Villa di Phuket Province, Thailand

Having not being able to travel to Asia for almost 2 years i was happy to take part of the ”Phuket Sandbox”. Lots of paperwork to do, but all in all it worked well. BOOKING. I booked direct with the hotel. I was offered a good price and they were answering all my questions fast and friendly. Also they were very helpful informing me about the rules and changes for the Sandbox. ARRIVAL The booked SHA Plus Transfer from the hotel worked well. Check in was fast and after a long flight i was just happy to get to my villa. ROOM/VILLA So spacious. I booked a 1 bedroom Villa, But became a villa with 2 bedrooms. Large and comfortable living Room with a fuly equipped kitchen and a large refrigirator and fridge. Well assorted minibar. Bedroom with a very comfortable double bed. Bathroom with bathtub and shower. I had a small issue with not having hot water but it was fixed immediatly. Large terrace with table and 4 chairs, 2 sunbeds and a swimming pool (6 x 3 Meter). Villa was clean and terrace/garden well maintained. SERVICE All the staff were sweet, kind and friendly and very attentive. The very friendly italian manager is always around FOOD Not many guests in the hotel so no full breakfast buffet, but you could order eggs any style. Some fruit, cereals, coffe and tea- One morning the manager asked me if i missed something for breakfast. I said maybe some muesli and yogurt. Well next morning it was there. Perfect. I had often dinner in the restaurant. Food was so tasty and well presented. And at very reasonable prices. They do serve both western and Thai food. AREA/SURROUNDINGS Paklok is not a typical tourist spot.It is a place where people are living. No beach, Not a shop or restaurant on every corner. But many possibilities to enjoy fantastic street food. Easy to get in touch with local people. Many supermarkets for all your daily needs. You do need a car or a Scooter/Motorbike. Nature around the hotel is stunning and beautiful. I rented a mototbike from the hotel and made many trips to beautiful locations in the area. I never missed the noise from Patong. ALL IN ALL If you are looking for a peaceful and luxurious accomodation with good service and food i can highly recommand Boutique Resort. I also did enjoy the beauty of nature and the feeling of being in the real Thailand and not just in noisy tourist area.

The villa is magnificent with good interior design. It is located far from the city center, getting a lot of privacy and quietness in the wild. The villa is very big with a small garden like a jungle complimented with a private swimming pool. Overall good experience.

這個房間還是比較乾淨的，住了兩個晚上位置，雖然偏，但是我們是租車的，就很方便了，不建議打車去出行都要開車，附近不遠是有商場 冰箱很好用，微波爐也很好用，還配備，鍋和各種廚具刀叉一應俱全了 就是大廳的空調有點吵 那個床是十分奇怪的，不知道為什麼要有個木樁子啊，來回碰腿，小朋友可以睡廳裏的沙發，要一床被子就行了，不需要另外收費，感覺酒店比較認真，晚一點點退房都不行，打爛了一個玻璃杯，他們有一個賠償清單，賠了75🐷，不過正規一點也無所謂，乾淨衛生就好，會添加微信，所有的信息，可以微信溝通這一點特別方便， 如果你喜歡安靜私密選，這就對了，但是頂多住兩個晚上，我覺得就夠了 打掃衛生時需要好幾個人，而且我也有看到有人在打掃泳池的衛生，所以留小費的時候請留多一點哦 去往超市那條路上，有一對中年夫妻賣榴蓮，路過三次吃了三次榴蓮，170株1kg還挺好吃的

Close to the beach...lots of construction around so things must be coming for this area. Food is more expensive in this area than expected. Owners are very friendly and kind, and helpful with any request.

This was the second time staying at this resort. First time was in 2019 pre the pandemic. In our recent trip in 2023, everything was awesome. Clean resort, nice pools and play area for the little ones. The resort is located within walking distance to restaurants, bars, and massage shops. Great place for families for sure. Staff was nice and professional. Will stay again if I am in the area.

This is a quiet private villa with one of the best service. I’m entering Phuket sandbox alone expecting to get bored by the end of the first week. Boy I was so wrong, this villa make me feel like home. Very friendly and helpful staffs. Give me many good recommendations on restaurants and stores. Well equipped kitchenette with stoves and fridge. Five mins drive to the beach, unlimited luxury restaurants and local fresh market. Safe and quiet enough for a daily stroll. I visited Phuket many time in the pass 10 years. This might be the best time to visit this city due to less tourist. You can get great value on almost everything. Pristine beach and the most relaxing atmosphere Phuket get to offer.

I’ve stayed in this gorgeous little hotel for 9 days with my mum, as part of her Birthday Trip in South East Asia and loved every single moment of our time there. Actually for the 1st time I felt like staying in someone’s private, luxurious home rather then the hotel. Mom Tri’s Villa is beautifully furnished in traditional Thai style, very functional on every level and provides it’s guests with possibly one of the best views on Phuket, thanks to it’s picturesque location on a little cliff overlooking Kata Noi Beach and the Andaman Sea. We’ve chosen to stay in an Ocean Wing for the ultimate privacy and tranquility and couldn’t have made a better choice. The staff were all lovely - friendly and approachable. Thank you for a little Birthday treat for my mum - she loved it and so did I. We already miss this little piece of Thai paradise and wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to visit again in the future.

Beautiful villa that is SHA+ and extremely good price considering most places that are SHA+ are over charging because of the Thailand pass. Location is just off a main busy road but would still be good to get a bike or car or download grab. Staff are extremely friendly rooms were cleaned every single day pool was a nice size and the overall atmosphere was great. There was always someone at reception no matter the time so that helped a lot. My only issue would be that the main living room/kitchen, which isn’t connected to any of the bedrooms and has its own entry, had no aircon in there only a fan which doesn’t really help in that heat, we didn’t really spend any time in there which was fine but maybe if there was an AC in there we would have, however for the overall price and hospitality it was a small thing to overlook. We stayed in the 4 bedroom villa, all villas have 4 bedrooms they just lock the doors depending on how many you need so every villa is the same just located differently, we stayed in villa 212 and it was perfect as our pool got that early morning through to 1pm sun so we were able ti enjoy the pool

We are just about to spend the last night of our 1 week stay at Casabay pool villas. The booking process was great, we did everything via email and the reservation team sent us our SHABA ID for the Phuket Sandbox immediately after we secured the booking. On arrival at the property (3 bedroom pool villa), we were pleasantly surprised with the accommodation; 3 generously sized bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living area and a substantial outdoor area including pool and terrace. There is also a separate laundry area and car port. The beds are comfortable and the property is kept clean. The pool is a good size and ample towels are provided daily. The reception is open 9am - 5pm although you can telephone the resort for out of hours queries or visit the 24 hour reception at the sister hotel, Stay Well, located 2 mins down the road. There is also a security guard on duty in the evening. We have had the pleasure of dealing with ‘Nan’ on serval occasions for temperature checks and various queries. Nan has been wonderful, she speaks very good English and has tried her best to accommodate our needs throughout our stay- thankyou Nan 🙏 The location of the property has worked well for us, we enjoy the walk through the local village to the main the main road where you can find the Seven Eleven, Family Mart, some restaurants/tour shops and taxis. The resort is convenient for those who wish to visit Rawai and Chalong (5 mins in taxi). We hired a car to travel further afield to Phuket town, kata, Kamala and karon. All in all a good stay and we would defiantly recommend.
