Hotel Dengan spa di Delhi, India

My wife and I had a short stay at this hotel. We ordered room service and Shalini, the person who took our order on the phone was very accommodative to our specic requirements at 10pm. Then came the most impressive Room Service ever experienced by both of us. Aditya, took so much of personal pride to layout the food and served us. Typically we are delivered a trolley with food inside and are expected to serve ourselves. But this wonderful young *** made our late dinner extra special. We skipped breakfast but had their buffet lunch. What a huge and appetising spread.... Once again, the service was as good as the food. Both exceptional !! Chef Sandeep specially attended to us. He saw that we had taken Saag (spinach) so he came around and said you must hv Makki Di Roti with your Saag. Within minutes, we had freshly made Makki Di Roti at our table. The person who served us at the Del restaurant was Nikhil. Very attentive, friendly and quick to serve us. Kudos to the hotel for infusing such a deep sense of good service and superb food quality. Not far from metro station Aerocity (15-20 minutes on foot) that is next station to the airport. But the area outside looks dodgy. Could be a bit difficult to find the place because Google Maps doesn’t know that hotel (look for nearby Hotel Ambrosia). The dinner (included in price) was really delicious. Had no chance to try breakfast due to early check out.

Overall, Novotel New Delhi Aerocity delivers a refined hospitality experience with exceptional service standards. I truly appreciate the efforts of the entire team and look forward to returning in the future.

Nice place to stay near Delhi airport. Close to Pacific D21 mall. Great service. Provided complimentary wine with chocolates, fruit and cookies platter on my birthday stay.

Im visit here with my family everyone happy all staff is friendly good service and food is really yummy but only small issues pool is closed because have even but they provide pool from another hotel with transport

Very good breakfast, wide variety of selections. The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but is conveniently connected with subway. The hotel is just next to the subway station.

Beyond doubt one of the best hotel experiences ever. This is one of the finest hotels in the world.  Can’t love it enough.

Conveniently located in Vasant Vihar for excursions to both Delhi and Gurgaon. The staff was courteous. The breakfast menu changes a bit each day. I would especially recommend the spa, it's a great place to stay and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I contacted the hotel through their spa website and got a quick response, the booking was smooth and they have a full range of ayurvedic treatments. The gym was also uncrowded and had good equipment. The rooms were a bit dated, but good value for money hotel!

I have always been a big admirer of the Taj hospitality experience, though on this visit it felt like some of its former charm was missing. I encountered several issues at the restaurant that unfortunately remained unresolved during my stay. That said, the hotel itself is very well maintained, and the overall standard of service from the staff remains warm and attentive.

The photos of this beautiful hotel don't do it justice. The room is bright, spacious, clean and the bathroom is very modern! My partner and I had been travelling Sri Lanka and India for a month and we both agreed this bed was the most comfortable we had found! The venue is also very very safe with lots of security and checkpoints for baggage. They also watched our bags for us after we checked out so we could go to the city for a while! 5/5 ✨
