Hotel Dengan Spa di Vilnius county, Lithuania

It's easy and accessible, ideal if you're not in the city centre, especially if you're coming by car. The room is simple, ideal for a few days. Bed is comfortable. Clean and well maintained. The restaurant downstairs is also good. Breakfast is super.

The rooms are outdated, the bedding is comfortable, the location is great, the breakfast is ok, there could be more variety of fruits and coffee beans, not in capsules

Be careful, the spa costs extra and the price is really ridiculously expensive in our opinion! Based on the pictures, we thought it would be included, especially for a hotel price like that in Vilnius, which is why we actually booked the hotel! The breakfast was really good! And the rooms were OK. But too expensive for the whole package!

The location was great and we were allowed to check out an hour later, which we were very happy about. Unfortunately there was an unpleasant smell in the room and the air conditioning constantly made a whistling noise. After checking out, €4.50 was deducted from our credit card deposit for a coke that we didn't take (we didn't take anything from the minibar). The issue was resolved and the €4.50 was refunded, but it was still a bit annoying and the communication didn't go quite smoothly. But what should also be highlighted positively was the delicious breakfast and the friendly service staff at breakfast.

This should be one of the best hotels in Vilnius. There are many luxury cars parked in the yard, but I feel it is just at the level of three stars in Beijing. The room is very small, there are no toiletries and kettles. The location is very city center, but to be honest, Vilnius is very small, so you have to make do with it.

It’s not a 24-hour front desk. It’s troublesome to check in by yourself. Did you not receive self-check-in on your mobile phone? ➕ Customer service whatsapp finally solved it. Good environment, you can hear the sound of the church bell

Spacious room with living room and low table. Deco is obsolete but completely in the hotel style. The sdb is more modern. The hotel is very beautiful. No car park nearby or very expensive, so you need to walk because in the heart of the old town. Breakfast is suckled with high quality products and a good service. The spa is free but very disappointing: a small very cold pool, a sauna and it's all.

My stay was lovely. The friendly staff, clean comfottable rooms , exellent breakfast and location . This was my second time at Narutis hotel, defenetly not the last one. I can honestly recomend this hotel. Tarja

Great stay! It was a nice location that’s on the edge of the old town and 10 minutes walking distance to the bus station. You can easily get a bus from the bus station to the airport for 3 euros and about 20 minutes. Near to many restaurants and shops, you can walk to everything from here. Very helpful staff! Clean, comfortable, and spacious room with a small refrigerator. It’s attached to a delicious Korean restaurant!
