Every bite is a delightful surprise! There are also several other restaurants on the fifth floor that I'll definitely try on my next visit.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, with a great ambiance, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly. While the room was a little on the small side, it was very well-appointed and comfortable. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay. Perfect!

It's close to the station, so it's easy to find and I didn't get lost. I was there after an event at Saitama Super Arena, so it was great that it was close to the arena. However, the amenities included lotion and emulsion, so I bought them at a nearby convenience store. It was good that the convenience store was on the second floor, but it would have been better if they had lotion and other items. I'd like to use it again next time.

The location is great, especially for accessing Shinsadong. Considering Shinsadong is generally a bit off the beaten path, this location is actually quite good. I enjoyed the train view from my room (though I understand not all rooms have this). Overall, most of the staff were friendly. The bathtub was small, but the water quality was excellent.

The twin room is very comfortable with a balcony. I also like the breakfast, it's a relaxing hotel. I had fried oysters for dinner and they were delicious! There were Kanebo amenities such as lotion. They don't seem to lend out hair irons or anything else. I've been here a few times.
