Hotel ist sehr schön gelegen in mitten von Friedrichroda. Die Sauna Landschaft ein Traum und sehr zu empfehlen. Gibt die gewisse Erholung nach einem gestreßten Tag.
Frühstück ist Top und unbedingt mit buchen.
Bar Betrieb könnte etwas mehr auf zack sein.

Ich war 2 Nächte im Hotel und bin Busfahrerin. Das Personal war super freundlich. Das Hotel sauber. Es ist ein kleines bißchen in die Jahre gekommen aber trotzdem super in Ordnung.

Hervorragende Lage, gutes Frühstück und ein wunderschöner Garten. Großzügige Räume und sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Einzig ein Spa mit Sauna o.ä. fehlte.

Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer wo es extrem nach Abfluss gerochen hat. Ein Tausch war kein Problem. Abends an der Bar gab es leider keine Snacks. Hier und da wären Renovierung notwendig. Das Hotel hat keine 4 Sterne mehr verdient.

Das Hotel selbst, und das Personal sind hervorragend. Alles sauber, die Leute sehr freundlich und bedienen effektiv und ohne Wartezeiten.
Das Essen ist preiswert, Portionen (zu) groß, schmeckt gut, kommt jedoch an die gehobene Küche eines Michellin-Sterneniveaus nicht heran.
Leider war die Hoteleigen Tiefgarage schon besetzt, so dass ich im öffentlichen an der Post (mit Auto 250m, zu Fuß gut 50m) mein Auto abstellen musste, ist aber auch problemlos.

KKonstantin AlekseevGreat location, literally 2 minutes on foot to the Erfurt Cathedral. Great breakfast, good variety, cozy atmosphere, friendly staff.
The room itself is not what one will expect from a 4-stars-hotel. Absolutely uncomfortable, cold, old furniture which doesn't suit to such a hotel. Horribly noisy, basically you can hear your neighbours, awful! Not to mention the old noisy a/c! No coffee maker or at least a kettle in the room! Instead you're kindly asked to go to the reception and buy coffee or any drinks from the vending machine. And please, people, check the tissues package! If there are only several tissues left, then you'd better change the whole package instead of waiting till it's empty...or am I wrong?!
During my next trip to Erfurt I will definitely try another hotel to compare it, this one gets from me the lowest possible mark!

The room is a little small, especially the bathroom, which may not meet the standards of a four-star hotel, but the price is okay, so it is acceptable. The hotel has a restaurant, but there are not many types of dinner.

GGuest UserDas Hotel schien ausgebucht zu sein. Es gab somit keine ausreichenden Parkplätze aber auch nicht genügend Plätze zum Frühstück. Somit entstanden Wartezeiten, welche unnötig waren. Das Personal war aber durchgehend freundlich und versuchte die Situation zu regeln.

The location was right next to the main train station.
The facilities were fine, there were two free bottles of water, a small fridge, a TV but unfortunately no Netflix or sharing for the cell phone.

孙孙The hotel is three or four hundred meters away from the West Railway Station. It is very close. From the West Railway Station to the hotel, there is a big supermarket. There is rice for breakfast and scrambled eggs. It is not bad. There are a lot of national flags on the side of the hotel, but there is no China, I am not satisfied, there is a Chinese flag to give you 6 points.

GGuest UserThe hotel is a little far away from downtown Weimar, but there is a bus at the door, and there is convenient ground parking for self-driving. The hotel is a bit old, but it has a balcony and you can see the lush forest. There is no hotel breakfast this time because there are too many delicious restaurants in the small town of Weimar. Weimar is really great, not too noisy, highly recommended
The front desk service of the hotel is super patient and friendly. The swimming pool is also highly recommended. The hotel is very cost-effective.
Also, the local potato balls are the best I have ever tasted in Germany, and the fresh mushrooms in the forest are invincible.
