We had a quick and convenient checkin. The hotel is strategically situated near almost everything. Hotel room is clean and well organised, properly prepared and welcoming. Breakfast has good choice of food which included the local tocino. We had a great stay.

Fantastic hotel, great friendly staff. Always eager to help. The location is about a 3 min walk to all the nightlife and restaurants/ bars. Too bad about all the nasty garbage on the side of the street the hotel is located. That's my only complaint, the nasty stinky garbage along that little street.

The hotel's location is convenient, and there's plenty of free parking. Plus, the breakfast offers a great variety of delicious food. There are also restaurants nearby. The air conditioning in the hotel is perfectly cold! 👍👍👍

Great value for money! We stayed there for three nights, through Christmas, and the staff was accommodating, professional, and cordial. The rooms were pretty big and comfortable. And the breakfast buffet was actually pretty decent, considering how much we paid. Would defo book again!

This is the 2nd time I booked my stay at Prime Asia Hotel and they are consistent - clean rooms and a comfortable place to stay indeed. You get your money’s worth. I know that for every visit I will be doing in Pampanga, I will book my hotel here and I would recommend this to my relatives and friends. One thing I appreciate is the guards check and confirm what room the guests go to. They call the room and confirm if we expect a visitor. Even as they leave, they confirm it. This hotel is great since the location is ideal. Walking distance from red street yet it is not that noisy since it is about 800 meters away. The rooms are very clean and the service is great. The pool is nice for swimming but small. The wifi is fast and almost everything was perfect.The only two bad things is that there is not hot water which is strange for such a hotel and the window location is not ideal.

The location is perfect , the staff are helpful and kind. My problem is the noise. Specially you have trouble sleeping in the night and there u hear people talking outside the room with high pitch voices, Parking is crazy. Its very difficult to find one. The aircon is window type its makes the room Cold but it creates lot of noise and supply at bathroom is not available i have to buy our own toiletries like bathroom tissue , soap , shampoo etc . The bathroom door does not have handle or door knob just the deadbolt that i dont know what for . Wr need to use a thick tissue to close the door insert in between. No table that you use to eat :(

The environment is great, and the hotel has two swimming pools, one on the ground floor and another on the sixth floor. The beach is right in front of the hotel, making it a perfect spot for families and couples to visit and relax. However, the only downside is the cold attitude of the front desk staff. It feels like people in Subic, in general, have this cool demeanor; when you ask questions, the staff seems to answer reluctantly and superficially. Also, the underground parking lot is chaotic with cars parked haphazardly.

The location is very convenient to the event that we are going to participate in. Very close to our favourite korean restaurant (Seoul), and Ayala Harbour Point. The hotel facilities are good and clean, there is an infinity pool at the roof deck and fitness centre at the 4th level. As for the room, this is one of the hotels we checked in that we feel relaxed, we have 2 double size beds, balcony overlooking the city and subic sea side, spacious T&B and living space wherein we manage to do our warm-up prior to the event. All the staff are very polite and hospitable. They have a restaurant we haven't tried since we preferred to eat in Seoul Resto, opposite of the street is the Royal Duty Free where you can buy other stuff that you might need during your stay.
