Great Location and Comfortable Stay Hotel New Otani Makuhari was a perfect choice for attending an event at Makuhari Messe—it’s just a short walk away. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again for future visits to the exhibition hall.

Grand Nikko Tokyo Bay Maihama is an excellent choice for families! It’s conveniently located near Bayside Station—just a quick 5-minute walk. We even had a view of the fireworks right from our room. I booked a room with lounge access, and it was definitely worth it. The light tea session offered simple yet satisfying food that could easily serve as dinner. We also returned in the evening for drinks and snacks. The snack station didn’t have many options, but everything was delicious. Out of the four places we stayed during our trip, this was my children’s favourite. While waiting for your room, you can even let your kids relax at the Rainbow Lounge, where they can watch Disney movies. Highly recommended for families visiting Tokyo Disney!

Very good location a short walk to the train station and 2 stops from narita airport station. The rooms on the lower floor might still hear the trains moving, all good after 11+pm

Room is comfortably furnished, but carpet near the bedside is worn out and displaced, causing a danger for the room guest be tripped. I was assigned to a room which the two next door rooms , (one to the left and one to the right) were mysteriously sealed off, which made me wondered why they were like that, and thinking would I be safe. Plus, hair was found on bedsheet.

This was our very first family trip, and Hilton Tokyo Bay was the hotel where we stayed the longest during our time in Japan. From the moment we arrived, the hotel made us feel warm, relaxed, and truly at home. Traveling with a child who is 100% energetic 24/7 isn’t easy, but choosing this hotel was absolutely perfect. It’s just a few minutes away from Disneyland, which is such a blessing after a full day of walking and playing. Coming back to an exceptionally clean room felt like heaven. The housekeeping team truly touched our hearts. They thoughtfully prepared a towel cake and a card for my son, which made him incredibly happy after our long but fun day at Disneyland. Moments like these made our stay even more special. Check-in was seamless, and the receptionist who assisted us went the extra mile by personally looking for my son to give him his birthday card. That gesture meant so much to us. Despite traveling with plenty of luggage (1 XL, 2 L, and 2 R-sized bags), the room was still very spacious and gave my son plenty of space to play. The room was cleaned daily, the bathroom and bathtub were huge, and the view from our room was simply perfect. On our first night, we even managed to watch the Disneyland/DisneySea fireworks right from our room. Another thing we loved was having two Lawson convenience stores located just below the hotel—perfect for our midnight konbini runs after showering from an activity-filled day. There was also a table and chairs by the large window, which made it the perfect spot to enjoy our snacks while taking in the view. This stay made our first family trip truly unforgettable. 💖

Overall, I have no bad comments on this hotel. They are doing pretty good. Just that maybe they have to take note on 2nd floor where there are few rooms allocated for cabin crew for few airline. My experience was, the specific airline room make lots of noise, like having party, time is about 9pm. The noise is loud till you can hear it loud if you are in the lift. Bear in mind there were other rooms on this floor as well, their behavior, of the crews disturbing other guests. This is the most annoying part. The sound proof in between the room can be improved. The rest are ok, the hotel is good. Shuttle bus on time, staff are friendly. Family mart is on the ground floor.

There is Lawson (convenience store) inside the hotel which was very convenient to the customer. Mitsui outlet also near and walking distance from hotel. However, if you have luggage with you its quite tiring to walk to the hotel from train station but reachable by walking. The check in process was quite slow and complicated as it was not enough staff to assist during online check in on site. The hotel also provide paid bus shuttle to Narita Airport that cost ¥1200. Overall, still a good stay.

Relaxing spacious room. Main entrance area nice Christmas decor. Breakfast was good with a mix of western and Japanese options. Meet Hilton name. DiDi 2700¥ to hotel. Need to know hotel provide airport transfers pick up outside T3 bus stop (turn right)
