Прекрасное расположение, приветливый персонал, разнообразные завтраки , номер убирался каждый день.  Все было бы отлично, если бы не 1 инцидент: на завтраке  25.09. в ресторане 1 из посетительниц сначала громко разговаривала по телефону , но это еще можно было потерпеть, если бы она не стала проводить конфколл ( собеседование) по ноутбуку прямо посреди ресторана.   На просьбу на рецепшен ( менеджера в ресторане не было)  сделать «даме» замечание  этого не делать, мы получили ответ , что это не запрещено. Не запрещено что- не мешать другим посетителям завтракать!? Для подобных мероприятий есть бизнес-центр или специально отведенная зона.

Останавливались в отеле с друзьями в мае 2025г. Заселили раньше положенного времени. Номера чистенькие, не ушатанные. Есть завтраки, есть бесплатная парковка. Рядом центральный рынок, ж. Д. Вокзал. До центра 10минут пешком.Минусы: слабый интернет, совсем крошечный холодильник. В целом понравилось. Рекомендую.

And overall, I would probably have been happy with everything if three days before we hadn't stayed at another hotel, 500 meters further from this one, where for the same money we stayed in a deluxe room, there was more space) The staff was more attentive and welcoming, the breakfasts were a little tastier and there was a small children's corner, which is a salvation for families with children and overall it was somehow more soulful or something...

Booked a suite, the room type is good, the office area is more spacious, the big bed is comfortable to sleep, the scenery outside the window is OK, there is free parking, but sometimes the parking space is tight, breakfast is not bad.

The room was clean and tidy, everything was in accordance with the standards of environmental conservation. The location is first class, next to Bowman Street, you can walk to the Kremlin. There was a young man at the front desk who was very patient, but a few girls were more indifferent. Breakfast is OK, medium level.

Stop at the Plaza Hotel for one night. The hotel has a beautiful location, parking, a very pleasant bath line branded for the hotel. You could have a coffee or tea in the breakfast room. The room itself was small, the window mansard in our case, didn't like the carpet on the floor, but the inconvenience offset a comfortable bed, the presence of single-shoulder slippers. The coat was for some reason one 😀 In general the hotel left a pleasant impression, joyful people work. For its category, a wonderful hotel. I recommend.
