Very friendly staff, nice quality and clean room. Dinner was a nice wide range on the alla carte menu, breakfast was quite disappointing

Pride Plaza prides itself on being fancy. The lobby is beautiful and the breakfast was amazing. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, but the room leaves much to be desired. First, the hotel doesn’t have a room with two beds that aren’t twin beds. Huh? So, if you are traveling as a family, forget it. The hotel moved a rollaway into the room as a second bed, but then that took up all the sitting space in the room—not comfortable at all. The room was small and carpeted. For the price, they should have larger rooms and more options for families. We had to change rooms after one  night because the bed in the first room was lumpy. I would look for another option before staying here again.

Not far from metro station Aerocity (15-20 minutes on foot) that is next station to the airport. But the area outside looks dodgy. Could be a bit difficult to find the place because Google Maps doesn’t know that hotel (look for nearby Hotel Ambrosia). The dinner (included in price) was really delicious. Had no chance to try breakfast due to early check out.

My wife and I had a short stay at this hotel. We ordered room service and Shalini, the person who took our order on the phone was very accommodative to our specic requirements at 10pm. Then came the most impressive Room Service ever experienced by both of us. Aditya, took so much of personal pride to layout the food and served us. Typically we are delivered a trolley with food inside and are expected to serve ourselves. But this wonderful young *** made our late dinner extra special. We skipped breakfast but had their buffet lunch. What a huge and appetising spread.... Once again, the service was as good as the food. Both exceptional !! Chef Sandeep specially attended to us. He saw that we had taken Saag (spinach) so he came around and said you must hv Makki Di Roti with your Saag. Within minutes, we had freshly made Makki Di Roti at our table. The person who served us at the Del restaurant was Nikhil. Very attentive, friendly and quick to serve us. Kudos to the hotel for infusing such a deep sense of good service and superb food quality. Stayed at this hotel near airport to crash for the night since I arrived late in Delhi. Amenities looked new and well maintained. Provided four big bottles of drinking water which was a plus since I was advised by others to avoid drinking or brushing my teeth using the tap water. Breakfast was of great variety and even included elements of Chinese food like stir-fried bee hoon and western selection. However, the topping was the spread of Indian food and spices. It makes the typical bread and jam dull. The room was of Novotel-standard expectations and I was glad I booked it to have a good night's rest.

I had a wonderful 2-night stay at Radisson Blu, Dwarka. The check-in was smooth, the room was spacious and well-equipped, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a great variety, and the in-house restaurants served delicious food. The staff was warm and professional, making the experience even better. The location is convenient, with easy access to the metro. Overall, a luxurious and relaxing stay—highly recommended!

The Hotel is clean and great but the food menu for inroom dining are not many varieties. The location of hotel is far from Market or reataurants and Outside food is not allowed. What a pity.

The location is great & the maintenance of the property is brilliant! The staff are extremely helpful and welcoming, we had an extremely pleasant stay and were very well taken care of. Definitely coming back to this property for a longer stay. Great food for everyone.

This hotel was great, Overpriced for what it is, and service is responsive and great. facilities and such are hard to understand how they work, but people are usually very helpful, food was good, breakfast was good, however when trying to modify bookings, one day later, or checking out earlier, they will NOT budge at all even if told in advance and reject any online booking request to modify it. That's my only gripe, however its good, location is good but not the best. Great stay overall, little things were off about it.
