Hôtel très accueillant est chaleureux des chambre propre belle est agréable que ça soit en famille en couple ou même seule ! Le personnels est au petit soin pour toute demande ou réclamation à n’importe quel heures! Conseil pour trouver des lieux appel de taxi et même de médecin en cas de nécessité ( vécu personne m’a soeur y est tomber là-bas il nous ont apporter une aide énorme appel du médecin des ambulance et demande toujours des nouvelles ) Les serveurs sont dés amour ! Prix un peu cher ( a boire ) Piscine propre plage pareil nettoyage des chambre rien à dire il sont direct respectueux Au top rien a dire merci beaucoup pour votre accueil !

On a été très bien accueillis, le personnel est accueillant et adorable. Il y a pleins d'activités à faire gratuitement : tennis, paddle, jeux de société, concerts, bars, restaurants, petits chats, etc. Mais, pour un hôtel 5 étoiles, je suis un peu déçue. Manque de professionnalisme au restaurant, on nous installe à une table pas dressé ni très propre. La chambre n'a pas été nettoyé correctement avant notre arrivée : miroir sale, sol sale (on a trouvé une lentille de contact usagé par terre), les draps étaient tachés et avec des grains de sable (?), etc. On a demandé un nettoyage supplémentaire qui n'a pas été fait. La jacuzzi est sale et le hammam a sa porte qui fuit donc fonctionne pas correctement.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The building is historic and has an open central space, which makes it a bit cold during the winter. However, the on-site restaurant was very convenient, allowing us to dine without needing to go outside. The staff were all incredibly friendly, and we felt very welcome throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The food was very good amd has a lot of variety all amenities are good staff are very kind and helpful but the Ac was always not working morning time feom 06:00 am to 13:00 And no wifi in the rooms

My experience at the hotel was excellent. The check-in process was smooth, and the reception staff made me feel very welcome. The room was modern, spacious, and quiet, with a beautiful view from the balcony. I especially appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail. The hotel restaurant served delicious meals, and the Wi-Fi connection was fast and stable. Highly recommended!

Мне очень понравился отель! Я провела чудесное время! Меня очень впечатлил работа дирекции и ресепшн отеля! Господин генеральный директор Riadh и управляющий господин Sofyan всегда на месте, с ними можно говорить и они делают все для вашего комфорта и отличного отдыха. Прикладываю фотографии с ними в последний день в отеле 🥰 ресепшн очень профессионален, красивая женщина, к сожалению не знаю её имени, всегда любезны, менеджер ночной смены помог мне с дополнительным одеялом, сотрудник который помогает с багажом очень приятен в общении. Одним слово, дирекция и ресепшн Cesar Thalasso делает для гостей все возможное, не словами, а делами 👍 Номера состоят из тихих бунгало, отличная звукоизоляция, номера после реновации, чистые и новые, оформлены в античном стиле, в соответствии с именем отеля, в них очень приятно находиться! Команда бара отелей Cesar Thalasso и Sunconnect одинаково дружелюбные💖 Ресторан Cesar великолепен! Чудесный тунисский шеф - повар, который готовит горячие блюда при вас, настоящий гений! 😍У него всегда все вкусно и эстетично сервировано! Есть отдел итальянской кухни. Сеньора шеф повар великолепна! Берите у неё и пасту и горячие блюда! Сотрудники ресторана, начиная от менеджера и заканчивая официантами, очень любезны! Хорошие команды анимации. Итальянская команда в Cesar и тунисские ребята и девушки в Sunconnect. Также есть фото с ними. Очень дружелюбные ко всем гостям, всегда с ними взаимодействуют. Очень приятные впечатления! Отлично танцевали с юношей из команды Sunconnect , к сожалению не запомнила его имя, но он есть на фото) он очень дружелюбен. Понравился хореограф Nebyl из тунисской команды анимации. Его отношение к делу, энтузиащм к познания всего нового и талант к танцам! Желаю вам удачи! 🤗 В отеле отличная атмосфера, прекрасный сервис и гостеприимство! Из отеля не хочется уезжать! Introduction I have been traveling since the age of 16 and I am 50, I have visited the best hotels in the world I stayed for 2 days and I can say that apart from the price of around 180 euros per night for a double room the hotel is not worth a 3 star rating. Positive aspects Very nice hotel from the outside, the magnificent lobby is very impressive but there is no value for money Room designed in the 70s with. Salty desalinated water!!! There is no hook in the shower for robes Sink knobs with hot written in French and cold written in English!! Fixed shower that doesn't move and you can't adjust the flow of water! For the lights in the room there is no general switch to turn everything off from the bed and therefore you have to get up to do it Room safe not working and you are forced to use the one in reception every time. Lack of simple things like an umbrella for customers in case of rain!!! Lack of enough sockets to charge cell phones and other things Bathtub without hydromassage Positives Friendly and helpful hotel staff Very good and plentiful breakfast

Alles war toll! Super nette Mitarbeitern insbesondere an der Rezeption. Das Hotel hat alles was man braucht und hat eine sehr angenehme Ambiente 🥰 Ich freue mich das nächstes Mal nochmal dahin zu gehen!
