The hotel is in a prime location, right in the city center. The hotel's buffet is very rich and delicious. The staff are very friendly and enthusiastic, and English communication is barrier-free. The Ferris wheel next to it is beautiful when it is lit up at night.

Very nice hotel in Setif. Novotels are almost identical in every city. Rooms are clean and you find everything you need. Staff/workers in the reception and staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good and there is something for everyone.
