Selected as a one night stop between Brussels and Frankfurt, it’s such a lovely town! Quintessential small Belgian/French town, so quiet at night and beautiful. Town is busy during day, has a vibrant feel. Hotel is newly refurbished and attractive, much more so than photos suggest. Front desk was kind and helpful, family room was huge, complete with bunk beds, king bed and sitting area with dining table. Plenty of room for our family of 5! The kids enjoyed the pool and the play area in lobby. For an entry level hotel this far exceeded our expectations, it’s not the Ritz but for the price it is pretty darn amazing. If you’re used to luxury hotels you won’t be disappointed and if you’re used to motels this is high class living.

Situated at the base of Citadel, the hotel had free parking space. We booked a king room with a bathtub that included. Unfortunately, the water pressure in the bathroom was insufficient, resulting in a limited flow that made the shower experience uncomfortable. Otherwise the room is spacious, with complimentary coffee machine and coffee capsules, check-in and check-out services are efficient. A good stop-over hotel, I would recommend.

Brilliant place. Free parking on site. Large, modern, clean room with comfortable bed and large shower. Friendly staff. Bar and restaurant. Outstanding breakfast, with lots of hot and cold options (including freshly squeezed orange juice, a pancake maker, and bakery-quality croissants and pain au chocolat). And just a couple of minutes from the motorway. At only EUR 106 incl. breakfast, this is a gem. Will definitely stay again.

Nous avons passé le réveillon de nouvel an , et c'etait super, Accueil chaleureux avec petit cadeau, chambres luxueuse et très confortable, tables dressées avec soin et personnel à l'écoute des clients , les patrons étaient soucieux du bien être de leurs clients , quant au menus servis, le visuel ainsi que le gustatif était à l'image de cet hôtel super Bref nous reviendrons, merci

After one night at Ibis Styles Namur, i stayed a couple of nights in the Ibis Centre . Well located if you are on foot and opposite a Proxy Delhaize for your convenience . Although my group arrived at 11.00 , and although the rooms were not ready , the front office manager did her utmost best to accommodate us as soon as possible and this in impeccable Dutch . The hotel is older then Styles and lacks its design , the rooms are smaller , everything is a bit “ less “ but the peace and quiet , the plentiful well running breakfast and the truly friendly service make it an excellent choice .

Can't be happier with our experience in this hostel. It's sparkly clean, welcoming, with a very modern and well decorated lounge in the entrance. It provides free tea and coffee! It was nice and quite to chill in the lounge. And the room has aircon and it provides shower gel/shampoo and handwash liquid. Also it is near the train station and the city centre. We'd come back again!

This hotel is located a little far from the bus stop, no public taxi at this small town, however the staff is helpful, he assist us to book a car for us to go to the train station The hotel is at the riverside with nice views. The people at this small town are friendly and welcoming

We stayed her one night and it was just perfect for a peaceful stopping place en- route. The village is tiny but cute and had three restaurants. We were surprised to not be able to get a table in either of the nearest two on a Sunday night, but the third, La Clochette, around the corner, was excellent. The room was elegant and well equipped and the breakfast very good. There were pleasant walks around the area. Highly recommended Nous y sommes restés une nuit et c'était tout simplement parfait pour une halte paisible en cours de route. Le village est petit mais mignon et avait trois restaurants. Nous avons été surpris de ne pas pouvoir avoir de table dans l'un des deux plus proches un dimanche soir, mais le troisième, La Clochette, au coin de la rue, était excellent. La chambre était élégante et bien équipée et le petit déjeuner très bon. Il y avait d'agréables promenades dans la région. Hautement recommandé

Petit Hotel sympa, intimiste (plutôt sombre dans l'ensemble) et atypique situé au bord de l'eau et proche du centre ville mais avis mitigé. Accueil souriant. We en amoureux. Nous choisissons le Royal package : Nuit en chambre deluxe, diner 4 plats et espace welness pour 1 heure. Je vais tenter d'être la plus honnête et la plus objective possible, n'aimant pas critiquer sans raison. Chambre deluxe ? absolument pas. Très très petite mais mignonne, peu d'espace de rangement ou pour déposer nos affaires, baignoire, on aurait préféré douche italienne mais ce n'est pas grave. Malgré la clim, nous avons eu très très chaud mais bien dormi tout de même car très calme. Si cette chambre est Deluxe, comment est la standard ? .... Le diner? WAW ! très très bon dans un cadre très cosy et un personnel de salle ultra gentil et souriant. Parfait. Merci au chef. Petit déjeuner ? Pour nous, un moment très important pour débuter la journée. Très déçus. moment complètement râté. On ne s'est pas attardé. Très peu varié. Les plats chauds étaient froids. rien de maison, rien de local, rien du terroir. tout est industriel. La salade de fruits est horrible. Le café insipide, ..Quel dommage. je suis vraiment triste car tout le reste est très chouette. Espace welness privatisé ? sympa. Un bon moment de détente Parking public grauit juste devant l'hôtel : Parfait. 2 verres au choix nous sont offerts en fin de soirée au bar, belle surprise, merci beaucoup. La piscine? Très jolie mais minuscule et bizarrement située. Pour moi, juste décoratif ou pour y tremper les pieds en plein été. Belle découverte mais mon dieu , revoyez le petit déjeuner svp. Très bel établissement d’extérieur, bel établissement d’intérieur, chambre sans extravagance . Nous avons voulu dîner le soir, 4 fois le serveur est passé devant nous sans nous adresser la parole pour nous installer. Nous sommes partis ailleurs. ATTENTION , la taxe de séjour à Namur et de deux euros à peine, 1,25 € d’après Internet, L’Hotel se permet de prendre une taxe sur la taxe de 4 euros par personne au lieu de 1,25€. ILLÉGAL ET ABUSÉ malgré que je leur fasse remarquer. Petit déjeuner correct, mais il ne vaut pas plus de 11 €, donc de 14 € est un peu abusé aussi.

Fab 2 night stay. Lots of positives. Good sized room, comfortable bed and nice quiet air con. There’s plenty of parking and a cable car down to town running 10am to 6pm in summer. Food was a big plus. Evening menu is 3 course with 3 choices each course and an amuse bouche. We ate here 2 nights and tried 2/3 menu and all excellent. This is a regional hotel school and the young waiters are in training - loved them. On top of all above we thought was great value. Recommended.

We stayed here for one night and must say we were a bit reluctant having read previous reviews. Luckily there were not any major issues with our stay, but it was still a bit frustrating to see how they threw away such a good potential. To take the positives first, the location is nice and secluded and the room we got at least seemed to be partially updated recent years. There were still some old furniture with stains, but paint and doors seemed new(er). The outside area between the main buildings with a terrace and a grill was also nice. If you wandered a bit further though, that's where you see the decline. What seemed to be a basket & tennis court in addition to a miniature golf course are just left to rot. That's not something that require heavy maintenance to keep in order, so that's just laziness, and something that would have made the hotel much better and catered to families in a whole different way. The water in the indoor swimming pool was also freexing cold, probably another cost saving activity. In addition, when we came to breakfast about 10 minutes before closing, pretty much everything was picked out. When staff came out and took some of the trays I expected them to refill and restock, but instead they just took them away. This left us with very few options and is not acceptable from a serious hotel. If breakfast times are until 10, you should get the same experience no matter if you show up at 8 or 9.50. Again, this is laziness and cost saving, but seems like an implemented routine. All in all, this has the potential to be a great hotel, but that requires willingness from the management. Right now, that doesn't seem to be existing.
