The property seems like new, as evident in the towels, linens, and fixtures. I have tried several Go Hotels property, which are very basic.. so this is the my first “Plus” and I was pleasantly surprised of the interiors and the quality of linens, and even the amenities (e.g., toothbrush, slippers) which are lacking in the “basic” go hotels. The space seems bigger too. I just hated that they still carried the separate bathroom and shower thing.. it’s a feature of Go Hotels that I always hated. Nonetheless, the “Plus” went beyond my expectations. The breakfast was of good value to the amount we paid. But if you’re adding breakfast after you have booked the hotel, I don’t think it’s worth it coz it’ll be more expensive. Now, I don’t mind paying more to get the “Plus”

It was NOT so clean, as advertised. There was muddied footprints on the bathroom floor. And toilet would not flush. The TV did not have audio. One of the Sogo personnel came to fix the problem. But unfortunately no fix was made. I was booked in Room-104, last 20-Dec-2023.

It has potential, but there were a few kinks. Like when we entered the first room we were assigned, the tv was on, the hand towel had lipstick stains and there was a shopping cart next to the bed - my conclusion is the room may have alrwdy been assigned or the oreviosu occupants have not checked out yet. Also, the next room we got didn't close properly and we jus realized that it was still open when we got back. The good news is, nothing was lost so I am left with faith on the honesty of Bicolanos. The safe was locked though so we weren't able to use it. When we went for dinner, almost all the items we wanted to try weren't available. Otherwise, it was still a pleasant stay, value for money for it's convenience, room type and comfort.

What I always look for in a hotel is a comfortable bed. And this is a hotel with a comfortable bed and lots of soft pillows. In the lobby they serve a welcome drink, the cold ginger tea is very refreshing and they provide a cold towel to freshen you up. In the room they also have fresh bread that is given to their guests. All the staff are polite and accommodating. The location is also nice, there are many options to eat.

The place is very close to the mall and food park, as a traveller local and street food might think twice for cleanliness and water sensitivity, the place is not too bad few bad and good, water will disappear in n o time so better ask the front desk to put the water on. Not as cleaned as 3 star but can be done for 1 night,No elevator service if you have a large luggage and bad knee this place is not for you. Mall are nearby 5-7 mins walk.

Our stay not mentioning our trip is exciting. arrived at Gabz'k around 9pm and welcomed by the reception. staff are all friendly and will assist you. from ur needs to advises on where to go. they have this small kitchen where you can cook food, of course with a minimal charge. they also have a small kiosk to buy personal necessities, noodles, etc. our room is good by the attic, just a few need to fix. their means of going up is a spiral stair made with wood. place is good with a rustic baguio themed house(cool) overlooking the lobby. overall, our stay is excellent. well be back here for sure! Highly recommended!

If you are looking for a place where you can just take some rest after the travel, I can recommend Asia Novo Boutique Hotel - Sorsogon. AC is working well. Just don't expect too much on the amenities. Limited parking space. Wi-Fi connection doesn't reach inside the room.

Place is nice and cozy, rooms are clean and tidy. With nice city view from deck, beautiful landscape and with friendly and attentive staff. Ms. Mayette Nacional will make sure that everything you need will be provided, jolly person and easy to deal with while Sir Marlon will take care of your belongings and handles it properly and with care. Frontdesk Ms. Shé is also accommodating and provided complete information about your stay. Some guests may find the road leading to the place too steep with approx 45 degrees inclination and 90 degrees turn halfway but there is a parking space before the turn for easy loading and unloading. Might be challenging to new drivers. With free mineral water in common area and unlimited coffee with sugar. Al Fresco dining area at the ground floor, welcome hygiene kit available, towels, beddings provided. T&B comes with hot/cold shower and bidet. Meals can be ordered 24/7 and with half court basketball court. Overall it was a pleasant experience, budget friendly and courteous staff. Highly recommended and will be back next year.

