Hotel Dengan breakfast di Veneto, Italy

Well this is a nice place well located just right at the entrance of Venice, the environment is nice however I felt like it was expensier than other places around and the service was average. 1. The room is lovely with a very modern toilet but the rest of the room looks old and not really well cared. 2. I was allocated in a room on the very end of the Hotel which made impossible to connect to WiFi connection which is due to that they use the WiFi from a restaurant that is just next to the hotel. I consider they should take care more because most of the visitors are tourists. 3. The key the fact that every time you have to go out you have to give the key in the reception is absurd, even if you were just going for a smoke. 4. If you have the chance to book breakfast in the place just avoid it you won’t lose nothing instead try to look for local places which are more reliable and they would serve proper breakfast as the breakfast this place offer is not very complete. Overall the place was a nice place to stay im very comfortable with it but I’m sure you can improve to make everyone’s experience better.

The room was big and spacious; there was a double bed and a set of twin beds. There were two small balconies from which you could see the national library. The toilet was ok, the shower would flood and there was a wooden beam kinda hanging loose. Unfortunately, the room is not soundproof and you can hear the noise from the upstairs and neighbouring rooms (especially the toilet noises).

A great hotel for both short and longer stays. The staff is very polite and helpful, and the location is extremely convenient – if you arrive by bus or train, there’s no need for additional transport as everything is easily reachable on foot. The breakfast is simple but tasty, and the best part is the lovely view of the canal while enjoying your meal.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at BW Premier Collection Continental and couldn’t be happier with my experience. The location is unbeatable — just a five-minute walk from Santa Lucia Train Station, which makes arriving in Venice incredibly easy, especially with luggage. You’re right in the heart of the city while still being able to relax comfortably. The service was truly impeccable, from reception to room service. Every staff member I interacted with was kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. One moment that really stood out: I was allowed to sit on the lobby couch and enjoy a bottle of wine that I hadn’t purchased from the hotel — something that almost never happens. Not only did they allow it, but they brought me glasses and even opened the bottle for me with a smile. Later, I went to buy more wine from the bar, and even though they had technically just closed, they still served me without hesitation. That level of hospitality really says everything. Amazing location, outstanding service, and a warm, generous atmosphere. I will definitely come back, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay centrally in Venice while enjoying truly exceptional service.

An ok overnight stay. Room was spacious, bed comfy but the shower was very mouldy and there was cigarette ash all over the balcony floor. We had to use a side entrance, into what appeared to be an apartment block, with the hotel using one floor. The lobby to the apartment block smelt like drains. Service was good though, they agreed to store a suitcase for us for 4 days prior to our stay whilst we were travelling elsewhere in Italy which was appreciated

We absolutely loved it here. We were in one of the older rooms and loved the traditional Venice feel with the draped curtains. The bed was so comfortable- needed after a long day of walking. The linen was crisp, white and good quality. The rooms are thoughtful with water, a fridge, and lovely soap etc. They are huge rooms - but they are very comfortable. The service was fantastic. Everyone very friendly and helpful, but not overly polished which we don’t enjoy - still has heart and soul. Will definitely recommend. Location is quiet - but right by grand canal and Main Street. Everything you want and need.

The hotel breakfast was decent and quite a big seating area. The staff there were on top of everything, just wish they were a little more welcoming when going to it. The room was very small, barely any room for the luggage. I had to crawl over the bed to get from one side of the room to the other. I didn't like how a key was needed to.open the door and there was no working lock on the inside. I felt unsafe as if someone could pick the lock and go inside. For location, I like how it's very close to the train station and there are lots of bus routes in the area.

Biliknya tidak besar, dan hiasannya agak ketinggalan zaman, tetapi kebersihannya sangat baik. Tidak ada perapi di hotel, dan cawan pencuci mulut adalah cawan plastik pakai buang dalam bungkusan tertutup. Perkara yang paling penting ialah hotel ini betul-betul bertentangan dengan stesen kereta api. Ia mengambil masa kurang dari 3 minit untuk berjalan kaki dari stesen kereta api ke hotel. Anda boleh melihat stesen kereta api dari bilik hotel pulau utama Venice. Kami tiba pada pukul 12 dan pihak hotel membenarkan kami mendaftar masuk awal. Selain itu, tidak banyak jenis sarapan di hotel, dan waktu sarapan adalah dari jam 6:30-10:00. Hotel ini tidak menyediakan selipar, berus gigi dan ubat gigi, mahupun air percuma. Terdapat peti sejuk kecil berbayar. Terdapat 2 restoran kecil Cina, 1 restoran sushi dan pasar raya bernama Ali 3-4 minit dari hotel (untuk harga 1 botol air jenama yang sama di pasar raya stesen kereta api, anda boleh membeli 6 botol di pasar raya dan masih ada lagi) Dalam masa 20 minit selepas menaiki teksi dari hotel ke Lapangan Terbang Marco Polo, hotel ini boleh menyediakan perkhidmatan teksi dengan harga €60, dibayar terus kepada pemandu. Ia lebih mahal daripada menaiki teksi sendiri, tetapi tidak banyak teksi. Terdapat juga bas untuk ke lapangan terbang.

It was the best hotel we stayed at. The service, facilities, cleanliness, and even the mattress were perfect. I’d give it 5 stars instead of 4. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the room was spotless not a speck of dust anywhere. Most of all, I was impressed every time I walked into the bathroom. It was spacious and beautifully designed. We only stayed one night in Venice, but it was truly the best hotel experience.
