Beautiful hotel, comfortable room, pleasant staff, full breakfast.

Pros: 1. The breakfast offers a mix of traditional Turkish breakfast and Western options, with a great variety of cheeses and plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. 2. Although the room is small, it's very tidy and clean. It gets cleaned daily, and the bed sheets are changed every day. 3. The location is excellent. It's within walking distance of Yedikule Fortress and Marble Tower, and only an 8-minute walk to the sea. 4. The surrounding area is a residential neighborhood with schools, making it very quiet. 5. The hotel's Wi-Fi is super fast and never lags. Areas for improvement: 1. It would be great if there was an airport shuttle service.

Located about 20 kilometers from the airport, the room had windows on three sides with unobstructed sea views. The service was excellent; they even called in Chinese in the morning to remind us to have breakfast. The Turkish people are very hospitable.

My first night was a disaster because my room's power supply kept cutting off and they took almost 3 to 4 hours to fix it, due to that I couldn't sleep the whole night and my morning plans got wasted too. I asked the hotel manager Mr.Arda to give me an extra night, (he refused), airport transfer on my checkout date , (he refused) , room upgrade, (he refused) , Then Mr Arda promised us a complimentary dinner at the rooftop restaurant and that was amazing .My initial plan was to stay 3 nights but then I extended it for 2 more nights because of 1 man Mr.Karem at the reception , the nicest guy of the hotel , Mr.Karem and Mr.Arda helped us alot and supported us in every aspect, but sorry to say all the other staff members there had just 1 answer. im sorry we cannot help you we cannot help you , I'll definitely visit again, Thanks to Mr.Arda and Mr.Karem ❤️ and lastly thanks to Mr.Servet who told us about the free shuttle service provided by the hotel which takes us to Taksim . This hotel was truly in a fantastic location. My wife and I had a quick holiday getaway, and the staff's attitude was wonderful. It's within walking distance to the ferry terminal and the high-speed train station. I would genuinely recommend it to everyone I know, and it's definitely my top choice for all my future Istanbul trips.

This hotel, with its century-old history, offers rooms that aren't huge, but they are immaculately clean and well-maintained. The service experience is top-notch; the staff are incredibly friendly and you can easily communicate with them using a translation app. It definitely meets a five-star standard, even exuding a touch of old-money charm, so you can check in with confidence. Its biggest advantage is the location – it's very close to the Blue Mosque and Basilica Cistern, both easily reachable on foot. The surrounding commercial area is well-developed, and there's even a Lanzhou Lamian restaurant a few hundred meters away, which is a great option for varying your meals during your trip.

We chose a hotel to spend the night between flights. The toilet lid was broken. Cleanliness is 3 out of 5. Instead of a blanket there was a large waffle towel))) it was fine for me, but my husband was not comfortable. Not a bad option for the money. The reception staff is friendly and helpful. Opposite the hotel there is a good snack bar with Turkish shawarma or whatever they call it

The hotel's location is superb – you won't find a better spot to explore Istanbul! A huge special thanks to Ash and the entire reception team for their incredible hospitality. We were checked in late at night without any issues (even in the morning), and on checkout, they went the extra mile and allowed us to get some much-needed sleep before our journey. Such care transformed an excellent vacation into a perfect one. We will definitely be back!

The rooms were, as always, very comfortable, and the bathroom system was excellent. The hotel view was also beautiful, especially from the breakfast restaurant, in the innermost corner, where you can see the strait – truly a delightful breakfast experience. If I had to pick a downside, it would be the surprisingly strict security check to enter The Ritz-Carlton in Istanbul, where both people and bags have to be scanned! I later found out that many diplomats stay here… so… you get it. The hotel provided various chocolates, as shown in the picture. The toiletries cost 45 Euros per bottle if you take them home, but you can use them freely inside the hotel. There were many old maps of Istanbul in the hallway, and my child spent a long time studying them with great interest.
