Great

88topThe room was spotless and had no strange odors, and it was great to be able to open the windows for fresh air. The continental breakfast was quite extensive. Overall, it offers good value for money, and there was plenty of parking available. My only minor gripe was that the duvet was a bit short, making it slightly uncomfortable.

Guest Userfacilities:
I was surprised there was a toilet/shower in the dorm room which is very convenient. Everything is clean and modern. There's a kitchen for use or you can also order from the bar (ground floor or rooftop)
Location:
walking distance to the train/metro station, there's also a tram stop right in front of the hostel. I get to Marienplatz from hostel within half hour.
Could be improved :
wifi is very weak in the room.

At this hotel, I had trouble using the induction hob because I wasn't familiar with its operation. I contacted Trip.com customer service, and even though it was late and I couldn't cook on the first night, they were very proactive in helping me communicate with the hotel staff. The next day, the hotel staff came and tested it, confirming it was working, and even wrote down the operating instructions for us. I'm really grateful to both Trip.com and the hotel staff. This hotel is very close to the subway, and there are shopping malls and supermarkets nearby, making it very convenient. The room is spacious, and we had no problem opening up two 28-inch suitcases. The kitchen is well-equipped with utensils and even includes seasonings.

This hotel is super close, only about a 5-minute walk from Munich Central Station. The hotel itself is a bit older, but it's very well-maintained and clean. For a Japanese person, the room felt incredibly spacious and comfortable.

anmqThis hotel has a very modern design, which is great. The breakfast selection is quite rich. The surroundings of the hotel are very peaceful and green. There's a metro station and light rail station within 500 meters, making public transport convenient. The front desk staff provided prompt service. We booked a room with an extra bed, but when we checked in and got to our room, we found there was no extra bed. Since it was already midnight, the housekeeping staff had gone off duty. To our surprise, the front desk attendant quickly helped us set up the extra bed. LOL.

My stay at the Munich Art Hotel was absolutely fantastic! The decor is very stylish and there are many artworks adorning the hotel. The location is incredibly convenient, being right next to Munich Central Station. It's super easy to get anywhere in the city by train, subway, or tram, which is a real time-saver for travelers. The room rate was very affordable, and the room was cleaned daily, making for a very satisfying overall stay. The guy at the front desk was also really friendly and welcoming; he'd always greet me warmly whenever I came and went, which made me feel right at home. Plus, a free and generous breakfast was offered every morning. All in all, it's a hotel with a great location, reasonable prices, and a warm, personal touch. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Munich.

SC CheersThe hotel room is very comfortable. The bedsheets smell hygiene and good. I love the bathroom with beautiful bathtub 🛀. They provide very comfortable bathrobes by default. Their service is excellent. Can ask for extra still water and standard stuff without charging.
I would definitely wanna book the same hotel if I am in Munich. Location is just next to the main interchange train station with direct ride to Munich Airport.

Guest UserThe front desk was often unstaffed; I had to wait over an hour to find someone to check me in. The street-facing room had terrible soundproofing; I could hear street noise, car horns, and people talking below. The curtains also didn't fully cover the window, letting light seep through. While the area felt safe during the day, after sunset, many homeless people appeared on the streets, which was unsettling. The only positive was that the room was clean and it was close to Lidl supermarket and the central train station, which was convenient. However, I won't be staying here again.

Pauline CanadaWe like the location, the free water by the front desk and the room size. The bed was comfortable and with two pillows that are medium firm.
We stayed there three nights. The first two nights, there was body lotion in the bottle, but on the last night, it was completely empty. The room attendant hadn’t been refilling the bottle (and maybe other bottles as well), for a very long time, otherwise it (they) would not run out that quickly and that easily.
