Hotel Dengan Bar di Yamaguchi Prefecture, Japan

I had a very pleasant stay and was particularly impressed by the attentiveness of the front desk staff.  They were incredibly helpful and polite, going so far as to provide me with hot water when I needed, I was also greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Everything was perfect, starting with the reception staff: smiling, dedicated, flexible and always ready to help. I was able to leave my bike in the entrance area of the hotel, which was very convenient. They also gave me great recommendations for local restaurants. The hot baths are beautiful, spotless, and add a real moment of relaxation. From the outside, the hotel may look plain and a bit “suburban,” but inside it has genuine character and a warm atmosphere. I’m leaving with very good memories.

The view is great, the food was great and the room was good. The only small things would be the staff could do better explaining things to families checking in, some explanations were vague. While in the rooms they are very clean, but you must be careful bringing any food or drinks in the rooms or the ants will invade the room. Tattoos being accepted for the large bath would be appreciated as well, they are currently very strict on any tattoos that are easily visible.

街中にあって、近くには食事をするところやコンビニもあって立地は良いです。だからと言って外の音が聞こえる訳ではなく、静かでした。 部屋は清潔で、広さもちょうど良いと思います。大浴場がいつでも入れるのも良かったです。 廊下の音がかなり聞こえます！チェックアウトまでいたのですが、掃除の音だと思いますが、音が大きすぎて落ち着きませんでした。 それ以外は全体的に良かったです。また機会があればぜひ泊まりたいです。

部屋の広さは少し広めのものを選びました。 普通のビジネスホテルよりトイレとお風呂が広めでした。 朝食も和食でバイキングではなかったですが、美味しかったです。 付近にコンビニはありますが、少し遠く感じました。 シャンプーやトリートメントはギスギスしないもので満足しました(*´∀｀*)

Хороший отель, комфортное пребывание, своя парковка, расположение удобное, как и подъезд к зданию. Отдохнул замечательно и продолжил свой путь дальше.

소도시 호텔이지만 시설이 좋음. 룸컨디션 최고점. 직원 친절함. 조식은 가지수가 많지 않치만 맛있음. 역에서 조금 떨어져 있지만 주변에 편의점. 식당. 디저트샵 등 있음. 대욕장이 정말 좋은편임. 재방문 의사 충분히 있음.

お正月の利用と考えるとリーズナブルでした。親子三人利用で和室。布団は自分で敷きます。シーツも大きなビニール袋に畳んで入ってるので自分でメイキングします。ちょっと大変。布団は薄っぺらくてかたいです。 部屋自体はわりと広かったです。隣の部屋とつながってるので団体客利用もできる部屋なのでしょう。ウオーキングクローゼットがありました。広々です。ユニットバスはめちゃくちゃ狭いです。 洗面がまあ狭くて使いにくい。水道も洗面とお風呂のシャワー切り替え共用。お湯と水の二つの蛇口を調整して出す昔のタイプなので面倒ですね。1階に色んなシャンプー・リンス・ボディソープ・入浴剤がディスペンサーからカップに注いで選んで持っていけるのが面白かったです。やや高めの市販ブランドもありました。 朝食も無料でついてくるのがうれしい。種類は少ないですが、無料でついてると思うと十分ありがたかったです。お正月なのでお節料理も並んでました。
