우선, 리뉴얼을 해서 그런지 굉장히 깨끗했습니다. 그럼에도 불구하고 다윈의 지역적 특성상 첫 날 방에서 벌레를 보게되었는데 오피스에 말했더니 추가로 청소도해주고 벌레스프레이도 방에 놓아주었습니다.
위치적으로는 걸어 갈 수 있는 거리에 mindil sunset 마켓도 있었고 cbd도 그리 멀지 않아 좋았습니다.
항공편때문에 레이트체크아웃을 문의했지만 1시간에 $30비용이 발생하는 부분에 대해 아쉬움이 있었지만 이외엔 대체적으로 만족스러운 방문이였습니다.
Very satisfying experience with a clean & tidy spacious room with balcony and breakfast provided. There is a quite small pool on the M-level. The walk to city centre is mild around 10min. I would recommend it as a standard option if you come to Darwin.
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location was convenient for getting around. While the property is starting to show a bit of wear and could use some updates, everything was clean and comfortable. One thing to note is that the building could benefit from improved security, as access is currently open and doesn’t require a key card—something that might be worth addressing for guests’ peace of mind. With a few small improvements, this place could be even better.
100% recommend this place! The staff is simply amazing and kind. The guy at the reception which we assume to be the manager was so helpful and accommodating. The room was nice and we liked the new decoration ! Please do yourself a favor and come stay at this place. Also loved the private parking, helped us to sleep better knowing our car is secured.
Unfortunately, the staff forgot my swipe card so I needed to call them and they came within 10 minutes to give me my card (as I was checking in late). My luggage was kept safely and waiting for me next to my room. Only two others were in the room that night so it was good value for money. The kitchen was slightly cleaner this time round. I'd happily stay here again if I visit the Outback/Alice Springs. Thank you. 🙏

The staff is very helpful and kind, ready to solve our problems.
The room was very clean, far above the standards of all other hotels in Australia. The breakfast was quite varied and averagely good.
A note of merit to this hotel for the presence of the laundry, with washing machine and dryer, very useful for travelers.
The only hotel I would return to in Australia, I recommend it.
The hotel is well located to shopping and restaurants, as well as easy vehicular access. Their downside is the limited undercover parking and the need to book a space. Otherwise, you will need to use available, nearby public spaces.
The hotel has automated checking, but staff were on hand to make sure all goes smoothly. If a second key is required, it has to be generated by staff.
Breakfast is not done in the hotel, but a voucher is provided to go to Salvatores Cafe in the same building. You have a choice of dine in or take-away.
Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable.
Unfortunately it was raining during our stay there. So all was wet and dirty.
Shared bathroom and kitchen were not in good condition and lacking particularly the kitchen.
Additionally very disappointed with cancellation of sunrise journeys which we were looking forward to in our Urulu trip.
Good location and service. Cleanness needs improving, there is a big dead cockroaches under the chair for our entire stay but not been removed. Seems like they just made the bed (didn't change them, just made them) and changed the towel, that's all.
The shower design is not great, and it is almost guarantees to get wet everywhere after use.
Tones of insects even in the room, especially in the evening, no door open, so I'm not sure where they came in... but I guess that's deserts.
It's great to have a free laundry facility, which is very helpful. Free activities were a nice touch.
Surprisingly, there are no complementary bottles of water in the room when the hotel is located in the deserts, very unusual compared to all the hotels we stayed.
Nice that we are allowed to use other hotels' facilities, so in general, we did enjoy our trip, and thank you for the friendly staff.
