. For the cost of these villas you would expect absolute 5 star service. First of all we were arriving earlier than check in time as our flight arrived in the morning. We asked if we could check in earlier and we were told we had to pay an extra whole night! Now when you’ve done a 16 hour flight with a baby you just pay it but seemed a little steep. Wouldn’t have minded 50% charge as the villa was completely empty and cleaned/ ready. electricity is not included in the room rate which is bizarre. So another £150 gone. We had a little baby and asked for a cot and high chair to be provided and were told this is at a charge of something like £6 a day. We were there 2.5 weeks so another £150 gone. When we checked out the staff came round and honestly inspected the villa like we were some kind of criminals, counting the cutlery, glasses, towels which I’ve never experienced before ever. Well certainly not when you’re still in the room. Luckily there was no damage but I just think the price you pay if one glass was accidentally smashed are they really going to charge you for it? It’s normal wear and tear and should be covered in the room rate and cost of night. Seemed a shame as it put a damper on such a lovely villa and location. We forked out an extra 500 on stuff that was to me essential stuff that needs to be included in room rates. I’ve travelled the world and stayed in many luxury villas/hotels and not one was as made as this in the additional charges. I think they need to assess their room rates and charge families appropriately so that everything is included.

Мы останавливались на вилле с 5 марта по 23 марта, отдыхали вдвоем, прекрасное место, на вилле есть все необходимое для комфорта, брали машину в аренду, это помогало перемещаться по острову комфортно (расположение виллы чуть удаленно от магазинов или пляжа, лучше брать автотранспорт в аренду) все очень понравилось, особо хотим отметить сотрудников виллы- Aew, Wan and Luck- они сделали наше пребывание очень комфортным!!! При необходимости наши вопросы решались очень быстро, постоянно были на связи. Ближайший пляж Layan ( на машине очень быстро-5 минут) само расположение немного на горе- свежий воздух и ветер, что особенно важно при температуре воздуха в это время, вилла чистая и убирали очень качественно. Хороший бассейн, много цветов, охрана круглосуточно. Рекомендуем!!! Сами же планируем остановиться здесь вновь👍
