Very friendly hotel even we couldn’t speak Italian very well. The owner is expanding a restaurant for Introd which strategically a very smart move. It’s just amazing to have mint blanc peak view every day! Very clean and cozy place for a more local residential experience. There’s a little sauna with changing colour lights in the toilet that adds to the very nice stay. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Recently renovated, the rooms are spacious. The breakfast buffet is varied and includes quality products. The staff is very pleasant and always attentive. The only thing we could improve is the chairs, both on the terrace and in the room, are very uncomfortable. At a vacation hotel, you go to be comfortable, not just sleep. That said, this detail doesn't diminish our rating, which is 9/10.

I have come here for years, but it is not as it has been on a few points, for example, staff should be re-instructioned under the bed, because it must also be cleaned and not leave 1 cm of dust and thus not cleaned. I think this is the most shocking thing. The breakfast is mined in comparison to the previously sadly, because staff may be a little more friendly because they are not the only hotel in Aosta.

When traveling alone it’s always so important to have a level of comfort. The weight staff made me feel right at home. I was originally going to stay for one day and fell in love with both the hotel and the town. I would highly recommend staying here the spa amenities are Amazing and there’s always an ere of comfort both in the amenities and the staff.

Great quality and great value copious breakfast and dinner, this hotel is a great pick if you are a foodie. Nice location but on a busy road with limited private parking, sometimes guests have to move their car to let others out but could always park at the hotel. Close to the mountains. Great service and host. Clean and comfortable. Good ambiance.

Super friendly, service was great, the food in the morning (buffet) and in the evening (4 plates) were totally delicious! We slept good (simple beds), the view is gorgeous, the possibility to start directly on the piste is cool as well. We would highly recommend to good there for a few days (when the snow is good).

Everything was amazing just a little minus point for the construction work that was not mentioned anywhere when we booked the hotel and it was a bit of a shock when we arrived. Apart from that the hotel is amazing and service was good

Good location Right next to the ski lift. Rooms were bit small and poor TV channels but a great shower,bed and breakfast.

Perfect location There were parking issues; some guests didn't have spaces available even though they had paid. The temperature inside the room was a bit high, and the air conditioning couldn't lower it, but it was really very hot the day of our stay. The reception staff were very kind and helpful.
