GGuest UserThe staff was incredibly great and helpful. The suit was clean and fitted me, my wife, and our two kids perfectly. All our requests were made very quickly. The breakfast was more than good; it was perfect because of the staff’s smiles and helpfulness.

GGuest UserOne substantial remark was a dirty room. Rooms seem to be not washing or doing it very rarely. Very dirty dust floors both in the room and on the balcony. The chair on the balcony was all dust and in the garbage too. Clearly no one cleans them. In three days, they never took the garbage from the room and the room was not cleaned. The reviews complain about loud music from the nearby hotel. With us the music was every day but not later than 23:00 and we were not stressed. I can't say that for us it was minus. I was happy to listen to Turkish popular songs. The service in the hotel was excellent. Very pleasant and polite staff at both the receptacle and the restaurant. The pool was clean. We were enjoying a bath. Very decent kitchen, a couple of times dinner at the hotel. Breakfast was excellent with a wonderful view of the lake. Wishing to the hotel management to pay more attention to the purity of the rooms

GGuest User這個酒店在土耳其到現在感覺到最舒服的， 服務在土耳其已經算是超級好、環境特別好，工作很辛苦去這個地方待三四天就很舒服了，那邊經理是一個女的叫Samia ，謝謝她了，接待我們很好，酒店做菜也好吃的，按摩的技術還好，不是特別的專業

SSamet PekerAs the baby was asleep at night, we had tough times with the voice of the other rooms, since they placed two rooms with connecting doors without informing different guests. I saw a nonsense, so I'm not planning to visit this hotel again

BBatuhan BeyWe stayed at this hotel for one night, booking two rooms for my friend's wedding. Both my friends and I were very pleased with our stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and tidy. The common areas were well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful.
The staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful in every way. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth. We experienced no problems during our stay. Despite it being a short stay, we felt very comfortable.
I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone considering staying in Sakarya. Thank you to the entire team for their hospitality.

GGuest UserWe went to read the comments and the outcome was much better than we expected, the location is great, it gives you a feeling of holiday. We went to the family four rooms and Valeria hn helped very much in the reservation, The problems arising from the hotel owners ***meat concerns are quickly dealing with the kitchen only should be a little more optional . There is a limited menu , but live music was great, we had fun, we made a beautifully satisfying holiday to go again . We stayed at night ***we were happy .
