Hotel Dengan Bar di Kigali, Rwanda

Our room was equipped with an outdoor balcony. Although the friend's room did not have a balcony with a living room, it was much more comfortable than the ordinary standard room. The front desk of the hotel was very enthusiastic and helped us make an appointment for the driver to the national park. When we went, the service of booking the pick-up by email was also very good. The breakfast buffet was very rich, I ordered roast pork chops for dinner, which was quite delicious and the tip was included in the meal. The fly in the ointment is that the driver asked us for 60 knives after the return reservation from the hotel to the airport, and the front desk told us before that it would cost 35 knives.

A great hotel, located halfway up a mountain, with a swimming pool, lawn and mountains creating a great atmosphere. It seems to be owned by Chinese people, so communication is easy. It is on the same hill as the city center, so transportation is convenient.

The room is bigger and cleaner! The restaurant upstairs is not bad! But the hotel room has no shower, there is a bathtub, this is not particularly good! Be careful when taking a bath. In addition, the rooms are all big bed rooms, no twin rooms, and later we directly added an extra bed.

Negative points • Although I booked a twin room, they told there were none available. The first room they showed me on the second floor was extremely noisy due to loud music and vibrations from the restaurant and event space. The next room they offered faced the road, but the wall was not soundproof and the outside noise was very disturbing. • When I tried to speak with the manager, there was no manager available on Sundays. If the manager is off, there should be someone acting on their behalf. • The restaurant had many flies. There were both soft-boiled and hard-boiled eggs, but even the “hard-boiled” ones were half-cooked inside. When I asked for a properly hard-boiled egg, one of the kitchen staff gave me an unpleasant look, and even after asking, the egg was still undercooked (photo). The male kitchen staff were unfriendly, and it was impossible to order any egg dishes comfortably. • The corridor lights turn off automatically, making it pitch dark and creepy. The room was incredibly spacious! Clean and hygienic, with linens changed daily. The breakfast was plentiful with a wide variety of food. The location was convenient, right in the city center. The staff were friendly and attentive, and they even arranged an airport transfer.

I love staying at M Safari Club. My room was exactly as seen in the picture and quite spacious. It’s very clean and nice. The guesthouse is in a central location, very walkable to Kimironko market, supermarkets and restaurants. There is a restaurant on site that you can enjoy great meals without leaving the property. The staff and owner is very friendly so I extended my stay. I would recommend this place to anyone who want a budget, pleasant and comfortable place in Kigali.

The service is very good, the room is very clean and hygienic. It is one of the best hotels in the area. After choosing for a long time, I feel that there is no better choice than Marriott. It is worth going again

I recently stayed for two nights at the Radisson Blu and had a fantastic experience. The room was spotless, and I was greeted with thoughtful welcome treats. The gym facilities were top-notch, and the staff were extremely warm and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location offers plenty of activities and attractions nearby, and the area really comes alive at night, making it great for a leisurely walk. With numerous restaurants in the vicinity, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The service was great and friendly, both at check-in and during my dining experience. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast options, which were diverse and delicious. The gym was well-equipped and offered nice views of the pool. The location is convenient and in a newly developed area. I highly recommend this property!