This was our first time staying at Emerald Boutique Hotel (EBH). This was our experience… We had originally booked a place to stay via airbnb. However, upon arrival, the place was nothing like the description. So, we didn’t even have to think twice about not staying there. That will have its own review. Getting back to our experience at EBH. Upon our arrival we were greeted with a smile by France. We inquired about a room and was told that they were booked for the night. However, she was kind enough to double check and see if all of the expected guests had arrived. After much effort, she was finally able to accommodate us for the night at the third floor but reserve a second floor for us since my father has a difficulty in climbing stairs. The following day, we were able to transfer to the second floor as promised. A day later after breakfast, we were fortunate enough to meet the hotel’s owner and general manager. Apparently the owner overheard the conversations that we had the night before and wanted to help us. We informed, Mr. Noel and Mr. Leo that we need an accommodations for about 30 days maybe even longer but was informed that we could only stay for only one night since all the rooms are booked. However, we didn’t want to move since we really like the hotel and it is near to some of the offices that we need to go to. After a few more conversations with the owner and the hotel’s general manager, we were told to go to our room and to just relax amd that they will take care of things and will give us an update asap or no later than by close of business. After a few hours, Mr. Leo personally came up to our room to give us the great news that we don’t need to worry and that we can stay in our room. We did receive a call from the front desk in the latter part of the day due to some miscommunications between the staff. I reached out to Mr. Leo to inform him of the situation and he took immediate action to resolve the situation and promised me that such issues would not happen again. Emerald Boutique Hotel is a hidden secret hotel. The service is top notch. The room attendants are on point. The food, I don’t even know where to begin. Let’s just say that I have probably gained a few pounds just from my few days stay thus far. Mr. Renz is also there to assist you if you have any questions. If you’re looking for a five star experience and still want to save money to be able to do other things, look no more. Book your stay at the Emerald Boutique Hotel. Room and amenities a bit old. But it was still comfy and their clientele service was nice. The reason I booked this hotel was because of the buffet breakfast and the pool. I always want to start my day with a healthy breakfast. The pool was convenient for my son and son's friends to swim and bond.

Nice resort. All different price levels of accommodation. We were in a premium sea view room which was very nice. The food in the restaurant was very nice and great service from the staff. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall a great place to stay and relax which is what we wanted. We will definitely come back.Thank you Misibis bay for a wonderful vacation

Pros: 1. Location is the best if you want to be near all the shopping malls and easy access to food. 2. The price is reasonable. 3. Don't expect too much for the price you pay. 4. The cleaning of the room is by request. That is why they don't have the do not disturb door signs. Cons: 1. If there is a choice between a junior suite (rm. 4) and an executive suite (rm. 5 and 6) and the price is right, go for the executive suite because it is bigger. 2. I saw a small live cockroach in the bathroom (rm.4) 3. The rainfall and hand held shower heads have molds (rm. 4) 4. The bidet water head also has some mold (rm. 4) 5. The junior suite (Rm. 4) is really small for a queen bed which takes over the whole room. No place to put your luggage. 6. I first booked a junior suite for the first 3 nights and 4 nights were booked on the executive suite. They were not able to give me the executive suite to some mix-up in their booking. I had to have a discussion with the manager (I think she's the owner too) Ms. Elaine to see what they will do about it. At first I was promised she'll fix it but on the day of my move to the executive suite they want me to just stay on the junior suite. After some back and forth with Ms. Elain and a bit of minor arguing they just gave me a 10% discount on the remainder of my stay, Even though that ruined my expectations to have a bigger room, I don't want to be unfair.

No internet access..cockroachs roaming around inside the room..

The room is neat and clean, and the staff are friendly. However, wifi has no signal and at night there is so much noise, you can hear from your room the ambulance and other vehicles passing by.

Had a few days in the city of Naga, where all pink blooms begin. The hotel is one of those conveniently located at the bus terminal and near the new part of the city. If your a tourist going to the old part is a distance by walk, the next best is a trike or vehicle. Rooms are ok cable TV has limited channels. The bathroom needs more work done. During my stay the basin was clogged up due to other guest disposing their food, the issue was quickly resolved by the management. Food at the café below is worth the price, it keeps your belly full till you reach the city for other, gastronomical options. The staff are great and friendly. No problems on this depar**ent. Would I still stay here in my future visits. Yes, but will try other, hotels in the city too. #RP

During our stay at Villa Caceres, since it was our first time, the people in the Front Office are very helpful when providing locations and assistance, as well as the Housekeeping staffs (the group of tall guy assisted us on adjusting aircon temperature, when we arrived in the room). We also arrived earlier than the check-in time but they have accommodated us (receptionist named Jen/Jean, i think). I have just noticed in the morning buffet that servers are quite not that attentive on their guests even though it was not busy, some tables are left unattended, although the selection of their food was nice. I hope that they pay attention on this feedback. Then location was accessible to the city, markets and transportation.

Right in the middle of Naga and in walking distance to most sites. It wasn't noisy though. The staff were were courteous. The room was clean. Wifi works well. Good RedDoorz amenities were provided. Drinking water was provided in a dispenser inside room, which I preferred to bottled one. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Good place to rest and relax. Staff are very accommodating. Clean area hotel.

Nice gym and nice pool. Service of the staff was pretty good and cordial. However, we did not have a hot water after the brownout. We were told to wait for 30 mins. to an hour after the electricity came back. We waited 2 hours with no hot water. The shower bath tub is not safe at all. It was too high and dangerous. There’s no anti-slip and that makes it even dangerous. Another is, there’s no electrical outlet on the left side of the bed that makes it hard to charge the phone. Also, I requested a box of tissue paper and I received 2 toilet papers. I was informed they don’t provide tissue paper. Of all the hotels we stayed this is the most expensive, but can’t provide tissue paper. We’ll try UMA next time.
