Zeer mooi hotel !
Prima ontbijt, leuk zwembad. We waren er in een zeer druk weekend. Je zag dat er personeel tekort was. Maar we hebben ons wel super geamuseerd!

This hotel is the best and most spacious Ibis hotel I’ve been to. The decor is stylish and chic with well thought out amenities. Nice big room with comfortable beds and views. Breakfast buffet was simple but nice. Staff were helpful and friendly. My family and I are extremely happy with this hotel, I wish I’ve booked here for more than two nights.

The hotel is in a good location and most tourist attractions are within walking distance. The place is clean and the service provided was very good. The staff was very welcoming and always smile and greet us. We had a great stay there!

Great little hotel in a small town. There are 3 close by restaurants to choose from.
It’s clean and cozy. Our room is downstairs close to the entrance and the rest of the rooms are upstairs (no lift).
It is self checkin process which was relatively smooth. The email instructions were all in French, which made it somewhat difficult to follow checkin instructions, but we worked it out quickly.

Très bel établissement d’extérieur, bel établissement d’intérieur, chambre sans extravagance .
Nous avons voulu dîner le soir, 4 fois le serveur est passé devant nous sans nous adresser la parole pour nous installer.
Nous sommes partis ailleurs.
ATTENTION , la taxe de séjour à Namur et de deux euros à peine, 1,25 € d’après Internet, L’Hotel se permet de prendre une taxe sur la taxe de 4 euros par personne au lieu de 1,25€.
ILLÉGAL ET ABUSÉ malgré que je leur fasse remarquer.
Petit déjeuner correct, mais il ne vaut pas plus de 11 €, donc de 14 € est un peu abusé aussi.

Rien à dire au niveaude la propreté. La nourriture au restaurant la carte du roi est excellente. Il vaut mieux réserver pour être sûre d'avoir de la place. La chambre est très confortable. Il est juste dommage que le wellness ne soit pas un peu plus grand...

GGuest UserWe had an incredibly disappointing stay at Mercure Namur from 13 August to 15 August . Our experience was ruined by the inconsiderate behavior of neighboring French guests, who made excessive noise past midnight ( between 12:30 until 4:30 am….)Despite the constant loud music, shouting, and banging on the walls, and slamming the doors etc maybe they lost some money at Casino.
I contacted the front desk , they made noises again after hotel security left. This made it impossible to get a decent night's sleep. We were awaken until 4.30 am .
We expected a peaceful stay, but instead, we spent the night in frustration. I hope by bringing these matters to your attention, similar incidents can be prevented in the future ensuring better restful experience for all guests.

GGuest UserThere are not many options in the town. The restaurant has a terrace by the river where you can relax while drinking beer. There are not many parking spaces in the hotel, but there is a large parking lot next to it. There is also a casino two minutes away. It is a ten-minute walk from the restaurant area. The rooms are all so small in Ibis. They are at the level of domestic seven-day hotels.

CCometoseeMy second stay. Quite convenient if we go by car to namur. A lot of furniture interior shop around (unexpected, but nice). 10 min to city center by car. There are a few bus from city with stop in front of hotel, but the frequency is like 1hr or more. Parking is great at the hotel. Room is good, chic and large. The bar is nice.

A few ‘minus points’
The restaurant was very small for the size of the hotel.
There was no night light or power outlet at the child’s bed
The temperature in the entire hotel, including the room, was very high! This was difficult to regulate in the room and sleeping in these temperatures was not pleasant for us.

JJessigzThe hotel is right next to the train and bus stations. It's not noisy at all once you close the windows. The room is quite small, but it's generally good enough for a typical trip. The front desk service was good, and check-out time is at 12 PM.
