Hotel Dengan Spa di Cusco, Peru

Cusco stayed at this hotel for three nights. Easy to travel, good service

I chose it carefully because it was a trip with my mother. The accommodation condition was very good, but it was a little difficult because it was cold in the early morning. They were kind enough to provide a heater, but I had difficulty sleeping because of altitude sickness.

On a part of the day , water is missing. I don't know if it's a problem with the hotel, but it seems to be a very regrettable city.

The staff was very attentive. Because the tour we were participating in departed very early, the hotel provided a packed breakfast to take away. The breakfast was great with water, drinks and fruits. I really want to give it a thumbs up.

This hotel is indeed highly recommended for its scenic views and quite near to the Plaza Mayor de Armas. Highlight the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms, as well as the friendly and professional staff. The natural lighting and panoramic city and mountain views are definitely standout features! The room I got has a scenic view! Super worth the price, I’m telling you, you should get one with the scenic view if you stay here. And staff at the restaurant were so kind and accommodating.

The room facilities are complete and the reception is warm. The staff even provided alcohol to facilitate our handling of the wound. The hotel is decorated in a simple and elegant environment. The breakfast is also good, mainly because it feels great to live in the backyard of the monastery.

The hotel location was great! The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was helpful. And the breakfast was plentiful and accomodating for people that need to take the first 5am bus up to Machu Picchu.

Hotel location is very good in the old town, six or seven minutes walk from the weapons square The internal environment of the hotel is very good, the decoration is very beautiful and very clean. The room is also clean and tidy, but there is no exhaust fan in the room. The smell of the bathroom is difficult to disperse, especially the closed room without windows. The service is difficult to say. I booked a superior room with windows and balconies. When I checked in, I said that the room was gone. The room I upgraded was the result of the ”upgraded” room. It was a fully closed room without windows! I don't agree, but the hotel said there was no room. The ”discussion” result was to give me free dinner. I didn't have a choice. I could accept...

I went in June(their winter) and the night is 2 celcius. the heater didnt work that much its freezing cold. However I got a junior suite with this fancy Jacuzzi!! They are far from everything but the cars from Indrive app is cheap so it didn't that matter.
