To be honest, with the facilities given, I felt that the hotel was pricey. Yet, the geographic location (in Sumatra) might make this hotel have less competitors. I honestly feel do not have as many options to stay like when I was in Java Island. I was mind with the design of the bathroom as there was this thick glass window separating the bedroom and the bathroom. When I was about to shower, I had to pull the white-thick vinyl curtain down. I just didn't feel that I had enough 'privacy' when I was showering as I had a roomate with me. Why did they design that way? LOL I didn't dare to glance at the glass window when my roomate was showering. I hope she did the same... The good thing about the hotel was the breakfast. The coffee was also great!

This hotel is very good, I have lived here for several weeks, the breakfast is delicious. The excellent place is it's sky pool, I like sit in there, form the top, you can see the view in dumai, and by the way, the exercise room is good too.

HMM in general the hotel is great, the hotel location very good bcz located in the middle city of Pekanbaru and near to the Airport. The staff are very nice and had a great hospitality, especially Ms. Nurul ( keep it up ). The room is nice but need to updated about AC maybe? Thank you.

This is the first time I stayed here. I was impressed when I was staying here first time. Clean hotel, nice breakfast, comfy room, and they had Enoki restaurant which served delicious sushi. The hotel is very nice, located in the center of the city. It also have access to the mall. Most of staff are friendly and helpful, tasty breakfast, nice, clean and spacy room. Overall thank you very much.

I was very impressed with my experience. The hotel's strategic location, just a few steps from the city center, makes it very convenient to get around. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my visit. They provide excellent service, always ready to help with a smile on their face. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, equipped with all the facilities I needed. The hotel facilities also deserve a thumbs up. Their swimming pool and fitness center ensured I stayed active during my stay. Breakfast in the hotel restaurant was also excellent, with a wide choice of delicious food 💯💯

Excellent place to stay in Pekanbaru. Friendly and welcoming staff, clean and unobtrusive. Arrived early in morning to a very clean lobby. Haven’t tried the restaurant yet but heard great reviews about that too. Would highly recommend, plan on staying again soon.

Hotel dekat dengan kawasan beli belah...Ramayana . Mall pekan baru dan beberapa kawasan yang banyak menjual baju serta makanan....namun dari segi kebersihan hotel kurang memuaskan..cadar dh lama perlu ditukar...bantal pun terlalu nipis..cat dan warna di pintu makin terhakis dan mengelupas....sahur tidak banyak pilihan dan seperti lauk pauk tak mencukupi ...berharap pihak pengurusan menaik taraf hotel kerana tempat sangat strategik .....savebox atau perangkas juga tidak berfungsi...AC juga tak sejuk
