I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the essentials provided. The facilities were impressive, especially the dining area and overall cleanliness throughout the property. Location was convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and access transportation. Breakfast offered a good variety and everything tasted fresh. Overall, the hotel delivered great value for money, and I truly enjoyed my time here. I would happily return and highly recommend it to others.

Good clear and price reasonable, with free refreshment from 3 pm to 11 pm serve at a ver nice chill restaurant at 3rd floor and all the food are very yummy.

โรงแรมริมทะเลที่วิวงามมากๆ ห้องกว้างขวางมีห้องอาบน้ำ และห้องสุขาในตัว ที่ระเบียงสามารถเดินออกไปให้อาหารนก Seagull ได้ บินมารอกันเป็นแถว อาหารเย็นที่รวมในค่าโรงแรมก็ดีมาก แต่ไม่รวมค่าเครื่องดื่มที่ต้องจ่ายแยกต่างหาก อาหารเช้าเป็นบุฟเฟ่ต์มีให้เลือกหลากหลายมาก กินจนจุกันไปเลย

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Overall, it was a great experience.

The ryokan location is excellent. My room has a huge picture window facing east. I can see the famous bay with its many islands, including the Fukuura island (福浦𡷊), in the morning with wonderful sun rise view. The Japanese breakfasts were excellent especially the one on our second day… fresh grilled fish, etc.. The Kaiseki dinners for both nights were wonderful with fresh grilled fish and high grade wagyu beef plus oyster cooked to perfection. The Onsens on the other hand are just Okay. However with the view of Fukuura island and its red bridge … nice.

The accommodation is good and not far from Sendai Station (~10-15 mins.walk). The bed is comfortable. You can hear the trains running but not disturbing. The place is clean. Breakfast is standard, but the food area could be a bit crowded. During peak hours, there might be some waiting, but the staff manages it quickly.

Good hotel that was very close to Sendai station. Conveniently located around lots of different places to eat and shop. Room was as described and staff were friendly and helpful.

This is a surprisingly good hotel, especially considering the price. It’s about a 5-7 minute walk from Sendai Station. I was impressed by the organ (yes, a real organ!) in the lobby, along with a grand piano nearby. The room is spacious, and the hotel even offers a spa, which is a real plus for a Western-style hotel. In the evening, there’s live piano music in the lobby, accompanied by free drinks, nuts, and even noodles. You can really feel how hard the hotel tries to provide excellent service. For the friendly and committed hotel staff, this is a hotel I would happily stay at again next time I’m in Sendai.
