It was a wonderful stay in every aspect. Top class services and the hotel team are outstanding. Comfortable accommodation, super clean, very tasty food, we enjoyed the beautiful scenery of the desert with great service. Organized excursions Through the hostel it was fancy with the staff of Mr. Shazly and Mr. Nabil as the tour guide. And a wonderful experience in the hotel HAMMAM with a very relaxing massage. It was really a great experience that we will never forget me and my wife. And sure will come back agin and again in the future. Yes, this hotel is a bit run down. But this is our 4th hotel in Tunisia and it is still better than the 5 star modern Radison we stayed in 2 nights ago. Large rooms Nice food Staff amazing This would have been 4 stars but what made it 5? We didn't tell them it was my wife's birthday but they: 1. Said happy birthday when we handed in our key 2. They delivered a card 3. They decorated the beds 4. They brought a huge personalised cake to the dinner table and sang happy birthday Can't put a price on that

Very good and confortable hotel. Even some improvements could be made , the frendly atmosfere and cleanless is a priority for them. I felt welcomed ! All our friends appreciated the taste of food served for lunch and dinner . The staff at their Bar L'Oasis , a very kind gentleman M. was always very serviable , very welcomed and happy. In such an friendly atmosfere you can feel just like you are between friends ! Congratulations ! I will be back ! With friendship ,M.

Words just can’t explain how truly delightful and special this hotel is. It is just magical and beautiful. Every room is different and warmly decorated for an authentic cultural experience. Having a delicious breakfast delivered to your room was just one of the many ways that makes this place uniquely wonderful. The grounds are like a botanical garden and the staff are friendly and helpful. I wish I could have stayed for the whole week.
