Hotel Dengan Sarapan pagi di Littoral, Benin

I spent one night in this hotel in September and felt compelled to share a few observations. The hotel is less than five minutes drive from the hotel and is on the street. The hotel is under construction, so views from my bedroom window was of a construction area. The room has outdated furniture. A kettle and cups were in the room, but no coffee condiments were provided. There is an outdoor seating area on the rooftop where you can dine in the open air and watch the planes land. The staff were friendly, and the only hiccups for me were my limited French and their limited English. Breakfast is modest. But you can ask the chef in the kitchen to make eggs to accompany your French bread. Overall, I would score this place a 5/10.

I had one specific request, my invoice should have the right address on it. Never mind the lacking utilities or the non existing toiletries, all I wanted was that the invoice for my company has the correct address. I spent one hour with the clerk at the desk upon arrival to make sure they have the right address. Then when I needed to check out, the new clerk deleted the address and put another one. When I said this must be corrected, he said to give him 20 minutes, I gave him an hour. When I came back still no invoice. He assured me that they will correct it and send it to me via E-Mail. I travel back home, and nothing. I called over 25 times this last two months and nothing. I sent E-Mails, I contacted locals and still nothing.

Nous somme reste à la Villa Ekabo du 14 au 24/2. Malheureusement notre séjour a tourner au cauchemar quand ils ont laissés qq rentrer dans une de nos chambres pour y voler de l argent. 300000 CFA ainsi que 150 euros. Au lieu de nous aider la propriétaire madame Grâce a décider d hurler sur ma mère, ensuite le comptable a décidé de m hurler dessus à son tour. Quand nous avons demandé à appeler la police, la personne a l accueil nous a répondu qu il n’était pas habilité à les appeler…inimaginable Nous avons donc décider de porter plainte à la police nous meme avec l aide d un ami! Du aux connaissances d un ami la police s est déplacé sur place des le Lendemain. À partir de ce jour nous avons subis des menaces et un très mauvais service de la part des employés! La propriétaire se pense intouchable car elle vit en France. Une plainte sera déposée contre elle pour publicité mensongère. L ambassade de Belgique est au courant et suivra l affaire de près! Pour votre propre sécurité passez votre chemin. La fin de nos vacances a été ruinée du à leurs menaces incessantes

I highly recommend that all Africans throughout the diaspora visit Benin Republic for historical purposes. When you plan your trip, you must stay at the Benin Royal Hotel. I will begin with the lovely people who work there. They are so kind and gracious. They make you feel like a special and honored guest. My husband and I visited and were treated like royalty by the front desk staff, the people who serve your food, the chef, the housekeeping staff, and the breakfast team. If you need anything, just ask for it. Remember that you are visiting a very hot climate, so things need frequent repair. Just bring it to the attention of the staff, and someone will ring your bell in moments to attend to the problem. The team wants to make sure you have a wonderful time. In fact, as we were checking out, the management noticed us struggling with our luggage, and dropped everything to help us down the stairs-she was dressed up for a function and he was wearing a suit-but they didn't hesitate! The place is so beautiful that during our week there, they hosted several meetings and conferences, a photo shoot, and a wedding. The location is nicely situated, and you can walk outside and get a taxi or a moped anywhere. The shuttle is complimentary, and so is the delicious, breakfast buffet. The outdoor restaurant has a beautiful view and wonderful, fresh food. The hotel can connect you with a driver-ask for Mr. Abou. Mr. Abou is a safe and effective driver, with a nice car that he keeps clean and has working a/c. Additionally, he is friendly and personable and has deep roots in the region. He knows his way around and knows the best places to see. To sum it up-come to Benin Republic and stay at the Benin Royal Hotel!

My first experience with Mary House is the airport pickup. The driver had been waiting for my arrival at the airport even though the flight delayed. He was polite and very professional. Upon arrival at the guesthouse, the reception was welcoming, professional and very polite. They insisted on giving me breakfast fast the next day even though I had to check out very early. Their room, bed, bathroom and everything was great and comfy. They helped me settle in and their food is very affordable and delicious. I will go there anytime I go to Cotonou. Great Job guys.

At Novotel Cotonou Orisha an exceptional experience is waiting for... with their beautiful rooms...,,😍 their daily buffet... Sunday brunch... their swimming pool..., 🤩 and their high quality of customer care... all that you need to spend a magical stay...

L hôtel est en travaux donc pas de piscine .Pas de bar extérieur. On paye quand même le prix! J ai du changer de chambre car la 1ere il y avait des travaux dehors sur la terrasse... Pas de pression d eau dans les chambres. Chambre spacieuse Telecommande qui fonctionne une fois sur deux N allez pas chez le coiffeur . Salon triste et bordélique. Coupe de cheveux a revoir... Petit dej . On vous apporte l addition le plus vite possible.on ne peux pas prendre son temps. Buffet classique. Aucune information sur les prix petit dej ou repas du midi. Buffet compris ou non etc... même le personnel n est pas sur du tarif et comment cela fonctionne. Pour un hôtel de ce standing j attendais mieux.
