Hotel Dengan Breakfast di Queensland, Australia

Well, I’m highly disappointed. What you see in the pictures is not what you actually get at the place. The hotel is old, and so are the rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast for $25 is a joke—there’s almost nothing to eat. The temperature was 17°C, which is freezing. I asked the staff to turn it off, and so did another Asian lady, but it was impossible because, as they said, “it’s centrally controlled.” I also had to pay extra for an upgrade just to get into the room before the original check-in time. The room itself was not upgraded at all—I basically only paid for early check-in, which is fine, but that should have been clear. The plus is the staff at the reception desk.

Great hotel. Took me a while to figure out how to use the tv. The pool was great although on the cooler side. Half the lights in the pool room didn’t work so half was quite dark. I didn’t like it but it didn’t stop me swimming The view from the room was stunning

It was great stay. Clean room, quiet, peaceful ambiance plus the beach itself. Professional staff. In short we love it ❤️

We enjoyed the stay, the apartment was clean and had good facilities including washing machines, dryers and dish washer. It is in walking distance to waterfront, supermarket and good restaurants.

Very nice room with good layout and spacious enough. Near pool and restaurant, I'm glad it was a quiet Monday night and not a weekend otherwise noise could have been an issue. Good service and tasty food. The place had a nice atmosphere, great to meet friends or family and enjoy the ambience.

What can I say, this place is quiet clean and seems to be newly built or not that old. We got the studio with a kitchen and that worked really well for us with cooking breakfast. Quick and easy check in and check out. We would stay here again if we came through again.

Great stay here. Well-organized, efficient, clean, good location. Nice big lockers for each dorm bed. Highly recommend this hostel

Very pleasant stay at mantra mackay stayed on 3 occasions first 1 night then 5 nights then another 1 night every stay very pleasant also stayed at mantra airlie beach and legends surfers paradise would recommend all 3
