Advantages: The hotel's location is superb, just across a passage from the old town. The lobby and rooms are clean, and although the staff faced many issues, they still tried their best to resolve them. Disadvantages: 1. The hotel system is chaotic. I booked breakfast through Trip.com, and confirmed with the hotel before departure that breakfast was included. However, at check-in, the staff spent a long time looking for my booking, then said I hadn't booked breakfast. I thought it was resolved after showing them the documents, but the next morning I was stopped again at the breakfast door, told they couldn't find my breakfast room number. 2. Although I knew the hotel only opened in October, all the facilities were still not ready. Upon entering the hotel, I could smell a strong odor of formaldehyde from the renovations, especially in the rooms, which was unacceptable. 3. The hotel TVs couldn't connect to YouTube or Netflix. 4. The breakfast selection was very limited, there was no prepared food counter, and even the toaster was broken. 5. The water dispensers in the corridors didn't provide hot water, and this didn't work even after I complained to the staff. 6. Although the staff were friendly and helpful, they clearly lacked training.

They offer triple rooms, and while breakfast is simple, it's filling. The staff's English is excellent, making communication seamless, and the service is good. You can call the front desk to book airport pickup and drop-off. The hotel terrace offers fantastic sunrise views! However! When we arrived, the hotel was undergoing simple renovations, which Trip.com and its agents failed to inform us about! This seriously affected our health! But once we checked in, it was non-cancellable! And at that time, we weren't even sure if we could find another hotel. There were paint cans in the hallway, so our room had a strong renovation smell. I immediately contacted Trip.com customer service, but regrettably received no response, absolutely no response! Not even from a human agent! It wasn't until I checked out that they offered me a so-called 'solution'! I expressed my dissatisfaction to customer service and hoped Trip.com would take international bookings seriously and fulfill its responsibilities! Regarding the hotel service, after I reported the issue, the front desk attendant showed me all the remaining rooms, but unfortunately, they all had the same smell. He then helped us turn on the ventilation fan; in short, he did everything he could to help. We had no choice but to make do for one night. If you plan to stay a month from now, I would still recommend it!

Our room was remarkably spacious, spotless, and impeccably maintained throughout our stay. What truly set it apart was the staff—their exceptional kindness and genuine hospitality made us feel truly welcomed. Absolutely unforgettable!

I don’t like the series, the hotel is very beautiful, the decoration is good, the sanitary conditions are very good, it is very quiet, the service attitude is good, but the infrastructure is really bad, I stayed for two days, of which there was a power outage for half a day, and the water was cut off many times. I have to call the front desk for a while to have water and cold. Hot guess, I haven't taken a good bath, breakfast is more perfunctory, not even an omelette, just a few basic ingredients and bread slices for salad, shabby, and the tableware is obviously not clean, not recommended.

Also, there was a musty-smelling towel, as if it had been forgotten in the washing machine; the smell was awful, but they replaced it immediately. When I wiped the wet floor with the foot towel, it turned grey from dust. The breakfast for a 7000-ruble room seemed meager to me. The towels in the hotel look old and are also stiff. I would not repeat this experience; I believe for this price, one can have a more pleasant stay.

The hotel is located in the center of Ichankara, so you can always go back to your room and take a break during sightseeing. Also, the building was renovated and made by Medrese, so the exterior and interior are very fashionable and nice. It is run by family and the level of service is not good, but it is very kind and at home. I want to use it again next time I come to Hiva.
