Mister Adrian took very good care of our luggage and was overall the most kind person we met in the hotel during our stay so we are very grateful to him and hope he is well appreciated by the staff and his supervisors x Reception, cleaning landy and airport shuttle drivers were also great and we send them our appreciation x We recommend the hotel and we will never book anywhere else’s after this lovely experience. I gave a 3 because The location from the airport was nearby but the place was extremely deserted, we had to walk a lot to get to the nearest place to eat, even if the mc Donald's was opposite you had to walk a distance than go over a bridge and then get to the MacDonalds and there were not many eating places or shops nearby so it was a nightmare looking for food at night. Plus when you asked the reception about things they would say they don't know and were not very helpful and the breakfast was always cold we had to tell them to warm it up in the micro but it still came cold not as hot.

Stayed here for just one night before an early morning flight (had to wake up around 4 AM for a 6 AM departure), and I was extremely impressed. This is not just a convenient hotel near the airport — everything was genuinely great. The rooms have a simple but modern and unique design, and the common spaces of the hotel are equally well done. The restaurant offers really nice food at affordable prices. The service was excellent throughout our stay. What really stood out was the express breakfast available early in the morning and the hourly shuttle buses to the airport — always on time, with a friendly driver. Highly recommended for anyone needing a comfortable and well-organized stay near Bucharest Airport!

Conveniently located near the airport, the friendly and helpful staff greeted me with smiles and warm welcomes. Inside the hotel, there’s a restaurant and bar, making it easy to grab a bite for anyone. They also provide a shuttle service with a fee, which I highly recommend if you’re travelling in and out of Bucharest. :)

We stayed for 3 nights and we complained about their air conditioning 4 times. The room is too hot, we woke up soaked in sweat. The technician came 2 times and adjust the temperature later on knowing that the main switch is controlled in the basement and temperature is centralized. I was offered to sleep in the adjacent room the last night of my stay and it was so so. Disappointing for a Hilton hotel

Walking distance to the airport, the rooms are basic but clean. The reception doesn’t work 24/7, but the hotel clearly communicates this, ensuring there is no hassle to check-in or enter the building outside working hours. Reasonable price as well.

The hotel was clean and nice. After I got my luggage and contacted the hotel, I was told to come downstairs (Ground Zero), so I met the driver and came to the hotel comfortably. The room was clean and nice, but it smelled of stale cigarette smoke. The bedding didn't smell like that, but it seemed to smell like the room itself. The breakfast was great, and I especially liked the bread. When going to the airport, if you tell the counter your time in advance when checking in, they will make a reservation for you.

The environment is very good, the breakfast is good, and it is rare for a European hotel to have a water dispenser, so you can drink water by yourself.
