⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay at White Palace Hotel! I had a wonderful experience staying at White Palace Hotel. The service was truly excellent from the moment we arrived. All the staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The food was delicious and well-prepared. A special appreciation to the F&B team — their service was outstanding! They were attentive, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Honestly, every staff member we met provided great service. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very well managed. You can really see that they work hard and achieve their KPIs — everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Highly recommended! Everyone should come and stay at this hotel. Good value for money, and the cleanliness is fair for the price. The location is also great, situated in the embassy district. It's just two blocks away from the bustling Gulshan Avenue, where hotels typically cost over 1000. The air quality and traffic in Dhaka, however, are really something else.

I arrived in Dhaka late at night and stayed for one night. I had pre-booked a paid airport transfer, and they gave clear instructions on where the driver would be waiting, so meeting up was very smooth. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a buffet with both Western and Bangladeshi options. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

I recently stayed at The Zabeer Dhaka and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is centrally located, making it very convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The staff were professional, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the modern amenities you’d expect — including a comfortable bed, clean linens, and a reliable Wi-Fi connection. The bathroom was also well-maintained and stocked with essentials. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet — it offered a good mix of local and continental options, and the food quality was above average. Room service was prompt, and the in-house restaurant served delicious meals. However, a few areas could be improved. The check-in process was a bit slower than expected, and the lobby sometimes felt understaffed during peak hours. A little more attention to detail in room facilities like at least a window for air circulation would elevate the overall experience. That said, The Zabeer Dhaka is a great option if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and value in the heart of the city. I would consider staying here again.

Absolutely tops in terms of service/ helpfulness! Hotel manager snd staff sorted out a complicated issue involving our booking and refused to take or ask for any money from us over the 5 days we stayed - even upgrading us to a suite for the final two nights when one became available. Staff speak English - and are helpful in providing Information about getting around, arranging transportation and laundry. A lovely rooftop cafe - a green oasis- and Taste Snacks. A Full Range of Bengali dishes as well as western food is also avsilable. And all this for less than 50CAD - very good value! The hotel is located near the Old City- easily accessible by taxi, tuktuk or rickshaw- also BaileyRoad is within easy walking distance, a quieter tree lined street and New Bailey Road with Shopping Restaurants etc though these are also available in a buzzier context in the streets surrounding the hotel. We would definitely recommend this hotel and Return again- Note the address at 873 Outer Circular Road( not the one on listing we saw/ booked located several hundred meters away, at 12 Outer Circular Road. The hotels are not linked, whatever you are told by the latter. And actual Grand Circle Inn at 873 is of higher standard/ quality…

The room was spacious, and the overall facilities were quite good, including a gym and swimming pool. The breakfast was also reasonably plentiful. The service was very attentive, and the height was excellent, making for a very good experience.

Stayed 3 nights and it was a flawless experience from start to finish. Booking the airport transfer through the hotel was so easy, and the driver was waiting for us right after baggage claim — a perfect first impression. The entire team, from the front desk to the restaurant, is top-notch: attentive, helpful, and always smiling. Knowing we were in the secure embassy area let us relax completely. And with the enormous breakfast spread offering new discoveries every day, we were fueled and ready to explore. For a stress-free visit to Dhaka, this hotel has it all figured out.
