The room was spacious overall with excellent natural light, making for a very comfortable stay. The bedding was soft and clean, ensuring a restful sleep. The staff were friendly and responsive. Breakfast offered a good variety and tasted delicious. The only minor drawback was that the air conditioning was a bit noisy. Overall, it was a great experience and definitely recommended!

Prince hotel is a well branded hotel chain in Japan with history. So everything is up to the good standard and quality of its brand. The room size is spacious as compared with the main city area in Japan. The breakfast is very good with fresh and quality food provided, and even with instantly cooked eggs station. The price is very value for money.

Nice hotel situated fairly close to Omiya station. You can actually enter the Hotel from 2F using the elevated pedestrian walkway all the way from the train station, which is very convenient since it avoids having to carry your suitcase up and down stairs, and don't need to wait for traffic lights to cross the streets below. My room was a bit larger than a typical business hotel, and it came with a large desk which was nice.

It is convenient to connect directly to the station and is used many times in business. During the Hinamatsuri and the Tango Festival, many dolls and helmets are displayed on the front desk, which is spectacular, and I always take pictures and go home. Sometimes you can hear the sound of the train, but it's just faintly heard, so it's hard to hear. It's a little old, but there is a convenience store nearby, the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Every time I visit Japan, no matter where I go first, my last stop is always Tokyo. And when I'm in Tokyo, Urawa Pines Hotel is my absolute top choice. While it's located at Urawa Station in Saitama Prefecture, it's incredibly close to Tokyo, and the transportation is unbelievably convenient. You can even get directly to Odawara and Atami. Besides the convenient transportation, the shopping is also a big draw, with Isetan and PARCO right at the station exit. The small street leading to the hotel is a bustling food street, full of delicious options. But the best part, ultimately, is the hotel itself. The rooms are spacious, bright, comfortable, and cozy. Even the smaller rooms are 24 square meters, and the larger ones are 32 square meters – which is almost unbelievable in Japan, where space is at such a premium. What's even more surprising is the price. For anyone doing a self-guided tour of Japan, Urawa Pines Hotel should be your first choice. Highly, highly recommend it!!!

The front desk staff did not understand English and had difficulty communicating. There is no bath slippers in the room, which is very inconvenient. The room facilities are old, the wallpaper is a bit off and needs to be renovated.

The best thing about this hotel is that you can use the hot springs with natural hot spring water at the hotel. The rooms are not spacious, but the cost is adequate. The breakfast is delicious, using only the bare minimum of ingredients and fresh, locally produced ingredients. I wish there were more types of bread and yogurt.

I came here after attending the fireworks festival. It was already late. I called and was told that it was okay to check in later and that I should take my time and not rush. Google navigation led me to the entrance of the parking lot next to it. I had to go around to the other side of the block to find the hotel, and the door next to it was a massage parlor. The guy came out and explained it to me clearly with words and gestures. Turn a corner to the door, take the elevator to the second floor, there is a platform where you need to take off your shoes before entering, and the shoes are stored in the cabinet area on the right. Check in at the front desk on the far right, the staff are very nice. Go to the left and take the elevator to the room. Although it is not big, it is quite clean and a set of indoor clothes is provided. I didn't have time to go to the big bath, but it was quite comfortable to take a bath in the room. It is very close to Kawagoe Hikawa Shrine, just a ten or twenty minute walk away. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of styles.
